Love faber... prob my favorite fighter. His old WEC/early UFC fights were insane with some of the stunts he pulled to win or get out of a tight spot.

for sure but the ephed helps burn fat better, I personally like to stack my E with my pre because my pre’s usually have around 200 mg of caffeine in them any way, I am kind of a stim junky though.

Yes, I have a long ways to go. The goal was 125ish by summer lean with abs...I'm still not close. Thank you!

Kat, you do know how hard abs can be for women, right? for many, its literally unhealthy low bf... Personally I would never sigges "abs" as a target for a female simply due to the hormonal effect that low of bf can have... Just my words of caution ;)

I was thinking the same thing. you'll look great even without a six pack. A flat stomach is probably secure anyways.

Thanks guys! I'm not looking for shredded w/ a 6 pack...more along the lines of a nice flat stomach with visible abs when flexed or so...working for 13-15% bf...my husband my start locking me in a dungeon and force feeding me junk if I get too "skinny" hahahaha (he likes thick girls- I was 200lbs when we met)
