Hey guys, so I wanted to make a little write-up of my thoughts on combined Icon One + Ultra Epi run I am 3 weeks in on. I don't want to make a log, it's more of a summary:
- I've been on dermacrine + Alpha Seven before which gave me negligent gains, though it's understandable as it's a mild compound and it actually started kicking in late when I had only one bottle on my hands. The point I want to make is that I experienced hair thinning and shedding while on it that started almost instantly - few days after first application and I have no predisposition for male pattern baldness (I guess). On Icon One and Ultra Epi no such thing occured and I've been paying close attention. Taking into account dermacrine is essentially built into Icon One I can only identify A7 as a culprit.
Now in terms of effectiveness of the stack (I'm 27, competitive freestyle wrestler, training and diet on point, sleep schedule was mixed due to being white collar criminal as well) - i'll do it on scale 0 - 5, 0 being essentialy no added value and 5 turning you into Hulk himself:
Mass gain 3/5:
I am not sure if it's due to the fullness/hardness of muscle, but I don't think I'm exaggerating by saying I really put on few lbs of muscle already. Works like a charm. Much better than for instance LGD or Rad140. Note that 3 is actually a good score. Attribute this effect mainly to Icon One.
Energy and overall mood 3/5:
Probably that's more due to epiandro, but there's this energy influx after application. I feel "in the zone" for whatever I'm about to do, no anxiety or jitteriness as few users reported. Slight boost to self-confidence as well.
Strength 1/5:
My biggest concern and confusion. Due to new, hard muscle appearing here and there I go to the gym every other day expecting I'll blow the weights out of the water, but actual strength boost was very limited although noticeable. Here things like Rad of LGD vastly outperform this stack. Maybe it's still too early? This being said both substances, especially Ultra Epi are supposed to make you considerably stronger. The little strength gain I noticed (more than I would expect to come naturally that is) was also on completly unrelated lifts - deadlift and .... wait for it... curls. Yeah, my biceps got crazy strong, while bench/squat/military press got no love thus far.
Endurance/Explosiveness 2/5:
While there are no benefits to endurance that I could see I was pleasantly surprised that my explosiveness on vertical jump, 60 meter dash went up slightly after I stalled on those for a long time.
Side Effects 5/5:
Literally none, which is great. Once in a blue moon I feel my elbows being "dry", but it's a very minor change.
Cut 4/5:
Perhaps one of the biggest values. My Eastern European family cooks mounds and heaps of food for Christmas which is a 5 day affair here and afterwards I usually walk away looking like a Hindenburg. No amount of grease and fat could pose any threat to my physique this season.
Overall, satisfied so far. Now, if strength kicked in in the near future it would have been a cherry on top.
