is anyone else an egg maniac?

Anton, what do you put on your fried eggs? I haven't had fried eggs in a while and I have given up ketchup and been using salsa on my scrambled eggs but I don't think salsa would taste right on fried eggs. Do you use ketchup? If not what?
 
i duno bout u guys but i love me sum hot sauce on my eggs......hot sauce makes everything better

try salsa verde bro.. try sauteed onions..

to me, ketchup on eggs has always been disgusting lol

Got any specific brands of hot sauce to try? Just regular Tabasco sauce? I never tried green salsa.. Going to the grocerystore so will pick some up to try out today

as far as green salsa goes, get the kind made from green tomatoes.. or tomatillos ;)
 
I think the reason it works that way is the high amount of arachidonic acid in the yolks (a dozen a day is over a gram of it!), plus the optimization of testosterone output with the high levels of saturated fat.

12 yolks has OVER a gram of pure ArA!?

I never knew that... is it truly equivalent to taken multiple daily servings of X Factor, or could it possibly even be more beneficial since it is coming from a natural source?

That would really increase the daily fat intake, so I would have to adjust the diet aside from that, but WOW this is huge in my mind, because I love ArA, and eggs can be found very inexpensively.

Looks like I'll be getting ALL my daily fat intake from eggs and fish oil exclusively. As mentioned all this will even enhance optimal test levels, and will even increase bio-availability of orally ingested supplements since fat aid as a carrier/protectant in the assimilation.

I could put away a good amount, already polished off 13 AND gallon of milk...just ran to the supermarket and bought 5 dozen eggs and 5 gallons of milk. Should last me a couple of days :006:
 
Raw eggs are epic... I consume 6 eggs always at morning, mostly raw, sometimes i boil or fry them, but drinking 'em is still easiest and fastest way when you'r in hurry.

24 raw ones in 1min 34secs is my record atm, it wasnt good idea but atleast i did it. (Yes my friend actually taped it, no i havent uploaded it and i probably will not 'cos of puking afterwards)

Oh god any more than 6 eggs would make me sick. I'll definetly watch the contest though. =]
 
In hind sight I might be able to compete using deviled eggs. I'd be at a disadvantage since they have extra filling but I could put away 20 of those things.
 
i dont want the whites....all the magic is in the yolk
It's alright though if you're trying to really eat clean and are loading the carbs and dont want to mix in the fats. But indeed no magic shall be had without the yolk!

and set it for 1 large yolk, then click on more details under the fats + fatty acids, you'll see that the 20:4 undifferentiated is 74.5mg, which if I recall correctly is what ArA is. been a while since I originally looked into it. but that way 12 large eggs is 900mg of it. I think the over a gram comes from extra large eggs. :)

hahah nothing bro! i just use half a stick of butter and i eat tons of bacon so they flavor is all there ya know. i was gonna write something egg maniac on your facebook wall but i didnt know how people will take it

When you guys talk about eating boiled eggs, do you eat the yoke with all of them?

always bro. as the newest member of USA egg police I highly recommend eating your yolks to avoid fines and/or possible incarceration.

Haha go for it brother! My new years resolution I posted on FB was to eat 10 eggs a day!! LOL! I just got some hot sauce and about to try up 5 eggs for breakfast :food:

Id eat alot mor eggs, but I like them hard boiled, but its alot of work pealing 12 to 24 eggs a day. Anyone know trick to do it fast.

I was banging this chick last night, finished and was hungry. Eggs hit the spot, with some bacon LOL. She came down and asked "are you seriously cooking?". :lol:

I LOVE THESE! Whenever I go to a family gathering, and see them on the table... I continually wonder over to the serving tray, and take a few, as though I just discovered them. "Oh cool, these look amazing, I'll 'try' some!"

Thanks so much for responding to that, it's great to have someone verify it - I was blown away, and still am, but the sheer volume of this component contained in yolks. Usually when something is found in nature/foods, it pales in comparison to it's supplemental often extracted and standardized counterpart, but in this case, 1g/day of ArA is phenomenal AND achievable WITHOUT supplementation.

I'm even more encouraged, because I always buy Extra Large Eggs (not Jumbo, as the price jumps too much, but XL) :)

PS: The whites contain A LOT (the most of any whole food source is I remember correctly) of L-Leucine as well... so eggs, as a whole, are anabolically-speaking WONDROUS.

FIVE slices of cheese, sounds delicious - a man after my own cheese loving heart ;)

I never once got into the Franks Hot Sauce craze... I seem to be the only bodybuilder of all time that hasn't haha!
 
I'm thinking about eating a hard boiled egg in between every meal. I eat 8 meals a day so I'll get at least 8 WHOLE eggs a day.
 
although its notihn crazy thisthread has took me from maybe 2-3 eggs a day to at least 6-7 lol and crazivng them more than ever, theres jsut so many different ways to eat them.....one of my favorite right now is soiftboiled, try it out, let teh water boil then put in the eggs for only liek 7 min. the yolk will be like half cooked but u can eat it liek a hard boiled egg SOO GOOD lol

Babe, u have to watch the eggs u eat. In germany alot of eggs are with dioxin toxic. Only organiae eggs are ok at the moment.
 
You guys that eat all these eggs, what is your current goal?

I agree, I'm a huuuuuuuuuge egg fan, my parents think I'm nuts when I'm tossing lean ground chicken with shredded cheese into my 8 scrambled eggs! However I decided to cut my whole egg consumption down to just 1 whol egg and 1 cup whites and I feel like my body is leaning out better without the whole eggs. Could it have been the fat from all the whole eggs? I'm pretty much always in a constant state of recomposition, always trying to get leaner without sacrificing strength so that's why I ask what your goals are in regards to your training while eating all these whole eggs.
