I just finished a pulse cycle of e-stane 3-4x/week for 4 weeks. I didn't take any natural "test boosters" during or after the cycle. I gained ~3-5 lbs. and my strength went up, so I was happy with the cycle. I had no side effects whatsoever.
I'm in the first week off and my weight and strength are still steady and I feel perfectly normal. I don't see any reason why your approach wouldn't work since you are taking every other week off. I've only done the one cycle so far, so take my experience for what it's worth.

What you have achieved is exactly what I am looking for, but over a longer period of time. The other effect I have noticed is the feeling of well being I get when on cycle, its like turning the clock back 10 yrs lol. But bear in mind I am 43 so I need all the help I can get

I only went 4 weeks because it is my first cycle and because I wanted to minimize any risk of shutdown. I also figured modest gains over 4 weeks or so would be easier to maintain. I'm also looking to avoid any big convoluted PCT regimen. Had I been willing to do that, I would have done a full cycle. The plan is to do 4 weeks on (pulsed) and 4-5 weeks off for a while. I'm also start mixing in some P-Plex and M-Drol and decreasing the E-stane with my next cycle. This will allow me modulate the relative "strength" of the cycle. I felt pretty good as well (I'm 34), but nothing way different than normal. I did feel the "rebound" effect a bit on my off days though.

Easy, I see what you mean. Just a little sad that Epi/SD still kicks off gyno in people even though its not meant to be estrogenic. I think if i was to ever touch Epi it wud just be on a pulse. Meanwhile im gonna see how a nice cycle of H-drol treats me![]()

I don't think I've seen anyone mention having tried it. Someone should give it a whirl and maybe keep a log to let us know how it goes. I'd be interested in seeing what the results were.
Yes, it's workable. 1on 1off, 2on 2off, I've seen guys do it successfully. I call it more of a 'mini cycle' than a pulse though. The principle is the same, just a longer wavelength.

I'm doing a standard PCT just to make sure everything bounces back just right, especially since this extended longer than I originally planned for. Im about 9 days into PCT now and strength is still going up, still looking very solid in the mirror.
It was my second pulse and I was very happy w/ the results. I plan to give it probably two months after PCT and then do another cycle of some sort probably in August.

Didn't really see much in the way of sides or shutdown. I'm sure I had to be shut down to some extent by the end, but it didn't really seem so. I'd still get erections and stuff, so I had function.
I really think pulsing is the way to go as far as making steady progress while not having many sides. Hope your's goes well.

Been taking Livercare from Myogenics about two weeks now and just started to take hawthorne berries two days ago and just took a dose of DHEA today.
Will be pulsing HAVOC on Mondays, Tues and Thurs (if not Thursdays then Friday which ever my schedule at work and family time allows).
The other days are off days. Now I have bought NOVADEX XT by recommendation of my local vitamin shop guy and was wanting to know if this could be implemented in my pulse as an AI/Testbooster.
If so then should I take it only on off days? Is the length of off days too long in between ON days.
I have NOXplode and Cell Mass, protein powders, multi, and fish oils. How do I implement these or do I need these on cycle?
Should I get a trib as well.
I am currently at 208 lbs down from 230 about a few months ago and this will be my first PH cylcel ever.

Mon: Chest, back and abs
Tues: Tri's, Bi's, shoulders and abs
Thurs or Friday: Chest, back and abs and continue in this fashion on work our days so no one specific day will be only set for a specific body part.
Will be eating clean and may have a day or two of cheat days for family nights but even then will chose the best "health/clean" food for me.
Need to keep the dong going for my wife will the NOVEDEX XT help???

Just wondering why you are ramping up to 30 mg the first week and then going back down to 20 mg in week 2; doesn't really make sense to me. Even though it's your first pulse, you can probably go as high as 40 mg per day (i.e. 20 mg pre- and 20 mg post-workout) with no problems. I recently did this on a two day a week pulse with havoc and I weigh a lot less than you. The thing about using the pulse method is that you can use slightly higher dosages of these compounds than you would on a straight cycle because you're only dosing a few times per week. Good luck.
