Suddenly I got this urge to eat some yummy cake.
Me, too, but my cravings have been outrageous these days!

I don't think I could train everyday if I didn't enjoy it.

Sigh*** here's to my Sunday leg day. ?? I'm sick but I need to start the week out strong. 3 lbs down since I started my new routine. I'm always freaking hungry!!!!!

Spoke to my sister tonight. We talked about me being a surrogate mother and carrying her child for her if she isn't able to. I feel like the reason I started this journey wasn't just for myself but for those who I love as well. ?? Motivation to keep pushing forward! ?

I do. However, I don't want them big. I just want enough to not look like a pre-pubescent in a bathing suit. Plus, after nursing my little one & losing the weight so fast I basically have loose skin left with nothing filling it. Sorry for the TMI. It doesn't bother hubby....he's more of a butt man. I figure though, if I'm going to work hard for the body I want I can get cosmetic surgery for the one part I can't work on myself.

I agree. I think even older people can fall into doing things becaus they are viewed more appealing by society's standards. The only opinions that really matter to me are mine & hubby's. If he really didn't want me to get them then I'd reconsider. He's really supportive though. As long as I'm happy, he's happy.

I'm ok Kat. Waiting on a surgery date for next month, so I'm pretty much a weak turd again.... Gonna be starting from square one. I peek around on here once in a while, but can't really say much since I'm not able to train

So I didn't get to train this morning due to the gym being closed as the new owners remodel...they opened at 10 but I had to work through lunch. Was probably a good thing as I woke up yesterday with pain in my right leg/varicose veins. Went to a local urgent care owned by the same hospital that my general physician works for. They did an ultrasound and it's a clot in one of the surface veins. Fancy name- "superficial thrombophlebitis" There is no treatment for it...just have to wait on it to break up on its own. They are however, referring me to a vascular surgeon. Hopefully, I'll hear from them in the next few days. It hurts pretty bad but just glad it's nothing serious!

Exciting news....hubby surprised me with some wireless beats for an early Christmas present!!! (He couldn't wait to give them to me) I'm soooooo excited!!! Can't wait to use them tomorrow!!

Off topic but oh man, I woke up starving and I ate tons last night. I wonder if my metabolism is working faster because of my new routine. I do feel a lot leaner but more hungry. I think I'll hit the gym this am before work. ?

Sorry to hear you are dealing with that. My Dad has pretty bad vericose veins & has mentioned how painful they can be. Hopefully, the surgeon can get you on path to taking care of them & feeling better.

Wireless headphones rock. I picked up a cheaper pair a while back and they have a pretty good sound quality (better than just ear buds for sure) and didn't break the bank. No going back lol.
