Gymaddict20's Pure Insanity: M1,4ADD, P-Mag & Formestane Cycle Log!!!!!

UPDATE PCT, Week 3, Day 18, Part 2

After my intense leg workout yesteray morning I returned to the gym last night to hit some chest, tri's and shoulders. This is more of my body building day. My elbows are starting to act up again so I am taking the next two days off to let my body rest and recover. It time, I have been going hard since Sunday so these days are much needed.

Sides: My balls hurt a littl ebit this morning but nothing too bad.

Workout: Chest, Tri's, Shoulders:

Flat bench w/ legs in the air: 10x135, 20x135, 8x185, 8x185

Incline bench: 10x135, 8x155, 8x155 (these were mainly to work on my flare when power lifting)

Standing infront of face straight bar military press: 10x95, 10x95, 10x95

Close grip flat bench board press (tri's): 5x225

Variation of skull crushers: 10x25, 10x25, 10x25

Tri rope press downs: 15x30, 10x40, 10x30

I will making my return to the gym on Saturday for power lifting. I spoke with my trainer last night and he said he didn't want me to go terribly heavy this weekend but to go for reps instead. I will do my best to get a video of me repping 405 for everyone.

My diet has really been the main factor in this cycle. I have it down to the science of what I need to eat, what not to eat, when to cheat and the correct amount of calories per day to maintain and or bulk. I will remain eating very clean but will up my calories a bit more to 3200 a day to gain a little bit more weight over these next few weeks. My abs are starting to come out nicely. As long as I eat clean and continue to bust my a$$ in the gym I will be fine. This by far is the leanest and strongest I have ever been. I am defn looking forward to what this summer will bring to the table.

Thanks for all your support brother. I am not going to be traveling for a while now due to me getting pretty burnt out from traveling like crazy thses past two months. I will defn be coming out there within the next few months though and we will be sure the slapp around some plates.
 
UPDATE PCT, Week 3, Day 19

Still feeling great. I am up another pound today and am currently sitting at 163 lbs. Haven't lost any strength or size at all!!!!! Yesterday was my off day and it kinda felt weird leaving work and not going to the gym. Almost like I didnt know what to do with myself lol.

It's spring time and I have had the "want another tattoo itch" since Christmas. It's been months since I was in there so I stopped by my favoritve tattoo shop to set up an appointment for some new ink. Upon walking in, my man Jay looked at me and said "WTF, what the hell have you been on?" lol. I just laughed, he knows I juice as I have been on something everytime he has tattooed me in the past. Just goes to show you really dont know how much you gain on cycle because you see yourself everyday. Defn a self esteem booster when you hear that.

I went to my girl friends house after that and I havent seen her since Saturday night. Upon walking in there she looked at me and said "holy sh*t, you lost weight, your waist in a lot smaller". According to her I havent lost anything in my upper body and my upper body actually looks bigger along with my waist looking smaller. She now wants to try the Eviscerate. lol

Going to beat on the heavy bag tonight after work for a bit and back to the gym for powerlifting tomorrow morning. I will be sure to get an update on here as soon and I can along with some videos. I will be posting some pics ups soon as well.

This song for some reason does a decent job of getting my fired the f*ck up.....

Still plugging along strong baby!!!!!!! Seems everything has fallen into place perfectly with this cycle and PCT. Weight has leveled off at at 163. Still seeing some nice results from the Eviscerate. Friday morning I started to incorperate the Clen topically with the Eviscerate. Sh*t is intense!!!!!! Seeing quite a bit more definition from the Eviscerate along. Looking forward to seeing what the Clen will do along with it.

Sides: Noticed my balls were a bit sore off and on over the past few days. Nothing I am really worried about as this always happens during my PCT's. They have returned to their normal sizes as well. No problem at all in the bedroom either. Formestane FTW!!!!!! I am going to miss that stuff for sure.

After each set there was a 3 minute period where I couldn't hear a thing over the ringing in my ears due to all the pressure. It all returned to normal though after a few minutes. I was pretty happy with my workout over all. I had some problems with my form during the warm up but after my set at 365 lbs, I tweaked it a bit and starting throwing up the weight nicely. The variation of skull crushers and hammer curls were mainly to get the blood back into my triceps after the workout.

As promised, I took a video of my 6th set at 405 lbs. You will hear my teamates yelling at my to push my heals down, when to cut and flare. It's all apart of the game baby!!! I will have another higher quality video up hopefully this week. This was taken on my BlackBerry so bare with me on the quality.

That clen and eviscerate is it intense because it burns or are you getting some stim effect from the clen even though applying topically?

Thanks bro. Oh it burns, lol. I am sure DarkHalf will agree with me on that one. I am seeing it both ways though. If I dose the Clen too high I see sides effects just like I ingested it. We will see what this week brings with it. The eviscerate is intense all on its own.
 
UPDATE PCT, Week 4, Day 23

Current weight is 163 lbs

No loss in strength still!! I am very sore after my Saturday session so I had to take it easy last night. My triceps are bruised and all cut up from my bench shirt so it makes for a very uncomfortable lift. I still pushed through it and banged out a kick @ss workout.

Sides: None, Starting to see a few sides from the Clen but nothing related from the PCT.

Workout, Shoulders, Bi's & Abs:

15 minutes of stretching

Seated in front of face Military Press: 10x135, 8x155, 4x175, 2x185

Standing straight bar shrugs: 15x315, 10x405, 10x405,10x405

Standing up rows on shrug machine: 10x270, 10x290, 10x290-PR!!!

Seated Tea Cups: 10x25, 10x25

-Had to bang out a few sets of Tri rope press downs to loosen up my tri's, they were killing me at this point.

