I do my own homemade concoction
5 grams of creatine monohydrate
10 grams BCAA
5 grams glycerol monostearate
5 grams beta alanine
add 2 cups of water and some crystal light
OPTIONAL: slin-sane or glycobol if you have a good amount of carbs
I am confused. I have checked the forum and MP's website. On the website, the Assault bottle looks different from the ones listed on BB.com and NutraPlanet, but the list of ingredients seems to be the same, including the Suma Root. Where have you seen the new Assault? No worriesYes, there are other changes, lie more citrulline added to replace the removal of Suma Root - you only need to compare the original and reformulated ingredient profiles. The removal of Suma Root from Assault (and Recon) was made for NSF approval after it was recently publicized that Suma Root exhibits similar characteristics to various banned compounds, thus there is the possibility of testing for a false positive when being drug tested. For more information on the latest MusclePharm product formulations, check out Invalid Link Removed in their subforum.
I am on a lean bulk, if there is a such thing. I guess it can be described as a recomp with more focus on gaining muscle mass. You on a recomp/cut or bulk?

In a way but it works synergistically with the other compunds like hiperuzine and mild caffiene / stim it produces a nootropic and cognitive effect...helps boost post w/o GH
Try removing the GMS, lowering the BA, removing the BCAA, and adding Citrulline, nitrates/agmatine, and some good nootropics.
Gms sucks to drink but I have never experienced a pump and fullness like it delivers. Gms creatine mono agmatine b.a. and caffeine is the best pre w.o. imo
Big fan of SAN FIERCE right now personally, although I like a lot of others as well.
I might have to give that a go pretty soon.
I know it's not on your list but I've found Scivaton Novum is awsome! Tried Super Pump & Assult I rate it over them!
