Happy Friday! I don't know if it was warmer in the gym or what… But I sure was drenched pretty much within 20 minutes of my workout. It was gross! Lol I was able to get four sets of chin ups/pull ups before my shoulder start clicking. It didn't hurt today but I didn't want to push it.
