I used SD a few times, gained about 1lb per day on 30mg. Last time I used it I was dirty bulking for a bench press PR and got fat but that's a different story lol. But in general, 1lb per day weight gain on a 500 cal surplus, no loss of appetite, no high BP, no shedding, no loss of energy and I think liver only went out of range slightly 1 time in bloods. Feel normal start to finish and set strength PR after PR until I hurt something, which has happened more then once on SD or Adrol

Anadrol I get same results but feel even better.

Bo only gets high when I get over 215lbs and/or eat crappy.

Honestly, since I got better about diet and seeing how I've stayed under 210 since that bulk I don't think I've had any BP issues.
I wonder why so many people can't make it past 10mg?

Only down side to SD is the weight gain is always cosmetic and vanishes as fast as it came

Yeah, I've been at TRT dose for about 12 weeks. So im going to bump up to 400 during SD, and for several weeks after. In hopes to keep the gains.

Then, I'm gonna have to go straight TRT for a while.

I wonder why so many people can't make it past 10mg?
I've seen people use up to 100mg SD a day. Not joking. Also not reccomended, very very stupid. 50 should be the absolute max and I don't think anyone actually needs more then 30

My bloodwork is all good, which is giving me the confidence to keep pushing a bit. But I know not all health problems can always be picked up in bloodwork.

I have some business plans in the future where my physique could make me money. This is even more motivation

If you want good bloodwork and to be able to use gear more often than stay off orals.

Orals are nothing more then temporary satisfaction. And yes I love many of them. But they do not create long term muscle growth. How many of us including myself have stories about a certain oral that I gained 20+lbs on yet none of us keep it. But at the end of every injectable cycle the gains don't dissapear.

If I kept the 20-30 lbs from my last 4 times using anadrol or SD I'd be pushing 300lbs lol

Which peptide is it that can be injected directly into an injured arm for some positive results?

My mom is an amputee, and during a wheelchair transfer, she strained her right shoulder, BAD. She has been battling this for a few weeks, taking pain pills, pain. Injections, and accupuncture.....nothing has helped much at all.

We are waiting on a MRI, but I would like to experiment with some peptides while we wait.

What should I use? How much, how often, and for how long? Money is not an obstacle here. It breaks my heart to see her with one leg, and now one functioning arm. It's sending her down an even faster road of depression

I know my boy @ZOO has some knowledge on this.

You didn't have pip from yk, you had pip from whatever else they put in there. If the YK was giving you pip then it wouldn't matter if you switched batches.
Yeah, that was my point. I just didn't have time to type it all out lol

My apology should have said 1 mg. Yeah I would do 500 mcg twice a day. If money is no issue 500 mcg three times a day

I've injected up to 5mg at once. But a lot of the more successful protocols I e seen involved a couple big doses up front 2-5mg per day for 1-3 days and then 250-500mcg daily.

Ive tried like 10 different protocols that ppl told me with bpc and they all seem to work fairly similar with the one I mentioned above the "best" at least I felt like it worked the best.

Up front I feel like initially bpc eliminated the inflammation but it's the longer term use that's healing injury, again this is my experience not facts.

With my shoulders now, when they start getting pain that won't go away I just whack the whole 5mg in 1-2 shots and the inflammation seems to go away for like 2-3 weeks. Last time I whacked 5mg was 8+ weeks ago and it's just starting to hurt again so I'm guessing that the more times I do this there's like an accumulative effect on the healing process "maybe"

Healing takes time. You can boom dose up front but it’s nearly as relevant as sustained micro doses. Two shots a day for a month of BPC at ~125mcg per shot is what I’m talking about for aiding repair of an injury.

If money is truly zero option, throwing a couple bottles up front seems totally safe, but probably just wasteful. It’s the daily or twice daily subq shots for a period of time that will allow it to be present throughout the healing process.

I tried the low daily and 2x daily too and didn't notice any benifits over bigger less frequent doses I'm almost 100% convinced that just making sure you get enough of it in you is all that matters.

It seems like there's a accumulating effect even when spaced out over weeks which on paper makes no sense but I've gone from barely being able to use my left arm on certain exercises to doing the crazy stuff I been doing lately.

I can't really make sense of this stuff other than it seems to work no matter how you use it

Well depending on the area that would technically cause more micro trauma, so if using IM I would get it close but not actually at the site of injury. But subq slows absorption speed compared to IM; it’s just changing the pharmacokinetics of the application.

I pinned it IM in the front delt once and it was the only time it was painful, but it was SUPER painful. But the next morning it felt 100% fine again, almost like it healed whatever hurt in the injection process overnight.

I forgot who was talking about it but one of the bigger name coaches said he had his guys using 2mg in the quads after the post workout meal on leg day but only with the guys who were training legs 2x week and his guys were bringing up there legs doing this. Tearing it up in the gym, speeding up the recovery and hitting them again a few days later

SD is very good for the first three weeks and then it tends to crash your cortisol. Almost similar to 11 oxo through inhibition of 11b hydroxylase

I ran it once for six weeks with injectable SD. I would take it 5 days on/ 2 days off just to avoid crashing my cortisol because it can happen rather quick. Towards the end of the 6 weeks inevitably I was suffering from low cortisol but nothing I couldn't push through to finish the bottle

Did you get bloodwork to show low Cortisol? Or just going off symptoms?

I'm really really looking forward to getting back on primo. That 1:1 primo/test combo just feels so good, with what appears be no negative health impact.

No blood work was done after that cycle unfortunately. However the effects of 11b hydroxylase inhibition are not really fully understood. But if someone were to have higher cortisol to begin with then it would actually benefit them. Typically people with higher adipose tissue

I feel like I can train everyday on SD...not sore, and every muscles feels ready to go again. I may do a push/pull/legs repeat until this is finished. I don't want to waste any workouts

Well, if you feel recovered then you can go again, but remember tendons don’t strengthen at the rate muscles do on gear. And everything effects everything, so if you absolutely smash it today you’re probably going to have a lackluster lift tomorrow, most likely. It’s a balancing act, recovery-wise.

In the name of injury prevention, I would always take a full day off per week. Just go for some walking, swimming, etc on this day if you want to stay active. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I'm gonna go with this for the time being:

Monday - Push
Tuesday - Pull
Wed- Legs
thurs- Push
Fri - Pull
Sat- Legs
Sunday- Rest/Family day

8-12 rep range. No ego lifting. I feel strong as he'll, but im not going risk injury right now.

Calories at maintenance. Occasionally family walks and swimming with the kids.

Added black seed oil yesterday, 3 grams of vitamin C, and nightly Carditone.

I'm going to start monitoring BP very consistently since I'm starting second week of SD.

What results did you see from the YK sir, I read some of the log but not all of it.

Also if you need for your mom, I have the topical version of BPC157 + TB500 which is amazing for healing. I carry that on my store if you need it PM me please :)
