Lookin good Nick. You mentioned some testicular atrophy while ON cycle. Has that since gotten any better now that PCT has begun or is there any improvement at all.

Funny you should asked that. It did level off and the aching stopped completely. I was walking through Walmart last night and surprisingly they started to ache a bit. I don't really have a problem with this due to me being on PCT. In the past my balls when returning back to normal always ache on PCT. Haven't had too much of a problem with a libido loss either and I am in the process of tapering down the Formestane.
 
UPDATE PCT: Week 2, Day 9

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Still bringing that same intensity into the gym day in and day out even off cycle. Another kick a$$ workout yet again. Still throwing up PR's baby!!!!!! Feeling great on this PCT. The Nolva / Clomid combo has never done me wrong. The Formestane is still the sh*t even as I am taping off of it and Suppress-C seems to be working perfectly. I have lost roughly 3lbs so far but it was all water weight.I haven't lost any strength and am much more vascular in my shoulder fore arms and upper chest.

I am going to limit myself to roughly 50g of carbs a day and that will be strictly before 11:am, I am going to continue to do a lean bulk naturally for now and just try to maintain what I have gained. The Anadraulic State tastes like sh*t but wow is it working nicely. I am going to bump up to one full scoop today and see how it goes. I have been only using 1 half a scoop pre workout for the past week and a half and seen some nice results with it.

Sides: The lethargy is fading nicely, I am going to drop down my DHEA dosages and hopefully ween my way off of it. The joints and tendons in my elbows are still sore after every workout I do. Nothing I can really do for this as they are not used to the heavy weight as of yet. The Icy Hot is a nice temporary fix though. The pillow under my lower back at night has basically eliminated my lower back pain too.

Workout, Shoulder & Legs:

15 min of stretching & stretching on the ab ball

Seated front of face military press: 10x95, 10x135, 6x185, 4x185, burnout w/ 135

Shrugs: 20x315, 20x315, 15x365, 10x405

Rainbows @ 95lbs & 5lbs front and side raises

Squats: 10x135, 10x155, 10x185

Leg extensions: 10x165, 10x185, 10x225, 10x300, PR!!!

Leg Curls: 10x125, 10x135, 10x160, 10x175, PR!!!

Leg Press: 10x305, 10x485, 10x535, PR!!

I ended with an additional 15 min of leg stretching and ab ball stretches for my back.

I have actually leaned up quite a bit form this cycle. It acted more as a recomp than an all out bulk for me. I am going to credit that to my diet. I am going to have to update my stats. I am currently 5'4" @ 166 lbs. I would like to bulk back up to 175 but I have to stay close to 165 for comp in July. Going to rip it the f*ck up tonight in the gym with my back workout. After all the PR's I set last week I am going to up the weight starting with my first set for each exercise.

UPDATE PCT, Week 2 Day 10

Current stats: 5'4" @ 161lbs

Shed gains? Eff that!!!!!! Bringing the off cycle intensity to a whole new level baby!!!!!!! Still slapping up PR's like its my job. My elbows were feeling good so I packed on the poundage and worked on some nice slow and controlled reps. Weights are still feeling lighter and lighter!!!! As soon and I pop on my heads phones with a intense playlist I am there to do one thing, MOVE SOME SERIOUS WEIGHT!!!!! The song that got me the most amped up was Dope - No regrets. Defn check it out if you havent heard it.

Sides: Nothing really to report. I have tappered my DHEA dosages down and should be completely off it next week. I have not been irritable or edgy really at all and it was over all mild on this cycle. Sleeping just fine and my libido is up as much as it was when I was on cycle.

Workout, Back:

15 min of stretching on the ab ball

Bent over wide grip rows: 10x135, 10x185, 8x205, 6x225 - PR!!!

Bent over T bar standing close grip rows: 10x90, 10x135, 10x180, 8x225 - PR!!!

Seated close grip cable rows: 10x210, 10x255, 10x275, 10x275

Standing dumb bell single arm pulls: 10x75, 10x75, 10x75

Seated single arm cable rows: 10x60,10x80, 10x80

I ended with an additional 15 min of stretching on the ab ball for my back. I also threw in some "cardio" with the girl friend when I got home too. After I got home from the gym I had only two things on my mind to eat eveything I possibly could and :op: lol. My appitite is still up quite a bit, I am eating 6 clean meals a day and am staying under 50g of carbs daily. Just seems like I cant eat enough still.

