well in high school me n my friends would always call nerds geek poops so i just kinda used the name haha!

but yeah im a quite a geek, really into video games and electronic stuff. its fun i like it :D
 
Ok so I dont know what week or anything Im in anymore, i lost track and Im keeping track by looking at the vials lol.

I do beleive the EQ hunger thing kicked into full drive these last 3-4 days. I thought maybe it was a fluke but I ate 2 meals in 3 hours and its liek i havent even eaten. im starved.

pretty much the see food diet as of now.


Ok gonna add that Methandriol Dipropionate or w/e in too this week / next when im at 100%

dose is 200-400mg per week w/ 6-8 weeks so i got 2x 10ml vials 100mg ml so ill do 330ish a week / 3 injects a week for 6 weeks to see what this stuff is all about.

profiles say its compairable to decca kinda but not really lol.
 
Ok so started the stuff today, took 1ml / 100mgs in the left quad today... kinda hurt a little bit. not a dead leg but i can definately tell i pinned. maybe cuz i only have been using my azz for ever but idk. nothing unbearable.

Anyways... What made you choose EQ over something like deca? My next cycle is gonna be test + oral + EQ or deca.. Just can't decide =\. kinda leaning towards EQ though for it's endurance properties. Whats your take on this??

@ Xpballer if you can handle progestin sides or aren't susceptible to them then go for deca. Good for joints and it's pretty anabolic, good for building real muscle. EQ, I've heard of a lot of people who don't respond very well to it, and quite a few people that get anxiety from it. There's a lot of good that can be said for EQ, the appetite is good for bulking, the vascularity is nice, but IMO if you can handle some prolactin, do the deca.

Yeah I agree.. Geek is pretty shredded up. Pretty excited to see how this whole thing unfolds. Interesting that you didn't care for the OT too much.


On a side note (not to hijack).. How do EQ and deca stack together as far as synergies go? Do they get along?

Seems like when anyone starts any type of anabolics gets sick, at least IME with it doesnt really matter what time of the year it is.

oh couple of factors why i chose EQ. I got it on a sale when i bought it, what i pay for cabaser is a little pricey so i didnt wanna obhter with spending to much. I havent noticed to much of the endurance properties but the eating thing... holy hell. i eat a standard 8oz meat + 50g carbs + some fat per meal but im eating like every 1.5 hours or at least having a big snack inbetween. literally eating like its my job.

Yeah still somewhat lean, not overly for to long but w/e. OT was cool but for future refernce / my reccomendation id run something stronger to start off a cycle.

ok couple of updates here...

this methly di prop stuff hurts like a bitch. i took 2ml in teh right quad today and have been limping around like all day. gonna do 1.5 split up M and R. but yeah anyways its annoying pain.

im just gonna say im 8 weeks in cuz i started this log like close to 8 weeks ago. got 2 vials of EQ left as well, sucked down the 3rd today for my shot. I have like 40amps of test enan left that not a factor.

acne is flaring up like fcking awful. had lady friend over today n she was in shock n awe. shes seen me on every cycle and says it the worst yet and i gotta agree. not on my face or chest tho so fck it.

def noticeable increase w aggression this week / last week. i basicaly have a laid back stoner personality, except i dont smoke, but now i kinda edgy. i gotta step back on some stuff.

I think thats basically everything summed up so far? if anyone has a question post it up and ill answer it the best i can.

suppose while im writing i mine as well post up like a typical day's diet, heres what i ate today...

~10oz burgers cooked in evoo + pepper jack cheese + 3 slices of wheat bread
+
~10oz burgers cooked in evoo + pepper jack cheese + 3 slices of wheat bread
+
8oz chicken cooked in evoo + 1 C brown rice
+
80z chicken cooked in evoo + 1 C brown rice
+
20g protein bar
+
10oz burger cooked in evoo + cheese

50g protein shake and 2 table spoons natural pb

snacks are like doritos n crap while im cooking my food lol. but yeah im eating quite a lot id say close to 3800ish every day NP w snacks included.


and yeah, i had a double cheese burger for breakfast om nom nom

i'm the same way. i eat crap while on and it has an impact on my overall appearance but if i'm spending hundreds of dollars i want to put on weight. if you're going on stage then i can see not wanting to eat ice cream, banana bread and things like that but i you know how to properly diet later, what's the problem?
 
funny how easy it is to manipulate the body too. you can have that same crap even when your diet is mostly strict as long as you change your intake on other things, you know what i mean just eat whatever technically fits in your macros.

All i can say is that eating dirty is an amazing thing. .. but doing it over and over and over which i have done since i have competed makes you feel like a BIG :dump: With that being said it is a good thing to put your system on the fritz to make it adapatable. . .your body enjoys routine but you need to strength it through rigourous training mentally and physically. :You_Rock_Emoticon: eating dirty on cycle is a no no but like we say everything in moderation is good for you. . .how much weight have you gained thus far? :food:

house scale says +11 and gym scale says +16 so Ill average it and go with 13.5. idk not to impressed with eq, cool cuz you got these weird litle veins all over and are starving all the time but other than that idk ; /

strength gains are still good, well not as good as i started its slowing down thats for sure but i swear i put on some mass or something. i stood next to my friend who has ~30lbs on me and we were literally the same size

the di prop stuff im gonna have to say im almost constantly pumped. I woke up today and i mine as well did 21's the entire night woke up all puffy n such.

true true! i read people saying dieting on eq woudl be near impossible and im gonna agree with that 100% just starving all the time its cool but annoying if you forgot to pack some snacks lol! Im agreeing w/ the gains too, should be pretty easy to keep almost everthing here, at least im hoping so ;)

i dont have any paranoia what so ever, on tren i had anxiety like no tomorrow so id group that into paranoia but on this stuff i all fine. just little pissy n moody at times.
 
Ok so this morning +13.8 at home so I gonna say this is the gain so far.

Since this cycle is coming to an end what you guys think I should do?
- add in phera I got 2 bottles
- dbol I don't think this is a good idea
- trenadrol... I'm not a fan of ds tren but whatever
- winstrol it'd cut me up pretty good but idk cuz Idc at the moment

So what you guys think? I kinda wanna do phera and winstrol so I can use up the phera and I have a ton of winstrol

Suggestions?! Ideas?

Hmm, i've never had issues with phera so you prolly won't need caber.. But everyone is different, so you should know if you've ran it before..

You got tons of experience so take that phera up to 50 if you want :sgrin:

got 120x pills x 15 mgs = 1800mgs phera so like

6 weeks 45mgs should be both bottles, i think i may go for it just for ****s huh? i spent $20 on both bottles way back when. i can always ditch the crap if i dont like it. i think itll go down thanks giving whatever plan i scheme up ;)

Yeah i think you'll like it, phera for me is very mild on sides, and you should get some good weight gains, great strength gains, and what I noticed at 50mgs was freakin MASSIVE pumps. It was fun :sgrin:

yeah its some goofy fcking LNR "desoxydrol" brand. phera is phera fck it.

i definately have put on mass but my main lifts havent moved much ; / all other lifts like good mornings, upright rows, dips n other compound lifts like that are up like ~30lbs easy lol
I'll take the trenadrol if you don't want it :D
already got plans for bud, gonna hand it out to kids at school lol :lol:
