Haha ty. Carditone is what Dante advises as an actual bp control, which I am not taking yet (heartrate shopping this weekend was 117/87 loaded up on fat burners).

The Coq10 & Pycnogenol are for cardiovascular longevity, & Shilajit has many positive effects in the body and supercharges Coq10 levels in the body by slowing its breakdown. Pycnogenol is also for overall health & lowers bp on its own, which downstream helps kidneys over time.

Bodyweight 211.6! Gonna be a 198er at this rate

Took fasted blood sugar levels twice with new non-expired strips: 103 & 102. Mk677 is without a doubt making me prediabetic. I have lost over 10% bodyweight, added at least 2 hours of LISS weekly, added fiber, lowered carbs & overall cals, increased focus on nutrient timing, added 500mg daily Berberine and it’s still creeping up.

Dropping it. Bumped T2 slightly from 500 to 600mcg as well.

Kinda depleted; falling asleep at the squat bar so shelved the minor accessory for tomorrow. Deadlifts were flying but grip needs a lot of rebuilding. Tried to keep the focus on quad hypertrophy with the boxsquat.

Grip will come back quick id imagine. 1-3 sets of single arm bb rack pull holds for 10-15 seconds might be a good idea as an accessory for a bit though.

Yeah just some static holds is a good idea. I told myself I wouldn’t start touching any strongman implements until after the wedding, but that’s more moving stuff.

Slept 12.5 hours last night and feeling better for it. Training 5 days a week and the 11KT has definitely cut into my sleep some.

40 minutes of fasted LISS today, followed by 5x15 on back extensions & 5x10 seated calves.

It’s pretty big; I’ll have to measure later. I mainly got them for bench, but also to try on yoke and loading. Chad always wore lifters for yoke and he could walk a grand beltless on any given day so it wasn’t hurting him any.

211.2lbs today. Fasted glucose down to 96 from 103 a week ago since dropping MK677.

No training today, just extra cardio. Fasting at least for the workday, if I can go the entire day I will but if I get rundown (likely) I will have one big meal before bed.

I think 8 weeks at 500mg/day, with half that usage prior at least on average. I have not done any full days of fasting since the week of that, and rarely any IF - maybe one day a week. Doesn’t really work out when training first thing in the morning 5 days a week. But I’m smart enough to know training frequently in a caloric deficit will get me a better body than training less and fasting more.

People who fast more than they focus on lifting usually look like that, it appears to me.

Yeah it feels good getting back into some real work. It’s kinda funny when people seemed surprised what I am already lifting - like they forgot what they saw me doing just 4 months ago!

Nice work Hyde. You have 2019 by the balls dude.
I am looking to make it my strongest year yet!

Lats were still crispy from Wednesday but I wanted to at least play around with some pull-ups. No issues, so I will keep pushing them harder. New bench shoes have about 1” lift and felt fine.

Overall, body is feeling run down since the weights have been going up with this high frequency and calories are under maintenance. Thankfully no training tomorrow - time with family for a graduation and Mother’s Day!

No belt, used straps after the first set of 355. Everything moved pretty easily, not really working hard just getting some progressively heavier work in. Need to start practicing Hookgrip again because I wasn’t doing so hot the couple sets I used it on.

Yesterday was great to see the family, and got 40 minutes of cardio in yesterday evening at least after being in the car all day. Clen bumped to 80mcg daily on Friday I believe. Multiple family members yesterday and folks at the gym today were commenting how much leaner I am compared to last winter, so it’s nice people can see the results.

Yeah I have never wanted to be married to anyone else at all. This one is very different. They say you when you know, you’ll know, and there’s nobody I’d rather spend my time with.

Awesome trip, perfect sunny weather every day and ocean breeze at a beachfront condo on Okaloosa Island. Family, food, fun - couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Lots of time at the beach, partying poolside, went boating in the bay, walking the harbor, sunrises, moonlit crab catching, family dinners, just non-stop good time.

Feeling very blessed!

Hahaha no I feel you - those little bastards are fast as hell, so you get a big adrenaline spike chasing them down with a net, dashing back and forth to get within striking range! Plus it’s dark on the beach other than your flashlight, so it kinda ups the drama when you come across them. The bucket got so full they were climbing atop one another to try to escape. When we let them all go, it was like 50 spiders dashing in every direction!

Bench felt really good, best it has since before the surgery. 195 still felt pretty light in hand, but holding 235 was shaky since I haven’t held any of these weights in almost 4 months. Log felt pretty awkward as expected, but it was good fast delt and tricep volume & I only had about 70 min for this one.

Cycle Updates:

Yesterday was last day of the 75mg of Methylclostebol and finishing up the dregs of 11KT transdermal today. Dropped the 25mcg T3 and will let my body return to its natural production now, tapering Clen down to 60mcg as I bring a controlled diet back in before I drop it entirely shortly. Also added a bit more SARMs, and dropping the 500mg epiandro I was using to help lethargy for 75mg of 3AD. So current setup is:

-Aggressive Labz Slay x1/day
-Aggressive Labz Excalibur x1 scoop/day
-Enhanced Formulations 3-Alpha 75mg/day
-Var that’s probably Winnie 50mg/day

Pretty mild, but not trying to push strength too fast or gain a bunch of weight, just improving composition and rebuilding the foundation.