Its been sick bro. I lost a few lbs of water weight and have not only kept all my strength but I am continuing to make gains and I am almost done with week 2 of my PCT. I really hope this keep up!!!!

UPDATE PCT, Week 2, Day 11

Woke up this morning feeling great once again. Sleeping quite nicely and still having those off the wall dreams from the Anadrauilc State. They are really quite entertaining lol. Still loving life and have that overall feeling of well being. I havent noticed any loss of strength as of yet. My raw flat bench has gone down a bit when I don't arch my back due to me constantly working wiht the shirt. My trainer says its normal though and it will fire right back up.

Sides: I had some slight testicular pain the other night but havn't had a problem since then. One thing I have noticed is my body is dead tired at the end of the night when going to be but my mind is still going a mile a minute from the Anadraulic State. It isn't causing me to loos sleep though. If that makes any sense at all haha.

Warm-Up:

15 min of stretching and warming up my hip flexors

Flat bench raw, no arch: 10x135, 5x185, 5x205, burnout with 135, feet in the air)

Workout, Chest & Tri's:

Flat bench, raw, arched back: 10x205, 8x225x 8x225

Incline bench: 10x155, 6x160, 8x160 (super slow)

Flat bench, raw, negatives: 8x315, 10x225, 10x205 (done with a 5 count)

Flat bench close grip 3 board press (tri's): 4x275, 6x250, 8x205, 10x135, 10x155

Tri excerise I still have no idea of what to call it: 10x30, 10x30, 10x30

Standing cable triceps pres downs w/ rope, 15x60, 15x60, 15x60

My elbows seemed to be hold up fine but my triceps were killing me after all the benching. I still managed to fight though it and get a great workout in. I didn't take any DHEA yesterday either and seem to be doing just fine. I have cut my Formestane dosage down to 1 pump in the morning and 1 pump at night and am running the Supress-C. I will drop the Formestane down again to 1 pump before bed and it will be my last week of it. My wiehgt is up roughly 3 lbs from yesteday morning, I am crediting that to the late dinner and all the water I pounded all night long every time I got up to take a pi$$.

So what is your final opinion on the P-mag? Did it help solidify your m1, 4add gains? is it a good cutter?

ive deff noticed a decent recomp, and drying out/solidifying of some of the m1,4add wetness.... whats your thought??
 
P-mag for sure dried out my gains from the M1,4ADD. This cycle acted as a recomp for me mostly. I lost almost and inch on my waist, only gained a few lbs and had incredible strength gains from the M14ADD. I still have not lost any strength either and I am almost through week 2 of my PCT.

The main thing that will determine how wet and how much size you will put on with p-mag imo is your diet. I am sure my man Justeat will agree with me as well.

This was my day off. I will actually not lift again until Sunday. I will be going to a power lifting comp on Saturday to help a few of my team members that are competing warm up. My elbows have been a bit sire lately so its a good idea to give them a break. I will however mix in some cardio.

Sunday I will be back at it and going to bench heavy. I will be sure to get some more videos from the meet this weekend of my team member and myself on Sunday to throw up on here.

We still need some libido motivation though boys...

I would definitely have to agree with that. My first week or two on my P-Mag cycle had much more of a recomp effect than the last two have. However, the first two weeks I was not eating enough to grow worth a crap. For the past two weeks Ive pretty much been eating everything in sight.

I tend not to have a terribly hard time shedding excess lbs though so I plan on cutting some fat off possibly during PCT or shortly there after.

Still havn't lost any strength, Slapped up some big numbers on the bench yesterday. I crave the pumps and intense workouts each day lol. I know everyone will agree. It becomes and addiction!!!!!!!

: Nothing really at all. Still walking around in a great mood and my libido is up sky high. One thing I have noticed but I dont really think its a sides effect of anything is when I am tired at night my people tolerance is non-existant.

