DB Seated shoulder press:

Upright rows wide grip:

Lateral raises:

Front raises:

Hammer strength shoulder press
2 45 plates for 20 reps
2 45 plates and 2 25 plates for 20 reps
2 45 plates for 20 reps

Resistance band rotator cuff exercises.

If I would have rested another day, those numbers would have been higher!!!

How's the strength gains so far? When I ran Super, my strength went from like 225x3 to 225x12 on bench in the first week. It felt like the weights were fake or something.
 
I did triceps today, and im surprised they did so well because my delts are probably about 50 percent today. And at 20mg of beast prewkout, GD the pumps are so intense it hurt lol:

Close grips bench:

Seated overhead DB triceps extension:

All in all im very happy with todays lifts even though my shoulders and joint were saying fock you!
 
Nothings wrong with "light" days gamer. Hit it hard next time!

I am waiting on 2 bottles of ghenerate and 1 bottle of I-GH-1, so ill probably get these superdrol like gains that you're getting soon!

Hey Gamer, what are you dosing your I-GH-1 at? I just got a bottle of ghenerate, and now im waiting on another bottle of ghenerate along with i-gh-1.

Hmmm.. I seemed to fall asleep a tad quicker with them combined. then I had like a week solo GHenerate, and the sleep was still great with it.. I say get both, they are priced at a great price, there is no reason not to.

Your killing me gamer. Your like me on a sales floor. "I know you don't have the cash but you can charge it and worry about it later. Sooooo...you should get the bigger tv, speakers, and the faster computer."

LOL Although i agree, it is the igh-1 blocking the myostatin that allows the combination to produce so much higher GH levels than taken separately. Myostatin slows and regulates production blocking alot of the output potential. The IGH-1 is only 2 pills a day for that purpose so both will last you 2 months and longer on a 5 on 2 off which keeps it more effective. It ends up coming out pretty cheap when you look at it that way.

Oh that was is what I've been looking for! Yeah the only reason I couldn't get both was because of the way the stack is set up. I think if I find a good deal I'll buy a year worth at once :D
