Did a little legs before Muay Thai today. I've been training pretty consistent lately because I have a bet going on with a friend. ??

I didn't go super heavy because I'm still a bit sore from Monday, and my cousin joined me for my leg sesh.

**kept these lighter and quad focused w/ feet close because I felt a sharp pull in my hamstring end of the 1st set. It feels fine now but hurt for about an hour after my workout.

I also wanted to note that I'm dosing the clen in a split dose 1 first thing and one right around lunch. Has anyone else tried it this way? Seems to keep the effects a little more balanced throughout the day and not so rough in the mornings. I am also taking 2 taurine a day but muscles seem to fatigue and start burning fairly easily- any tips or just suck it up buttercup? Lol

You're steady dropping weight! I definitely wouldn't mess with if I wasn't struggling! Actually talked with a couple of friends and decided it's not worth the risk right now. I don't have pharm grade either.
