Welcome! Don't apologize! We are happy you asked!! A variety of conversations is always welcome here!! That looks like a nice little circuit! I wouldn't be afraid to add a few Dumbbells on some of the exercises! If she's been doing hiit already- adding a little extra resistance might be what she needs to give her that boost! Some form of pulling like body rows or pull ups would be a great add too!!

Awesome thank you! yea she hasn't really done too much HIIT so I plan on having her do that and then as time goes on adding some db's or plates to the bodyweight movements, and definitely going to find some pulling exercises to add in or else it wouldn't have that complete balance, im thinking of every other time instead of the pushups having her do pullups or bent over rows, that would probably even it out? I appreciate the advice and letting me get in on this great thread, lot of awesomeness in here!
 
Actually Puccah, leg extensions will **** up your knees way before atg's ever will. Leg extensions are the single most unnatural leg exercise in the entire gym biomechanically. They cause your knee joint to travel unnaturally because the lower leg is floating while the upper leg is fixed.

I'm giving it up. I can't have my knees break on me.
 
Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful long weekend! Ours was great! Lil man his very first home run in his first baseball game! It was very exciting! It was an in field hit as well! Too funny! I finished and delivered the cake successfully. Didn't get very good pictures but I'll attach a couple. that sucks! sorry to hear about your rough day, hope the new job is working out great though! and that cake looks amazing, I could smash that whole thing in about 2 days tops, im notorious for baking two cakes a week and eating the whole thing in 1-3 days max.
 
I couldn't get home quick enough last night. Knocked out as soon as I got home and barely woke up right now. This has been the best sleep I've had in a while. 11 hours of glory!

Haha, extremely true! I've always worked with only guys and never had an issue. The one time I worked with girls, it was all drama. She hates her and we don't like her, and blah, blah, blah, blah...

Oh ok. I thought you said she had been doing HIIT. My bad! How often will she be doing the body weight workouts? If you're wanting to have them as fullbody workouts, you'll need to have the push ups and the pull ups in there in order to hit both.

Thank you! Man, I'd be 400 lbs if I did that! I know I could eat them like crazy but that's why I do it as a side job. Get the joy of making them and sending them off so I'm not tempted! Lol

Haha I bet that would be fun! I work with 12 women and a female Dr. Luckily, they're all pretty low drama for most of the time. If not, I just stay out of it!

Went at lunch yesterday and got in 30 mins of cardio. Did a mixture of elliptical, jogging, and cycling. Cooked dinner for hubby last night. He does a lot of the cooking when he's home so it was nice to do it all myself and treat him! (Plus it was healthy...shhhh don't tell him)

You might be a pretty darn cool girl, but if you look good there is no way your guy friends have not entertained the idea of hooking up with you. Also as grungy as we may get in speaking around those who claim to be "one of the guys" we always have the next level of perversion you have not yet been exposed too. Things that won't be said in your presence no matter how much you think you are one of the guys.

Girls can get very perverted, they just don't usually get brutal. Guys will typically don't know where to draw the line. Girls today are a lot more aggressive, asking guys out, asking them if they want to have sex, grabbing a guys package to"measure him up". I've pretty much seen it all. If I was a guy on the date seen now I might just be scared...

What?!? How did you even get that in there and how do you train?!? Here I was freaking out because I thought I was going to hit the weights behind me! I hope you don't live in an upstairs apt. Lol, my neighbors hated me when I use to use the treadmill.

Carried it up in pieces. Built it inside ha. Third floor apt ;).

Before I moved I was building up a pretty nice little home gym (in my 3br house) which has now been reduced to stacked on top, around, and under the dining room in my tiiiinnnyyy apt.

Freaking crazy!!!! No dropping weights for you! I can't believe you carried those heavy things up 3 floors! I was just thinking earlier that the most exhausting thing about lifting is stripping the damn plates off!

That's what moving companies are for ;) work paid for all of it to be moved so I just assembled it ha.

There's two gyms within a mile either direction of me tho so I only use my home stuff on like holidays (which has yet to happen since I moved ha)

Finally joining in on this. Been going thru the entire thread the last couple of days. You ladies are on a mission and tearing it up. Great work. I know I read it at some point but where are you guys getting your Stimul8? I need to add this to my pwo. Can't wait to see where you are both going from here. Already made huge progress. Keep us looking silly with those beast mode workouts.
