@Hyde my BP is starting to creep up a bit...hanging around the 130/80 range. I know this isn't crazy high, but i do have Carditone on hand.

How would you suggest i incorporate the Carditone? I know if a person isn't carefull, they can lower it too much

I’d start taking 1 tab before bed. It can make the nose a little stuffy and this bypasses that. Or you can split it and take half in the morning and half evening.

If you find you need more still after like a week, try adding a second tab in the morning.

Even half a tab will make a difference likely, and you can split them.

Also, actually take your bp at similar times so you know what’s going on.

Update (mid week 4)

Slight change in plans. I feel like my gains on the YK are starting to plateau. I'm not willing to increase my calories too far above maintenance, as I need to stay lean right now.

Today i started 10mg of SD. I'll finish week 4 of the YK-11, and continue on with SD for 3-4 weeks. Then back to TRT until the winter.

I'm also going to add Injectable Glutathione 200mg, 3x Week (Mon-Wed-Fri). This for some extra liver protection. All other support supps are still in place.

BP this morning was 120/80, and I have yet to start the Carditone. I'll monitor BP closely for the remainder of this log.

I'll also be getting some bloods at the conclusion of the YK-11, and also at the final conclusion of SD. I'll post these on here.

Pics will be posted throughout.

Ralox Update

Keeping dose at 100. Lumps are definitely starting to shrink in size. I just have to make a conscious effort to not constantly feel around. I also added 500mg Calcium for extra bone supprlort (I read this was a good idea to do on Ralox)

Happy 4th dude, don't get too wasted lol.

Also if you interested, raloxefine update. Idk how long I've been on but it's around the same amount of time as you have been. Gyno in right side has shrunk dramatically and left side has shrunk but not as dramatic. Still get puffy nips on and off but when not puffy you can see zero gyno. Il probably go another week or 2 at 50mg and then possibly drop to 25-30mg.

Only reason is I don't want my igf crushed for months. I'm hoping that 25mg will do the trick and then adding some mk at night and igf in the morning will raise igf to reasonable to high levels. We shall see. It's gonna be a little experiment I'm going to run out of myself for august and maybe September too

Ralox and nolvadex both lower igf, now, don't be alarmed, if your on a real cycle it's going to be negligible and the gear will do its thing.

But I'm on 75mg testosterone and some androsterone so Its going to effect me more.

Taking testosterone back to 150mg next week and then run a little cycle next month.

300 test 300mast or primo and throw the igf/mk in the mix.

That should be a significant boost over what I've been doing

What bloodwork should I get at the end of the yk-11? I'm open for suggestions here. I typically get Lipid panel, CBC, liver function etc..

I've heard there is a certain type of kidney function test to seek, but I can't remember the name..? All advise is appreciated

That’s just called marriage Pretty much most gear can make me a little bit easier to irritate, especially when it’s first introduced or there’s a total dosage increase. You will accommodate. Mindfulness of your emotions vs reality is the best strategy; you need to remember what’s important is for you to be happy, not always be right. A lot of times, just saying less or trying to go with the flow are the best ways to achieve a happier, more fulfilling life situation.

I basically never regret holding my tongue, but I often regret speaking severely before I have had a chance to cool off & assess the situation in a less biased fashion.

And get the kind of bloodwork you normally would. Your normal set of panels should include an eGFR. If that’s not out of whack, you don’t really need deeper kidney tests without cause.

Very good points. I apologized shortly after and all is good now. I just need to be more mindful of this. Its like mt feeling got hurt, so I was doing everything in my power to hurt hers. Stupid way to act.

Baby Aspirin....

Any of you guys use this as a staple supplement? Or, maybe just run it on cycle? Or not at all?

Open for opinions on this. I have a ton at my house. My parents, who are getting up there in age, take this daily.

I still don't understand why not throw tamox in the mix? I can guarantee you that 20 mg tamox with 50 - 100 mg Ralox combo would work much more efficiently for gyno reduction. I would run the Ralox every day and the Tamox every 3rd day. The best way to get rid of gyno without crashing your estrogen with AI's

Right.. even more of a reason to add Nolva. Just worth a shot before you decide to go under the knife. Also it wouldn't hurt to add in a small dose of AI every couple of days

just thought I'd stop by and say you guys are doing pretty high doses of rolox. most of the studies I see don't use more than 60mg/ day. mpmd website says do 60mg for a loading period and then 30mg til gyno is gone

Yeah, I saw that post by MPMD. There are other studies out there showing Ralox dosed up over 100 for extended periods of time for gyno reduction. There was really no risk to health at this dose either, from what I remember. I know a person who has used over 200mg with zero sides.

