Thomas, the homemade chalk is awesome. My only suggestion is to use more alcohol so it will be a bit more watery and a wide mouth bottle. Other than that, I give it a 10/10.

I find the same happens to me, when my mind is racing or my anxiety is up. Still a solid workout.

I was looking at the vid, I guess you have to bring the db back to resting position in this case but if you could find a way to maintain tension by not coming all the way back to resting position that would be good. I would have to try it myself, don't know I I could keep the inactive arm in tension while I did the opposite arm motion.

Try doing both arms at the same time and only bring them up to parallel. I think you will get much more from them.
Not sure I've ever done 39 sets on shoulder day. You've got a nonstop motor that's for sure!

That is my preference, I was just wondering if it could be done one arm at a time. Sometimes single arm can bring extra focus, might be worth a try.
 
Oh I know you do single arm leaning against a bench about 75 degrees. That way the tension starts much earlier in the exercise.

The one I get is from a restaurant but it's the parents of the lady who's cut my hair since I was a little kid , they're 80 from Hanoi family recipe
