Welcome! Don't apologize! We are happy you asked!! A variety of conversations is always welcome here!! That looks like a nice little circuit! I wouldn't be afraid to add a few Dumbbells on some of the exercises! If she's been doing hiit already- adding a little extra resistance might be what she needs to give her that boost! Some form of pulling like body rows or pull ups would be a great add too!!
Awesome thank you! yea she hasn't really done too much HIIT so I plan on having her do that and then as time goes on adding some db's or plates to the bodyweight movements, and definitely going to find some pulling exercises to add in or else it wouldn't have that complete balance, im thinking of every other time instead of the pushups having her do pullups or bent over rows, that would probably even it out? I appreciate the advice and letting me get in on this great thread, lot of awesomeness in here!





Luckily, they're all pretty low drama for most of the time. If not, I just stay out of it!
