Good supplement for cutting??

Hey guys I have a question. What is the best supplements to support a fairly quick cut? Looking at OEP and AT2. Here's my stats.

5'8"

212lbs

27% bf

Bench 310
deadlift. 360
Squat. 410

I've got my diet in check and have a good training routine going. I would just like to start leaning up for spring. I realize it's kinda early but I've got a nice vacation on the beach coming up! Any help??

Iforce makes something called dexaprine which I really like. Really strong though and I'm pretty sure it had 1,3 dime. Which is a strong stimulant. But if you live stims like I do then you'll love dexaprine ;)

Although dexaprime is good; id suggest opting for tt33 which is a non-stim, metabolic enhancer for the moment as OPs bodyfat is fairly high. A lot can be done with a good diet and non-stim fat burners. Save the stims for when non-stims stop working imo.
 
At 27% any supp is going to have a very minimal (if any) impact on fat loss. You said yourself that you have plenty of time before your vacation so just concentrate on losing the fat slowly with a slight calorie defecit diet and increased cardio.

Save you money for supps once you get below 20% or even 15% BF as you will notice get more from them at a lower BF level.

A solid stack, but if you want to drop weight FAST your diet is where you need to turn to first. Its never too early to start shedding off the pounds

very solid advice here.once you have lost a good deal of weight.I'd look into what others have suggested as far as supplements.

I believe you would do well on n2burn ,need 2 slin or forged burner.

I would diet down a bit then add in some supplements to help assist you. You have a long stretch don't try to get it done quickly.

I agree...no sugar, no alcohol, no soda and eat less carbs...and drink plenty of water...do cardio atleast an hour...

I have out of those 2 is cardio and carbs haha
 
Carbs are the main thing if you wanna lose weight...coz when you do cardio ur body burns carbs first then fat...if you don't eat carbs then the body gonna burn more fat..

Erase/AlphaT-2/TitaniumXL stack will be nice for a good natty cut stack.

Little bit of Slin Sane never hurt either :D

Agreed 20min max! Long distance running kills testosterone, also have been reading a lot lately how it's very unhealthy on the heart. Marathon runners don't live long......

Depends on time of day/ empty stomach/ and whether he does it after a workout.

Morning
Empty stomach with 10-15g BCAA's = treamill with speed 4-5 on incline 7 or 8
Or HIIT for 20 minutes with somewhere around a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio

After workout
20 minutes on treadmill with speed 4-5 on incline 7 or 8
I dont think HIIT would be good after a workout

Night
Treadmill 30-45 min with speed 4-5 on incline 7 or 8
HIIT 25-35 min with 1:2 or 1:3 ratio

These are what works for me (and are just my opinion)

Also, don't underestimate the amount of calories a hard lifting session can burn either. Nice stack, btw.

I have to work out how to increase carb intake of sweet potato due to my training taking a beating at low low carb and my high output at running 3:45min a km, kills me... How can I have more carbs (still say at a deficit) but not bloat and get fat?

If we could answer the we'd all be shredded lol. I would just try to get some pre workout. But for fasted training I would try blending it or making it liquid lol.

I think Alcar and some gda type supp is best for fat burning really. :)

The info on berberine that has popped up on this forum over the past couple days is golden. Ppar and ampk pathways. Look into those. Increase fat burning enzymes in the intestine. Ssbackwards is the man for that. ;)

Anabeta is a GDA per se, so how would anabolic pump go instead?how to take it hmmmm
 
Never tried recompadrol but glycobol is really weak. Anabolic pump was amazing for me. As well as yellow gold.
Next up for me is need2slin. Should be here in a couple days. ;)
 
dude you could probably cut a lot of you ran an epistane cycle and like just watched your carbs etc.

I got some Nutra ALA coming. I wanna get n2slin but pricey........

young but not too young. they say over 21 and i know its best like 25+ but epistane is extremely mild with very little sides..just saying

I would take it before meals. Never tried it fasted yet. But I felt it.

I did my first ph at 25. Only thing you gotta realize is once you start... It's hard to stop. And the gains will never be the same.

My running is always going to be a backseat passion. It's all about looking good right now. Aesthetic appease!!!!
I started too late to project towards a top level. Run for fun now. Love soccer and could play a decent level.
Ultimate goal: lean mean shredded machine... Bit bigger version of Tyler durton hahah

Mixture Ryan Reynolds/Christian bale in Batman and brad pitt in fight club

Practically zero carbs and 150g protein is a recipe for muscle loss and not fat loss. Unless you are taking in a lot of fats you're going to be lucky to be getting 1000 cals per day. Stick with that diet until early March and you will look skinny-fat rather than toned with a decent amount of muscle.

Post your diet and we can tweak it for you so you lose fat and not muscle.

I'm hitting the beach in early March and I really want to cut up! I really don't care what it takes!! I just don't want some crap that's not gonna work. Im meeting a chick when I go to Costa Rica and I want to look nice! Know what I mean bro?

As the guy above me said, your diet is horribly mismanaged.

What is your caloric maintenance? Take that number and subtract 10-20% to create a deficit.

Within that deficit, get:

1g protein/lb BW
0.45g fat/lb BW
The rest in carbs
