I sure hope so! My ultimate goal is single digit bodyfat and completely visible 6 pack of abs. I'm eating purely whole grains, my bodyweight in protein, and grouping most of my carbs around my workouts.

I tried to post some before and after pictures but I dont have enough posts yet. Ive been doing HIIT every other day combined with LISS for 45 minutes combined with a 400 calorie deficit. My abs are FINALLY coming in and it is seriously the greatest feeling and boost of self confidence I have ever felt
. Ive never dieted and exercised this strictly, but doing so combined with alpha t-2 has produced the most phenomenal results, I'm pretty tempted to pick up a second bottle and run it for another month!
