Thanks, everyone! Awww Kat! I decided to rest today also. :D I am soooo exhausted!!!! I took some ZMA last night to sleep but ended up waking up all night long. I miss my sleeping pills!! Just kidding! Those were the hardest thing to kick! :/

Did 30 mins of intervals outside at lunch today! It was a little chilly at first but was very nice once I got warmed up! I even found a rest stop towards the end! Hahaha Thought is was worth taking a pic!

How long do you ladies plan on running the ECA for?
I plan on running it for 5-8 weeks. I think my body is starting to get use to it. My breathing isn't shallow anymore. :)

How long do you ladies plan on running the ECA for?

I'll be running it 5 days on and 2 days off with Benadryl on the off days to clear the receptors. Will continue that as long as needed or plans change. Hehe

I agree very good numbers on squats! I can't do squats at all unless on a hack squat machine. But I love those close bench presses to Kat!! I know what you mean on the shoes. I got some brooks adrenaline. And although they are comfortable for walking their not that durable for running. Plus I mess up and got the wrong wide version. I normally have to use 4e. Shoes make the world of difference in running world.

Thank you! The close bench is the oddest thing--I can be repping out and then BAM all of a sudden I'm stuck at the bottom or halfway up and can't finish. Should get a spotter so I can go heavier without fear of failing alone. I agree about the shoes and never would've thought it mattered until I started running more!

I'm going to be that guy, but this information is incorrect. Diphenhydramine (benadryl) does not upregulate or improve beta-2 receptor function. You will need ketotifen for this purpose or a subsequent break.

Note: even though the stimulant effects might fade, the fat burning does not and remains constant.

I have not read the entire log yet, but I also recommend adding theanine to the EC stack to decrease jitters and make it a more pleasant experience.

L-Theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea. I got a 2 1/2 mile walk/run in today! Only did about 15 intervals of running. Shins were really bothering me.
 
Just saw the big ol' butt right in the camera! Oops! My bad! I thought I was angled away from the camera! Lol
