Help me pick a new pre-workout...if u'd like

im another for lit up. it wont give u the most energy like mesomorph etc, but it doesnt make you crash and im starvin by the time i finish gym and dont have to force myself to eat, two big winners for me right there.

Try removing the GMS, lowering the BA, removing the BCAA, and adding Citrulline, nitrates/agmatine, and some good nootropics.
 
well im gonna wait till the purus promo is over, if i win, its muscle marinade. if not, gonna give white flood or super pump a try

I am confused. I have checked the forum and MP's website. On the website, the Assault bottle looks different from the ones listed on BB.com and NutraPlanet, but the list of ingredients seems to be the same, including the Suma Root. Where have you seen the new Assault?

Look into a BCAA as well... Purple wraath...it is good man. All the essentials are in it to along with BA to buffer hydrogen in the muscles.

In a way but it works synergistically with the other compunds like hiperuzine and mild caffiene / stim it produces a nootropic and cognitive effect...helps boost post w/o GH

I see. Remember that most online stores do NOT update the product information and the company websites usually have the latest re images, ingredient profiles, etc. In saying that, looks like they have not yet updated the ingredient profile, but trust me, it HAS CHANGED and is NOT that one!

I have been through several tubs of the reformulated Assault as well as the original, and currently combine the two, so I know. Not to mention the fact that it is common knowledge re the reformulation (did you read the threads I directed you to), since it has been all over the boards and MusclePharm social networking pages. If you want to see what it is, go into a GNC or VitaminShoppe and look at the Assault label - ask them if it is the original or "new" formula before doing so; most of those stores also have samples of the new formulation, so you can always ask to look at one of those as well.

when i tried a sample packet of it a couple months ago, i drank it and 10 min later while driving to them gym, i felt the craziest rush. like a thought i was about to go crazy with rage then when when i got to the gym, it went away and got pretty tired. i liked the rush but it just knocked me out the gym. good flavor though, forgot which it was
 
How dose the original NO Shotgun compare to version 2. I really didnt even think version 2 was all that great. Is version 3 better than 2? I mean 2 didnt even have a good caffeine kick IMO and it made me sick. It contained a bunch of ethyl esters, which in my theory, is just too much ethyl ester alcohol to be healthy. It made me sweat a little more, which didnt neccasarily equal a better workout. Some days Id get a buzz, some days it would backfire, just like the old Nano Vapor.
 
Also the gaba is there to increase growth hormone and smooth out the negative effects from stimulants such as jitters, anxiety, loss of focus. It creates a very unique energy. But if you do go with the flood start with one scoop. Your body has to adjust to gaba just like stims and like someone mentioning it making them tired, they started with 2 scoops. Start with one scoop and go from there.
 
Gms sucks to drink but I have never experienced a pump and fullness like it delivers. Gms creatine mono agmatine b.a. and caffeine is the best pre w.o. imo
 
well, ended up buyin pump fixx by ams. found it on sale for 20 bucks and they're throwin in Hypertrop-X for free!!!!! cant beat his deal. i luv what beta alanine does to me and an extra dose of it with pump fixx will be very nice. cant wait till it comes in. is ther a wait time between preworkouts? like should i take a month off since im finishing up my maniac this week? manic never gave me a rush or jttery feeling or honestly anything but a good pump for a few weeks and a great taste

I know it's not on your list but I've found Scivaton Novum is awsome! Tried Super Pump & Assult I rate it over them!
