Thomas, the homemade chalk is awesome. My only suggestion is to use more alcohol so it will be a bit more watery and a wide mouth bottle. Other than that, I give it a 10/10.

I find the same happens to me, when my mind is racing or my anxiety is up. Still a solid workout.

I'm the same way. I didn't want to train at all last night but it was probably the best remedy for me.

Wait you did 39 sets for shoulders?! Or is this two separate shoulder workouts?
Try doing both arms at the same time and only bring them up to parallel. I think you will get much more from them.
Not sure I've ever done 39 sets on shoulder day. You've got a nonstop motor that's for sure!
