Haha, you must not know me. It's an everything log.

I like those! Just like Dma378 log! today's game day for me though so it's time to enjoy some grilling and empty calories lol ! Have a good Saturday and be safe whatever you do!

Sounds great! It's a post crap for sale online and gym day. I have to get rid of stuff since I'm moving to Hawaii. :D

Have an awesome day! :D

Nice work and moving to Hawaii huh. Cool what is motivating the move?

Doug, you could certainly do the side raises one arm and maintain tension on the other arm. It will lower the amount of weight worked with. However for these if I were doing one armed I would do straight sets not alternating. Also remember that constant tension is a bodybuilding / hypertrophy focus. In a body builders mind this is always important but there are so many other facets of training to consider for people who have varied goals or want to be more athletic while still being aesthetic. Starting from a dead hang explosively as possible with control increases power and neural drive the the muscle. To do that she needs to release the tension somewhat. It really depends on the direct focus of what she is performing.

You all can come with me. I'll be in Oahu. Yummmm.... Military boys! :p

Oh I was under the impression her goal was more aesthetic for some reason. Yah I am aware the focus would be different for power.

A weekend full of cake showers and baby making? Sounds great to me!

What part of Oahu are you moving to? Right in/around Honolulu? or are you lucky enough to be on the North Shore or west coast?

Hey everyone! Met up with a friend this morning and did arms with him... I didn't log it through Jefit like I normally do because I followed his routine. We used 2 separate bicep and 2 tricep machines, along with db curls and cable push downs. 4x15 for each exercise so a total of 16 sets for each muscle group along with some drop sets. It was a great workout! I had a crazy pump! Felt like my arms were going to explode! Lol

Here's a quick summary
SS
ISO Incline machine bicep curls
4x15 20-35 lbs each arm
Incline Tricep machine extensions
4x15 25-40 lbs each arm

Db curls 4x20x15

VBar push downs
4x15 42-50 lbs + triple drop set at end with double burn out

Machine seated curls with hold at top
4x15 40-55lbs + triple drop set at the end with double burn out

Machine dips
4x15 120-145 lbs to failure on last set

Finished up with 30 mins fast high incline walking!

Felt good to wear my hoodie and get some good cardio in!

Nice going! Should've taken some good pump pimpin pics!

WHEN I LEAN UP HUH? How about AS I LEAN UP. Look at the definition and hardness of your muscles right now girl. Your pecs are showing striations without even flexing. Shoulders and arms are defined as all get out right now. This the most impressive upper body shots you have posted to date! Don't let that number on the scale get into your head when your physique is showing improvement.

Awesome workout Katness! You look like you been in over time as always!! Has it cooled off any yet? It's good you can work out with a guy friend, my wife goes crazy if I ever have a female even just do treadmill with me lol.
