Tomorrow is going to be chest and triceps with ASGT 45 minutes pre WO and a white flood sample 15 minutes pre WO. Gonna be beast!
 
Subscribed! Quick question, are your thighs really 32"? It looks like you might have mixed up your leg and waist measurements lol
 
After reading up more on I-GH-1, I will be dosing it at 2 caps per day, which would last me 50 days. And the Ghenerate would last me 60 days.

Any LG reps or anyone have any opinions on the dosing?

The label says 4-7 a day. Workout days are pre workout, non-workout days before bed.

Well, im happy about my chest workout and bummed at the same time. Bench has been sucking the last few chest workouts, but everything else is going up?! Dips are now at 65lbs for 6 reps at 3 sets. That was after flat bench, and incline DB press. Moved into flies after. 55lb DBs 3 sets. 5, 4, 3 reps. Deep flies with a 2 second pause at the bottom. I think Im gonna switch up my bench a bit to a more hypertrophy specific routine... ASGT is G2G so far; I was cussing out my phone because I texted the wrong person and I was cussing out this guy in his car that wouldnt let me pass lol... Aggression is def rising.
 
RANT: It is so GD annoying to get transfered to the Texas Guard!!! I've called 4 phone numbers today already and have to call another one tomorrow. Calling Aviation brigade to get an on phone interview tomorrow; which must go well or wont get an aviation slot. Wish me luck with that!

Subb'd. I'd like to see how this works because I've never really had a whole lot of luck with OTC gh type supps. GHRP-6 worked great for me, now im spoiled. Kinda hard to take on the road and explain to people what it is without them thinking it's Roids of hGH.

SO, took 1.5 sccops of ASGT, and did a back workout.

Weighted pullups: 45lbs 3 sets for 6 reps each
Bent over rows: 165lbs 3 sets for 10 reps each
1 arm DB bent over rows 100lb DB 3 sets 6 reps each
DB shrugs 110lb DB's 3 sets 6 reps
Front Lat Pulldown 160lbs 3 sets for 10 reps each
Barbell curls 105lbs 3 sets for 5 reps each
Curl machine 55lb burnout
PROTEIN SHAKE!!!

I was doing a strength/hypertrophy back routine..

I felt like I could go longer, but I need to get some food in me!
Lunch is steak, rice, whole milk, and a couple olive oil shots!
ASGT is great so far, I really do have so much more aggression and the smallest things be pissin me off lol..

I have never used an LG supp. until now; I will try 3 at the same time; I-GH-1, GHenerate and ASGT. Im looking forward to feel this stack, but the stuff is expected to be here within a week. Gotta be patient :)
