I'm sick of logging every workout so I will just list what I did

Hammer curls 5 sets


No cardio today


Tomorrow is legs and shoulders with cardio

Aromisin has a very short half life compared to other AIs. Ur better off taking 12.5 ED.

Today was legs light squats


5 sets ATG 225 x10
Shoulder press 65lbs 5 sets of 10
Leg extension 5 sets 265 x10
Lateral raises 5 sets 20lbs
Hamstring curls 7 sets 100lbs
Rear delt flys 5 sets 15lbs


Everything was super set

I'm noticing a little bloat which is strange as I'm on aromasin at 25mg/day

Diet on point

Carbs-10


Tomorrow is a BURN day calories will be at around 2300 with 45 minutes of cardio

Chest workout today- delt like an animal test is peaking SD jacking endurance up.
Circut one (everything superset)
Dumbbell press 100lbs 4 sets at 6 reps pushups bw 4 sets of 10 weighted an crunches 4 sets of 10
Decline dumbbell press 80lbs 4 sets of 6 superset with chest press machine 100lbs 4 sets of 10 more weighted crunches
Incline press 4 sets of 145 sets of 8. 4 sets of leg raises.
Dumbbell flya 3 sets of 6 40lbs more leg raises- my chest was absolutely fried


Proceeded to do 15 minutes of cardio


Post workout had a serving of whey with 2 servings milk, a home made burrito with steak, cheese, guacamole, brown rice and black beans


Diet was about 3000 today- a little high but my activity level is so high I think I will be ok

I do that with 500lbs ... off cycle and @ 198lbs BISH

.... maybe that's why I got a hernia in my belly button