@Smont may have these studies saved somewhere

200 mg of Ralox a day seems unnecessary.. unless someone was using it for PCT but still seems kind of high. I'm sure side effects would start to appear. Some people start high and then taper down but personally I find between 50 and 100 mg to work best. No reason to taper really as the half life of Ralox is quite short in comparison to other serms

Soreness from yk or raloxefine?

Never got sore joints on raloxefine before, I actually never got any sides from raloxefine that I can think of, but my dose has never exceed 100mg and that's only the first few weeks I use it that high.

Just thought about this.

Mpmd I think links all of his research sources on his website. All of the information derrick provides on YouTube is a collection of information he has taken from other people's research and studies and I think he sites everything he takes from so all the studies should be able to be accessed through links on his website!

If you are not allergic to soy, 2,000fu/100mg Nattokinase is superior longterm in meta-analysis from a lack of risk for stomach issues aspirin can present over long periods of time in some individuals. I take a cap between meals or fasted, with no other supplements at the same time, year round.

But yes baby aspirin is a great move on cycle or post-COVID as an anti-clotting precaution if you have it readily available and can’t get Nattokinase, have a soy allergy, or don’t have the 10 cents a day for natto. Nothing can touch baby aspirin in terms of cost/day. A bottle can be had for $1. That’s some cheap insurance!

I've been battling bacne since long before I started any AAS...it dates back to NY teenage years. I finally decided to give Accutane a try.

Would it be ok to start a low dose treatment, alongside my current oral AAS cycle?

Or should I wait until this cycle is wrapped up?

Nice bloods man.

Do your joints feel drier? Mine have started feeling dry and popping; I just discontinued the 24mg of Yk11 I had been taking orally for 10-11 days because of it.

Been following and having run YK 11 several times myself I was also experiencing some weird sore joints. Upon further research I found that less is more with this compound. I ended up lowering my dose from 30 mg to around 7 mg and found that to be my sweet spot. Sure aggression and strength gains were not even close to 30 mg but as part of a complete cycle 7 - 10 mg was plenty and I didn't have the fear of an injury.

I'm sure injectable YK 11 is completely different however as I have no experience with it. Just a theory though it may act very different from oral and present less of a risk when it comes to injury

I would definitely wait brother! Accutane is systematic and will increase the side effects of SD and other AAS. Have you tried anything topical yet?

I personally had acne in my teens and early 20's and remember getting prescribed two different topical's and ketoconazole shampoo. Can't remember exactly what the topical's were called but they were all applied in the shower. Being in my thirties now I haven't had acne in the last ten years but could just be from getting older.

I also had really bad dandruff but it completely went away

I've been using this deactivated charcoal bar soap, and a topical Sasicylic acid spray. This combo seems to help some, but occasionally still get black heads and cystic acne. Starting on my chest now too

You might want to wait till the cycle is wrapped up because it's probably going to make your acne worse before it makes it better. And the low dose treatments can take a very long time to work.

You might be like me. Outside of 19nors giving me prolactin gyno, nothing gives me side effects. At least not at the doses I've experiment with over the years.

Well, I get acne any time I add or remove gear while hormones flux....,

I used SD a few times, gained about 1lb per day on 30mg. Last time I used it I was dirty bulking for a bench press PR and got fat but that's a different story lol. But in general, 1lb per day weight gain on a 500 cal surplus, no loss of appetite, no high BP, no shedding, no loss of energy and I think liver only went out of range slightly 1 time in bloods. Feel normal start to finish and set strength PR after PR until I hurt something, which has happened more then once on SD or Adrol

Anadrol I get same results but feel even better.

Bo only gets high when I get over 215lbs and/or eat crappy.

Honestly, since I got better about diet and seeing how I've stayed under 210 since that bulk I don't think I've had any BP issues.
