KK Sharpening up on Katanadrol v2.0 (MrSupps Sponsored)

I get pumps in the gym, especially when i took 200mg today PWO.

Ill check myself out in the mirror today when i take a shower lol. I've been on my diet that gas helped me slowly gain weight, but my weight has stayed about the same since i started katana.

Makes sense since it's a cutter compound. I'm feeling good though and very optimistic.

so after 10 minutes of trying i cant figure out how to quote your entire post but yeah after i read that i started taking mine earlier in the day and only leaving 50mgs for night

Actually i woke up at 1848 afghan time. I couldn't sleep last "night" so i didn't get to sleep until around 1130 though.

I used to be able to sleep 9 hours a day every day. 0900-1800.

Took 200mg katana + 1 scoop ASGT + 1 scoop pump fixx PreWO.

Workout felt good, i was a little nervous about maxing out, because i was struggling with 365 deadlift. But i decided to buck up, chalk up, and go for my old max first. After i picked that up, against my partners advice, i added 20 pounds to the bar and picked it up again. It felt awesome, i probably could of added 10 more pounds but no need to push it this week. To spare my back, i left it at a max day and didn't rep out lower weight to get a serious DL workout. I think i did enough damage with my few reps today lol.

Other than my DL, not really impressed with the rest of my workout today. My dumbbell rows aren't going anywhere, so not happy with that. I don't know if i am not doing my Bent over BB rows right or what, but my weight seems low with them too.

Drinkin my protein now, and will hit up my last meal of the day here shortly. Tomorrow is shoulders and traps.

Seems to becoming my best lift. My friend tried to brag to me yesterday he lifted 305x3, told him it's baby weight haha...

Hell ya good sh1t on deadlifts. Thats 2.36 times ur body weight.

For the record, right now i take 200mg with my morning meal. 5-7 hours later i take 200mg at my Preworkout time, and then let the Katana taper out of my system for the rest of the day.

In theory if it halves onces every 4-6 hours, i would be around 100mg still in my system by lunch time, where i top it off with 200mg more.

Wake up around 6:30pm, eat somewhere between 7 and 8. Based on halving every 5 hours.

200mg(7-8pm)-->100mg(12-1am)-->300mg(1am)-->150mg(6am)-->75mg(11am)-->(>=0)(11am-7pm)

KK just remember that Tom is MUCH shorter than you ;), therefore you gotta be more careful as to keep your form since you have a longer distance to travel ;)


LOL sorry Tom I had too... If your lifts are that big I gotta find a way to deliver a low blow lol

Lol its all good man. People LOVE to hate so Im used to it. On my squat video people were more concerned about me before I squatted than the actual lift. It was actually pretty sad.

But in all seriousness the guys I lift with LOVE to bring up my height because they are like 6 feet tall. It never seem to come up until I got stronger than them :thinking:

Great workout man. My shrugs are pretty limited by my grip strength too. Thats why I shrug with straps. I know a lot of guys flame guys who use straps, but I like to target my traps when I shrug. If I want to target forearms then I'll do that when I work them out...just sayin :drillsergeant:

That's what i am thinking. Maybe i should use straps and just train my forearms more often.

The only time my grip has given out on DL is when i do SLDLs for lots of reps. Normally i dont go high reps, and holding onto my 1rm isn't very hard. For some reason holding onto 225 for shrugs is harder... :think:

Sounds like you have grip strength more than grip stamina. But, I don't deadlift or do shrugs, so i'm sure your grip is better than mine. I actually hate shrugs, probably won't ever do them..

So next time they mess with you lay 2 45s on the ground at each side then set the bar up and load it up with 675 resting on top of the plates and tell them now range of motion is equal lift it or SHOOOOOSH!!!!!!

Guys who mess with other guys about wearing wraps/straps are the same ones that picked on people in school. Every one should have a good grip but if not competing in Powerlifting and just trying to grow muscle you will get more using the wraps. Bottom line your muscles almost always outlast your grip. I do both use wraps and dont. I always have gloves on though. My wife doesn't like rough hands, and I like touching my wife so gloves it is for me. I am about to order some Versa Grips though and then it is on SUCKAZ!!!!

