You can still train while pregnant though, and I highly suggest it to a degree, unless you are risk like me. Staying active & doing squats will help with labor!! ;)

Give up a stress relieving hobby and adopt a new and extreme source of stress. Good Plan!!! You'll pull your pretty hair out without the gym while dealing with kids. LOL

Yesterday was a rest day... I was glad - I think my body was fighting off a stomach bug. I started feeling nauseous about lunchtime Tuesday… I was having really bad stomach cramps most of the night. Last time I looked at the clock it was almost 4 AM. So, sleeping until 6:20 at least gave me a couple of hours. I had a doctors appointment at lunch yesterday for my headaches and dizziness. Got some blood work done but they think it's just tension headaches. Gave me some medicine to take when they're bad.

Slept well last night but I am very very tired today! I was able to make it to the gym and train but really struggled keeping moving! Actually took a min to 1.5 mins between some sets.

Good news- I moved to the light red band on my pull ups. It feels like nothing at all so I had to wrap it around the bar twice but hey, still used it! Haha

That's a good idea! I bet it would help with my chronic neck pain too! I was lucky not to fully get sick! Thankfully my body fought it off!

Kat, do you have a straight bar you can do pull-ups on? The angle on those may be making them tougher... At least it does for me. IMO if you use a straight bar, you could be band less, as the ones in your vid looked effortless

Well thank you! I was trying to make them explosive. The only straight bar out in the main gym is the bar in the smith machine. I could try that but I'd have to learn to bend my legs. Lol Ive never done that. The good set up is in the special "non-crossfit" room that I don't pay the extra $100 a month for! Haha

Squats looked good Kat!! Few pointers from the peanut gallery: 1- take a bigger breath in before your descent, it'll help you push your abs out and stabilize your core all around.
2- push OUT with those legs! Try to really set your heels and spread the floor. This will help with that little bit of knee wobble.
Minor details that may help you out, great work as always tho!!

Thank you for the tips! Those are both things I definitely need to work on! I feel my knees pulling in like that! I really need to initially get the outward drive vs waiting until I feel my knees coming inward.

Crazy thing...I'm gonna basically tell on myself and how much I weigh but I was doing the math and by guessing I'm 22-23% bf right now...that would put me at 120lbs of LBM...making me 138lbs at 15%! That's just crazy to think about but helps me realize my initial # in my head would either mean crazy sickly lean and/or loosing muscle mass...

I was going to mention the breathing and the knees but they've already been covered. The breathing and tightening the core will probably stabilize the knees also. Really good depth for that weight also.
