I think the sex has to go well beyond the 2 minute mark to count as cardio....just sayin :run:

All is well today is chest abs and triceps going to up flights to 115 in 20 minutes then next week I'm going to try for 125 in 22 minutes


Anyways with the test I'm on as soon as I bust I'm rdy again SHE(not he yuh) loves it

Thank you everyone for the kind thoughts and prayers. My sister- well it's not my place to disclose it but she was on the edge of life or death. God didn't bring her home quite yet- she has minor brain damage(which is a miracle due to circumstances) and doctors said she should make a full recovery with 90 days of cognitive therapy. I'm leaving Houston now to fly back to AZ I'm on top of the world because my little angel is okay. Diet has been on check training did not occur today. It's okay the rest will probably be beneficial for me. I am going to California tomorrow but pics will be up Monday so I wi e back in the grove of things