Yeah, my grip is great for heavy singles so far, it is when I get into more reps. My grip starts to fail after about 3 sets of heavy triples. However on higher rep stuff I will often wrap up just so the grip is not the limiting factor in a work set. I do love hitting higher rep deads every once in a while a good set of 10 with a challenging weight leaves me feeling awesome and wrecked all at the same time.

Lol well it isnt that serious. Like I said its only the guy I lift with. He is pretty much the only person I know who can deadlift similar weight other than 1 guy but he is getting 50 pounds less and not pushing deadlifts too much. Plus I want to get to the point where Im lifting so much more it isnt even close :sgrin: Like before he left I got 675 and he couldnt lift it off the ground.

Ya after I max on deads hopefully on monday I will do a rep out with 405. My grip will be tested.
 
Ha I didn't think it was that bad just a funny thing to do. You know their draws would drop. LOL I couldn't even rack dead 600 might as well just be pulling against an immovable bar at that point. But then again you are a whole inch shorter than me so that is why you are stronger. I am okay with that. ;) LMAO!

Sorry I just noticed I mistyped up here and put draws would drop instead of jaws. If that were the case you would start working out with the ladies eh...

I was wondering the 1st time I read it. I pray my draws dont drop when Im deadlifting. When I attempted 700 I had quite the audience peeking over.
 
I need to invest in some versa grips or atleast some good straps. Then again if i included forearm training in my routine earlier maybe i wouldn't need straps lol.

In for a rest day today, getting my calorie consumption on.

day 9 today. Leg day, i woke up and the back of only one of my hamstrings randomly feels sore. Not sure if it's just tight, hopefully i can walk it out before i workout today.
 
I share a desk with a guy who works the opposite 12 hour shift as me. I opened my drawer to pull out a fresh can of almonds and there is about 10 left in the whole can! Not to mention about 4 powerbars got eatten in a day as well! Wtf! lol...

Not a bad workout but not a great workout. Due to work, my partner couldn't go the gym at the same time as me. I lost my headphones in the laundry so i borrowed my friend's. Im pretty sure his has seen time in a washing machine too lol...

From the begining squats i realized my back wasn't going to want to do SLDLs. Infact i didn't even want to finish my lunges because it was uncomfortable... ever since my last maxing out on the DL. Well i didn't feel like leg curls, so i went and signed to borrow a belt, which was a size too big but i used it anyways, and i pulled off some SLDL. My back feels pretty good, although i didn't do a lot of reps to hurt my back, but i think i need to invest in my own belt that fits me, and isn't a peice of ****. So now i need straps AND a belt!

Very happy with katana right now, it does make me sweat like a ****er while working out, although is normal to sweat bad on leg day.
 
I don't feel like spending $150 on a belt yet, but i don't mind buying something nice.

On the other hand, if this is going to work as well as many medium quality belts, i might just pick this up.

Well i picked up that belt i linked, and some $7 straps from nutraplanet. That belt isn't too expensive, so i will get a different one when i get home if i need one. Otherwise, atleast it will fit and not be bad out here.
 
Thats true def get an APT or Inzer belt when u get back to the states. About $70 will get u a belt that will outlast ur body lol.

But that belt should be ok and plus the fact it has such a big size fit will be good.

Quick calves because i missed them yesterday

Not a bad workout today. Not really hyped because i'm still irriated at a fight i got in with my girl. I also have been busy at work and missed lunch, and most of my chance to eat this morning. Other than that, i hammered through this workout, it felt good.

No significant weight change, but i believe i am looking better in the mirror. 10 days down, 27 to go. Also, my workout partner can't keep up with me in the weights in our workouts anymore. We were fairly neck-and-neck, but i am pulling away from him on a daily basis. Feels good.

just checkin in to see how your doing, looks like it's progressing along nicely, but still too early to tell. keep it up bro.