Standing hammer curls: 10x35, 10x45, 10x45

Seated single arm isolation curls (w/ twist to work on peaks): 10x25, 10x25, 10x25

Standing straight bar curls 3 sets to failure at 65lbs

3 sets of 35 crunches on the ab bench

3 sets of 20, laying down leg lifts to work lower abs

I haven't really posted my diet on here so to give everyone a general idea of how clean I eat, this is what my typical daily diet will consist of. I give my self one cheat meal a week which usually will consist of pizza and hot wings lol.

Meal 1: Double Protein Shake w/ 1 Banana

Meal 2: 1 Cup Whole Grain, low sugar oatmeal

Meal 3: 4 egg whites & 2 whole eggs

Meal 4: 3 cheese burgers (no buns) or steak, with 2 cups of steamed or grilled veggies or a huge grilled chicken salad

Meal 5: 1 huge serving of Protein Pudding or 3 cans of tune w/ low fat mayo (no bread)

-Preworkout Shake: Anadraulic State

Post workout Shake: Double Protein Shake

Meal 6: Either grilled chicken, fish, steak, burgers (no buns), bison, venison or lean pork, 1 cup steamed veggies, (1) 12 oz Gatorade, 1 cup cottage cheese.

Meal 7: This is my pre bed time snack and it is by far my favorite!!!!

1 cup cottage cheese,
1 table spoon of natty peanut butter,
1 table spoon of splenda
Put it in the blender with 4 ice cubes

If you haven't tried this I highly recommend it, it really hits the sweet tooth and doesn't taste anything like cottage cheese. anyone else ever do this?

They interviewed Tila Tequila this morning on the radio while I was driving into work. Apparently she is trying to clean up her act a bit. My only question is why would she do that and what's wrong with her?

UPDATE PCT, Week 4, Day 24

Yesterday was an day off. My triceps are still pretty beat up and I have to adjust my workout schedule due to me power lifting on Sunday this week instead of Saturday. I still feel great and will return to the house of iron tonight to unleash the fury of smashing steel plates!!!!!!

Sides: A little bit shaky from the 60mcg of clen but that's about it. Appetite is still up quite a bit. Still hungry and pounding food all day long. No problem in the bedroom with the lady either. I really haven't seen any shut down on this cycle or PCT. Defn not a bad thing lol.

I am really going to see what I can do this weekend and use this to guage my final strength gains. I am going to mix in some light cardio today and tomorrow to keep the blood flowing. I continued to make gains and set PR's in my PCT. I will have it all broken down more in detail on Monday. I am going to start to write it up this afternoon to waste some time at work.

What would be even better than her being a tripplet? Getting to bang all three at the same time!!!!!!!!

UPDATE PCT, Week 4, Day 28

This will be my final update with this log. I have not lost any strength or size thus far and I am completely done with my PCT. I will be getting blood work done this week to be sure everything is in check and check my Liver values as well. I wanted to get in one more final update in before my final write up on this cycle. I again set a PR above and beyond what I had expected to. The strength gains on this cycle were some great thats for sure!!!

Sides: None.

Current weight: 160 lbs before workout

Warm Up

I have some videos below of my 3 heavy lifts. Notice at 425 lbs, I came down and hit the board, went up and came back down then fired it up again. I did this because I wasn't in my grove with my first push. The guys on the team tweaked my shirt a bit different before my 1st attempt at 455 lbs. In the video below you can see I am struggling to get the bar down to my chest with it. Once down I lost my pressure and couldnt get it off my chest. I am not counting it due to the lock out. My current PR with this shirt will be 425 lbs.

I am hoping that this log will not only help educate AAS/PH users but also show how important it is to do your research prior to taking AAS/PH. Again this is not intended for anyone under the age of 21!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank CEL not only for the continued support given by Aaeleal, Competitive Edge Labs and MW1 but for hooking me up with the Formestane for this cycle. I can tell you I will not run anything else without Formestane ever again!!!!

M1, 4ADD
I have run Dbol in the past and it defn gave me the dbol feeling of well being. I can tell you first hand the M14ADD is insane for strength gains. I noticed a huge increase in strength and got to the point that I was setting PR's every week. The weights just got lighter and lighter! I would defn recommend this for a bulk and will be running it again down the road.

Sides: I noticed the usually lethargy, aggressiveness and hunger. Nothing that I wasn't able to keep under raps with DHEA. Never had any problems with cramps at all. There was a brief phase that I had some trouble sleeping but I think that was due to daily stress at work. I did notice a few anger flare ups but again was able to control them rather easily.

P-Mag
I can see why this is compared to H-drol. This acted more of a recomp agent for me and helped me lose some fat. I noticed it really kick in during week 4. It also helped contribute to my size gain as well. This is a great compound for some nice dry gains. I think I am still more of a fan of h-drol however. I have a few more bottle of P-mag and will defn incorporate it again with a future cutting cycle.

Sides: Lethargy & Hunger.

I kept a very strict and clean diet while on this cycle and PCT. I believe that had a lot to do with my gains and keeping them even after my PCT.

Here is my overall rating of this insane stack. 10 being the best and 1 being not so good.

Strength: 10/10
Sides:4/10
Size: 6/10
Sleep: 8/10
Irritability: 5/10

so gymaddict was it just 1 bottle of each that you took during this cycle or 2 of each? i got 1 of each for a june run but wanted to make sure so i could order more? great log by the way, thank you mang:fing02:

To run it stacked and at the doses I did, you will need 3 bottles of M14ADD and 2 bottles of P-Mag.
