They're harmless, man, trust me. I've had one swim above me, then flip my diving partner with its tail. That nearly knocked the packs right off of his back! But, they're harmless. ;)

Tired as hell.... Having trouble breathing due to AM cardio this morning and the sudden temperature drop here.

Day 1 - Weight 172

Dont know why but I woke up about 2 hours pre w/o - maybe out of excitement. So I thought it was the perfect chance to pop 3 caps TO. Laid back down and fell back asleep. Woke up 1.5 hours later and took 2 caps Meltdown. I did notice when I woke up I was a tad "jittery", like I did get somewhat of a stim effect from the TO. I did wake up very well rested. Which is great considering I took 2 caps lean dreams last night to help me sleep - I was just soo excited about getting started today. I had a great workout! Dont think TO had much to do with it - not enough time to kick in yet. But numbers did go up on all exercises - reps and weights. Yesterday was my last day with Prime until TO is done with. I liked Prime a lot. I believe it had quite a bit to do with the weight I put on. Strength did continue to climb. The weights going up today I know was because of the fact that they are new exercises that I started doing about 3 weeks ago (bb hacks/step ups) and I purposely didnt go as heavy as I could to get form down. Now that form is near perfect imo, I am upping the weight.

2 hr pre w/o: 3 caps TO
30 mins pre w/o: 2 caps Meltdown

Pre - intra w/o elixar: 1 scoop Intra aid, 1 scoop Vassive-ea8, 4g BA, 70g slow carbs = totaling 80g carbs. Im thinking Ill up the carbs as I go with TO

The w/o:
1. P/L hack squats (feet about 6 inches apart) - 120x8, 190x8, 240x8, 275x8 - will adjust weight next time. I hadnt done this particular exercise in about a month. So I wanted to make sure strength was till there before hittn 315. Still, this wore the fukc outa me!
2. Seated calf raises - 200x20 (slow and controlled)
3. Bb hack squats - moved up 30lbs! :D..not because of strength (maybe a little) but because I am more comfortable with my form. - 135x8, 175x8, 195x6 - man I started gettin about spent here!
4. Murderous step ups! - moved up 10lbs from last time! Now this was because of strength increase! - 90x8, 110x8, 120x6 and I felt I coulda done more but I was sooooo exhausted and needed to get home and eat :spam:

Was pleased with this workout and I know they will get better and better! Took 2 caps Neovar post w/o and will take 2 more with my next meal. Time to eat!!! Tomorrow is an off day then its Chest/biceps!! :dance: Excited to see what happens on day 3 of TO!:burnout:

Some comments on TO:

I am in a pretty damn good mood! Im sure its partly due to excitement but this is not just excitement! I am overwhelmed with just happiness right now! Also, libido seems to be up! Libido has been down the last 2-3 days. So I definitely am noticing an increase in randyness!

Update:

Experienced some pretty bad rage from 12:30 to 1:30pm..then it went away and now Im back on cloud 9

I am soooooo struggling to avoid weight gains on The ONE. its a total drag, i'd have to eat like a bird to not put on lbs

It def makes me feel better about the whole situation. The fact that you made that deal makes me think you are very confident about the stuff. So let's see what this stuff can do!

well, I really just want to get leaner :D so adding some muscle is nice sure as it will keep size up as I get rid of fat, but from having been a long time fat boy, its always a little queasy watching the scale go up
