One thing is for certain your legs never looked as separated as they are currently in the newer pics. On top of that they look bigger too.

Lots of front squats, I mean I miss regular squats but they never developed my legs the way that front squats do...I think if I removed my hair tanned took a bath in Epsom salts and carbed up I would be much more defined than I was a contest time last year. Even these blurry pics look pretty good... The bright lights of the stage show all your cuts also. Right now I think I am bigger and leaner. I am going for the gold though even if it cost me another 15-20 lbs I am going to be shredded...:soapbox:

Awesome, AWESOME!, update photos so far. When you said the fat is literally falling off I sort of took for granted that you were just losing at a decent pace. The fat literally fell off of you. That is pretty unreal. You look great. I am 45 days into my 90 day cut. At 60 days in I was thinking of going back to a keto diet. Now I am thinking of starting leangains tommorow. lol. I have been on the site for hours and am just adjusting the timing and everything to what will fit for me. Thanks for the motivation.

you said something about your shoulder, do you have to limit lifting certain movements or restrain from lifting a certain amount of heavy weight or the shoulder hurts?

Remember the recent pics are very blurry if I would have had the same quality pics you would see that I am down more than 2% .. somewhere between 3 and 4%

I have a show in the fall, they Montreal one has been postponed and I won't wait to much longer before I make other plans...

Yah it's the same old shoulder injury, I have to lift lighter on a lot of lifts be careful not to push it too far...

Thanks, I am hairy white and deflated and I still can tell the tremendous changes in the last 4 weeks... lol I am 18 weeks out too.. so lots of time to take 15 to 20 lbs more off... I got this bitch!!!!

Looking great Doug, I imagine this go round you will be down at 4-5% for sure. If you are on stage above 200 pounds, it will be nasty man!

Yah a lot of that will depend on how well the supps work for me but I will be able to take my time so I am optimistic...

You are well below 10% now, I imagine diet will do a lot more for you than supps. That is unless you run a 10-12 week cycle of test prop with masteron/primo then some winny the last 4 weeks to get you really lean. :yup:

Besides, it takes time to build a physique, other than back in the days of Arnold and before, do you see anyone placing in the top three of the Arnold or Olympia that isn't at least in his 30's now a days... and they continue on having great professional pro careers well into their 40's and 50's! Look at Lou Ferrigno & my Hero Frank Zane, just to name a few!

Was planing on 13 weeks out and the 10 weeks will take me right up to 3 weeks out where I will hit my target weight, then just coast in and get thin and tighter skinned.

Very crisp workout last night, fast and furious... Looking bigger and leaner today as the changes continue to come at a very fast rate. I don't know if I will need to make any adjustments in early prep, the way things are going there doesn't seem to be an need. I predict another weight drop this week and not once ounce will be muscle...this is unprecedented....
 
I continue to see fat falling off!! If anything the process seems to accelerated... this is the easiest cut I've ever done and I'm using recomp cals... I mean I didn't even try to cut... I am doing no extra cardio just my walking... The only time I do extra cardio is when I want to increase my cals...and for the first time in my life the cals I burn in a fasted state seem to be more then the cals I add even though on paper they are the same...

This is complete madness!!

Impressive results and motivational. I have discussed this approach with some frustrated colleagues, I am gonna be their guinea pig. I am still adjusting, I hate waking up hungry like normal . . . but normally I EAT in the AM!!!! It has only been 3 days so I will stick it out for the long haul.

Great update DW..It continues to impress me daily also. It doesn't feel normal to be taking in the Cal's on weight days that I am and still dropping this much weight. I understand completely!

Yah like I said the results are immediate and pretty drastic...

Decent workout last night, I had to back off on the bench press, I guess my shoulder is just not handling the strain. I will go to db's next week and from here on out.

Front squats were strong as were the rest of my lifts so it's just the shoulder...

Bar of death I did 7 and 4 not too bad...

Weighed in down 1.5 lbs this week so... 206.5 I estimate that I have lost about 3/4 of a percentage since the pics so all fat. I should be close to around 7% now..

Funny thing yesterday, I was in the lunch line and grabbed a pile of sausages and some sauerkraut and one of my co-workers who is into fitness says whoa!! that's a lot of fat!! I just said yah and I have lost 9 pounds in the last 4.5 weeks lol The sausages were planned...
 
Wow got up this morning and looked in the mirror and the changes are big since last week, looks like I dropped around a full percentage... which is astounding at this point. I have tightened up a bit too....

Today I will break my fast quite late so I can enjoy my granddaughters first birthday party... I will still eat mostly good food but will treat some too... I will have 2400 cals or so in about 4 hours so I should be able to have some fun...

I love days like that. Break your fast later and you get to treat yourself pretty good and indulge a bit for a while. I do that pretty often on the weekends as my wife likes to enjoy eating out more then. :food:

Yah I still have 3.5 hours to go but it's not bothering me at all...once I break my fast then I have to keep full but it's no problem up until then..

Postponed my workout yesterday to today as it is my last week before holidays and I am on course on Tuesday I decided on Monday Wednesday... Instead I did a long cardio session which let in broaden my menu, and I extended my fast so pigged out pretty good last night lol

4pm 2 slices ancient grain bread
1 can tuna tomato and onion
1 6 oz. chicken breast on a multigrain flat bread bun tomato and onion

530pm 2 5 oz lean meat burgers on multigrain flat bread bun tomato and onion
2.5 cups Jumbleberry Frozen yogurt

7:30 pm 8 egg whites
6 oz. chicken breast..

I was pretty stuffed so should probably wait till I lower calories to extend my fast...

I am continuing to lean out and see big changes every couple of days, I bet I am down to 205 by Wednesday and about a percentage and a half down from my last picsl... I haven't even started my prep yet and I am about to drop below 7%!!

Good stuff Doug, The changes are still coming. Although I am enjoying my holiday weekend. Just eating as I want in my window even extended it an our or so today by starting early. It's okay it is all landing in the muscle. I am filling up like crazy. Probably be 205 by tomorrow. LOL Yesterday I weighed in the morning then took the progress pics then began eating like it was a holiday after my workout. LOL