I was pretty pumped after throwing up 420 lbs. My elbows and triceps felt pretty good as well. My body weight was 160lbs this morning without breakfast. A few of you know that I started to run Eviscerate on Saturday, and will be incorperating it with Clen topically either today or tomorrow. Depending on when my clen gets here. The Eviscerate on its own has some intense burn lol. I just let it add to my workout yesterday. The hotter it got the more intense it made my workout. My diet is goign to change slightly this week as I will add some more clean carbs. I am runnign this to spot reduce to finish getting my abs out. My trainer said my shoulders are a little bit small for my shirt and would like me to throw on an additional 5-10 lbs by Christmas time. So boys that means I will be running another intense bulk cycle after my compitition in July lol!

Yes they will be done Saturday with boards. Benching off the three board is actually harder for me than without any at all. The shirt gives me plenty of pop off my chest. My trainer says "if you can bench it off a three board you can bench it off your chest." And I can tell you first hand that it holds true. Thy want me to be throw around 500lbs by Christmas time. I have been mainly concertraing on form and breaking in the new shirt. Now that is all done I am starting to see some great increases in the amount of weight I can throw up.

Benching with a shirt and flat benching raw are two different thing. They are completely different strokes. The shirt will give you a pop off your chest if you have correct form and know how to use it.
 
I thought I would update this quick. I am sitting here at my desk with a shirt and tie on for work. My body is on fire from the Eviscerate lol. The stuff is legit.

You're totally right about the insane pumps being addictive. I'm looking for a big one tomorrow on chest day. I'm thinking I might change up a few lifts to tweak my workout a little this week to emphasize "THE PUMP"

Still getting it done in the gym. Slapping around PR's like its my job!!!!!! Strength gains are up and my muscles actually feel a little bit fuller than they didlast week. Denf noticing some nice results from the Eviscerate in hardening up. My Clen will be here today so I will start that up topically tomorrow. I will be throwing up some photos towards the end of next week for everyone too.

Sides: My elbows started to act up today after my heavy shoulder workout last night but nothing to report from the nolva / clomid.

Thanks bro. I slapped up another PR tonight in the gym too. The weights just get lighter and lighter. Ill do a full update in the morning.
 
UPDATE PCT, Week 3, Day 17

In the past I have run some nice cycles but this by far is the best cycle I have ever run. I am still throwing up PR's my third week into PCT!!! I have made gains in the past on PCT but no where near this. The weights still continue to feel lighter and lighter daily. I am actually up 2 lbs and my waist still seems to be getting smaller.

Sides: I haven't had a problem with anything since I ended the juice. The lethargy is completely gone and my appitite is still elevated. My libido is still up as well.

15 min of stretching and teaching the kid on the squat rack the correct way to squat lol

I will be hitting the gym tonight to do a mild chest workout and some tri's. After that I will be taking a few days off to rest until I hit the gym to go good and heavy at power lifting on Saturday morning. I will mix in some really light cardio and some intense heavy bag beating sessions on my off days. Going to take some vid's this weekend as well. I had one of my hitting 420 lbs last week but it came out all messed up.

UPDATE PCT, Week 3, Day 18, Part 2

After my intense leg workout yesteray morning I returned to the gym last night to hit some chest, tri's and shoulders. This is more of my body building day. My elbows are starting to act up again so I am taking the next two days off to let my body rest and recover. It time, I have been going hard since Sunday so these days are much needed.

Sides: My balls hurt a littl ebit this morning but nothing too bad.

Workout: Chest, Tri's, Shoulders:

Flat bench w/ legs in the air: 10x135, 20x135, 8x185, 8x185

Incline bench: 10x135, 8x155, 8x155 (these were mainly to work on my flare when power lifting)

Standing infront of face straight bar military press: 10x95, 10x95, 10x95

Close grip flat bench board press (tri's): 5x225

Variation of skull crushers: 10x25, 10x25, 10x25

Tri rope press downs: 15x30, 10x40, 10x30

I will making my return to the gym on Saturday for power lifting. I spoke with my trainer last night and he said he didn't want me to go terribly heavy this weekend but to go for reps instead. I will do my best to get a video of me repping 405 for everyone.

My diet has really been the main factor in this cycle. I have it down to the science of what I need to eat, what not to eat, when to cheat and the correct amount of calories per day to maintain and or bulk. I will remain eating very clean but will up my calories a bit more to 3200 a day to gain a little bit more weight over these next few weeks. My abs are starting to come out nicely. As long as I eat clean and continue to bust my a$$ in the gym I will be fine. This by far is the leanest and strongest I have ever been. I am defn looking forward to what this summer will bring to the table.
