Awesome, AWESOME!, update photos so far. When you said the fat is literally falling off I sort of took for granted that you were just losing at a decent pace. The fat literally fell off of you. That is pretty unreal. You look great. I am 45 days into my 90 day cut. At 60 days in I was thinking of going back to a keto diet. Now I am thinking of starting leangains tommorow. lol. I have been on the site for hours and am just adjusting the timing and everything to what will fit for me. Thanks for the motivation.

I think you lost at least a couple percent body-fat from them old pictures. Keep up the good work Doug. Your abs look really good on the overhand sideways pose.

you said something about your shoulder, do you have to limit lifting certain movements or restrain from lifting a certain amount of heavy weight or the shoulder hurts?

Thanks, I am hairy white and deflated and I still can tell the tremendous changes in the last 4 weeks... lol I am 18 weeks out too.. so lots of time to take 15 to 20 lbs more off... I got this bitch!!!!
Looking great Doug, I imagine this go round you will be down at 4-5% for sure. If you are on stage above 200 pounds, it will be nasty man!
Yah a lot of that will depend on how well the supps work for me but I will be able to take my time so I am optimistic...
You are well below 10% now, I imagine diet will do a lot more for you than supps. That is unless you run a 10-12 week cycle of test prop with masteron/primo then some winny the last 4 weeks to get you really lean. :yup:

Besides, it takes time to build a physique, other than back in the days of Arnold and before, do you see anyone placing in the top three of the Arnold or Olympia that isn't at least in his 30's now a days... and they continue on having great professional pro careers well into their 40's and 50's! Look at Lou Ferrigno & my Hero Frank Zane, just to name a few!

I continue to see fat falling off!! If anything the process seems to accelerated... this is the easiest cut I've ever done and I'm using recomp cals... I mean I didn't even try to cut... I am doing no extra cardio just my walking... The only time I do extra cardio is when I want to increase my cals...and for the first time in my life the cals I burn in a fasted state seem to be more then the cals I add even though on paper they are the same...
This is complete madness!!
I am only on day 3 and I swear I can notice a difference already.....:11:

Wow got up this morning and looked in the mirror and the changes are big since last week, looks like I dropped around a full percentage... which is astounding at this point. I have tightened up a bit too....
Today I will break my fast quite late so I can enjoy my granddaughters first birthday party... I will still eat mostly good food but will treat some too... I will have 2400 cals or so in about 4 hours so I should be able to have some fun...
I love days like that. Break your fast later and you get to treat yourself pretty good and indulge a bit for a while. I do that pretty often on the weekends as my wife likes to enjoy eating out more then. :food:
Yah I still have 3.5 hours to go but it's not bothering me at all...once I break my fast then I have to keep full but it's no problem up until then..

Funny thing yesterday, I was in the lunch line and grabbed a pile of sausages and some sauerkraut and one of my co-workers who is into fitness says whoa!! that's a lot of fat!! I just said yah and I have lost 9 pounds in the last 4.5 weeks lol The sausages were planned...
