Workout: started GVT today since it was my arm day I had to start with that but here will be my new GVT inspired split
Day 1: Chest and Back
Superset
Bench press 10x10
Back rows 10x10
Day 2: Arms
Superset
Barbell curl 5x10
OH tri ext 5x10
Superset
Dumbbell curls with fat gripz 5x10
Skull crushers 5x10
Off (cardio since I'm cutting)
Day 4: Legs
Squats 10x10
Stiff leg deadlifts 10x10
Day 5: shoulders traps abs
OHP 5x10
Side lateral raises 5x10
Decline sit ups with weight 5x10
Day 6: off
Day 7: repeat
Today was a killer wow it was fun!!! My arms were ripped apart lol
Diet: 1.5lbs if 95:5 ground beef with eggs mixed in...protein with milk for breakfast simple day but good for the diet
Notes: got a small tooth ache deff making an appointment soon but awesome lift...tomorrow is a burn day morning cardio and afternoon cardio and low calories

Gotta say bro, you are a machine. Working out in the mornings is getting real rough and some days I want to throw in the towel. But damnit I can't because I think of all the progress I would lose and I love this site and the motivated bro's on it! I would feel like the biggest hypocrite coming back here every day if I was letting myself slip......
I type this at 0550 am on a day off (from work) as I sip on a mixture of Spark and Prodigy!! Once this stuff takes hold I feel beastly. On that note I'll get a review up for you soon bro.

Hahahahaha epic bro epicThat many reps would have you looking killer! Could you fit out the door of the gym when you left? I absolutely hate getting stuck and the fire department having to jaws of life me out the doorway. It was a great feeling the first time but it is just plain annoying now.

Karma is a joke.....all the nice stuff I try to do for everyone and my debit card had the info stolen and drained my entire bank account (including my tax refund) Down to 41$ in a matter of 4 hours.....wtf is big fish games out of Seattle!!!! I live in pa! And I have 1000$s of charges from them on my card so now my account is closed and I have to despite it and pray I get my money back....I hate life some times

Ok bros went to the bank today and filed everything I needed now it's just a waiting game but I'm sure things will clear up soon so whatever I need to buy ill throw on my chase sapphire card and get some points then pay it off ASAP of courseI will update in a bit about my GVT and how great VL is treating me specially at night

Day 28: (2 weeks left)
Workout: well I'm still doing and loving GVT but after lots of reading I've decided to try a little something different with GVT for example today was chest and back...what normal GVT calls for is 10x10 on the bench and 10x10 back rows well I hate not hitting my lats or other parts of my chest so I am doing this

Incline flys 5x10
Back rows 5x10
Lat pull downs 5x10
Wow I'm sore it was awesome!!! I'm still doing the 90 sec rest on bench and back rows and 60 sec rest on the flys and Lat PDs...still super intense bc I'm going right from bench to the flys so my chest is crushed lol the pump hurt today haha loved it so excited for tomorrow legssquats 5x10

Diet: 2100 cals 250g protein 110g carbs 70g fat
Notes: my weight is surprising me at 200lbs so I'm still down 8lbs since I started but I think the test and change in lifting routine which is shocking my muscle I'm actually recomping very well at 200lbs I'm much more lean and vascular I have a feeling my last two weeks with VL will really be great and everyone will love my pics in 2 weeks....also been dosing one cap before bed and love the sleep I get and sometimes I wake up sweating my ass off lol it's great I wake up lean from the water being gone from sweating some nights
