Just got back from a 20 minute run with my girlfriend. I stayed a beautiful 10 paces behind her the whole run! I love warm days and tight runner's clolthing lol

Later at the gym will be arms.

Nothing keeps me energized during cardio like a good looking girl. Best intra bar none.
 
I remember one ballys I was a member of way back when had its rowing machines where they faced the aerobics room. I'd time my cardio to match the aerobics lesson :D

its funny you say that. when i go through family problems (and there are quite a few), i find my salvation in exercising. it lets me get out some aggression, see some progress, and somehow its hard to be as mad as i was before.

Notes: I had a GREAT workout! Plenty of drive, focus and energy. By the time I finished I was covered in sweat and my arms felt like they were going to explode. Even saw a little veinage lol I'm seeing a bit of lethargy lately. As long as i'm moving with a purpose i'm fine but if i don't i'm sleeping.

Appetite- Same

Blood pressure 140/71

Sex drive- wanted to take my GF straight home during my workout lol

Sleep- Getting good rest

Is that bp pretty standard for you Jay? Systolic seems a bit on the higher side but I don't know anything about your medical history.

My Bp is usually mid- 120's over 70-75. When lifting heavy and on previous cycles it goes into 140's over 80's.

M1T was 180's over 90's.

Haha, I totally know what you're saying! It's like you have a dialog going on in your head, "You can keep running, but I'm going to catch you, you sexy little minx! And when I do, we're going down to the towel room to do a little, 'stretching!'"

I can't wait to try THE ONE, this stuff looks sick! Anyone know the anabolic/androgenic ratio of this stuff? I'd like to see how it compares to Superdrol.

Word J-money 225 military is nice bro, I can get like 200 in a smith seated for like 4 reps, but i only weigh like 178 now. Keep bangin son!

Tonight will be chest... Gonna see if I can break the 350 mark from the beginning of the cycle. I was boiling up a dozen eggs and realized there are a lot of ways to boil them online. I have an easier time cooking lasagna lol
 
Had pea sized gyno under both nipples from a previous cycle a lont time back. Had already seen a doc about it and decided not to go the surgical route. On occasion it flairs up in pain and size. prior to this cycle it wasn't nearly as painful as it had been the past couple of months but was painful if my nipples were hit etc.

Now the lumps are compeltely gone... It's weird because i've used a couple products hoping to get rid of it but all I got out of it was a reduction in size but it never disappeared.

Wow thats awesome, im stoked for you since gyno is a burden. I hope it stays gone, ill be watching through pct for that! Ive got one bee bee lump on one size and that may be more than enough reason to get dry strong and lean on "the ONE". thanks for the reply.

itll be interesting to see if the gyno stays away permenantly. Ive had a time i thought it was completely gone but it came back after getting off hormones, it has got to be the way DHT effects estrogen at the receptor but once the DHT levels go back down the minigyno comes back out. im hoping the best for you tho
 
Same here PP... had it seem to disappear before too. Only time will tell but you better believe i'm hoping it stays gone for good :)

We're on 12's too. Sucks for days like that but for the most part I prefer them to the 8's I've been on.

Just a question.. It says on the back of The One label that it can fail drug tests eg military. Won't you fail a drug test since your in police?
 
Don't know how it could fail any tests in the military or police. Neither test for competition and you can only get in trouble for taking something that is illegal. However, since neither of them test for steroids unless something comes up (they believe you're using, dealing whatever) all you would have to do is present the bottle to show what you're taking.

The short answer is no, you're not going to piss hot for a regular piss test.

I threw that price out there but actually here in Boston, gym memberships can be as high as $160/month plus a few hundred dollars just for an iniation fee. The one my buddy goes to is huge, around that $160/month range. His gym is loaded with beautiful women and considering the membership fees they are all loaded! They will even iron your clothes..lol.

Yeah, I almost signed up for LA around here late last year. $29/mo was the going rate after the admin/registration/whateveryouwannacallit fee of about $150. I suppose in other parts of the country where real estate is at a much higher premium could charge considerably more. The New England area isn't exactly known for it's wide open spaces and cheap property.

I opted to go to Lifetime Fitness instead though because I live about 300 yards from Lifetime and 8 miles from LA. So the $30 I would have saved would have gone to gas and Lifetime is has WAY more to offer for the extra $$$$.

well, it was brand new at the time and the sign on fee was 180$, with a 75$ monthly membership fee that including 4 boxing classes a week, so its not terribly bad but I ended up getting my mikes membership for 20 with boxing classes everyday for an extra 20 a month =)

lmao, whenever I have time to look around I find some pretty good UG stuff floating around Myspace. A lot of DJ's out there. There's a DJ specific page called crooklyn that allows DJ's to upload and sell their songs. You get to sample everything before purchasing. A lot of good motivational music can be found there.
