Yep! Get the low calorie fiber food in first and wash it down with lots of water. Then relax and enjoy.

I have never used My Fitness Pal so I am not sure what all it does, I use the Lose It app and like it very much.

Girls you have been killing it in here. Kat, I think you can get to abs but I think you are a bit off on what your body weight might be when you get them. I think 125 is on the low end with your current physique.
Puccah, if you have a goal to lose the weight then simply do not change your diet at all. Just because you are taking a trip somewhere doesn't mean you have to stop eating for your goals. IMHO, your weakness is nutritional consistency; if you want to achieve your goals you need to be more consistent with your nutrition. You take a lot of little trips and vacations, so using each one as a diet free period is not going to help you at all. Pick one or 2 meals that you will allow yourself to stray from your designated macros and eat properly for every other meal. You will feel better about yourself when it is all said and done. Plus you will have made some progress or not lost any. Which is a huge bonus not having to clean up the mess you made during an extended period of "free eating".
Easy way to get away with eating freely can also be to go with a Carb Back Loading type approach the days you are going to have the free meal. Just keep carbs almost non existent all day then have your big carb and fat laden meal that night. You will be far less likely to store it as fat that way. Still only a couple times a week.

I was a bit lazy tonight so I skipped Muay Thai and just hit some box squats. I've been feeling a bit weak in my squats lately. I saw my Smith machine buddies again and I made one of the guys do a set with me.
