Yah I have a real hate on for veggies after a prep like this..
I have so much better control with repetitive meals and really I can eat things for a very long time with out getting overly tired of them. That being said I don't even count my greens, nor the carbs in my almonds / nuts. I just shoot for 200-300 less calories than what I need and let the greens and carbs in the almonds or peanut butter fill that extra space and just go with it. I only really pay attention to the protein and fats on this particular diet. Just makes it very simple. Simplicity is exactly what I need in a diet.
and considering veggies dont taste bad at all...but its so much one man can take of eating green...all day...day in and day out....
If it makes you feel better I may be right there grazing it up with you in a few weeks

Slayed another Dragon yesterday...
I was wondering if I could continue with the increases, my joints being a little sore so I put my bench up 10 lbs to give the shoulder another test. Came through very nicely.
This was my shorter 3 X 10 45 second rest day
Went up 10 lbs also on bent over rows, it got pretty challenging towards the end and had to use a bit of body english but most reps were very tight with no extra movement.
Wheel of death rest pause 8 and 3, it's getting better but I still hate them....
45 minutes on the Precor cross trainer, sweated about a bucket...
Was back down to 214, so 4-6 lbs high but have 2 months to get that down, who knows I might add some mass as well.

I will slowly improve over the next 8 weeks, will increase my testopro dosage slowly to 6 ed. Then a week off and It's PM and Prime so by the mid Autumn most of my former strength should be back if rehab has worked. Then we're gonna see what a real warrior can do. No more of this wounded shyte.

Some of the most popular diets around (The Scivation Diets) allow you to eat as many fibrous vegetables as you want, disregarding the carbs in them.

Yesterday was another good day, I went up those 10 lbs and held it through the first 5 sets and still finished stronger than I did last week. (Bench) Shoulder is holding out very well so far.
Bent over rows were up 10 lbs and Phenomenal, 0 body movement, perfect... I could not do this last week with a lighter weight.
On an negative note, I did not get my Super Cissus as my trainee who was going to pick it up for me ran into a few snags. I put a rush order and NP yesterday. Joints are holding out pretty well though. As far as dosing I was thinking 5 ed of super cissus.
Weight was 215.5 yesterday, still need to get that down a bit.
great news on the +10 for the bent over rows. Had that myself today. Hit 315 for 2, but the second one the form just cannibalized itself. Dropped it back to 225 for an immediate drop set of 10 with perfect form. Felt great. What angle are you keeping it at? I try to hover around 45 degrees and pull to between me belly and chest.
Excellent progress. Glad to hear the shoulder is holding up. Just keep on truckin big guy.
The weight does have to go down but dont get impatient....look who im talking to of course you know that haha im preaching to the choir. You doing great DW keep up the excellent work
You were over 240 when you starting your contest preparation. what bodyfat is the highest youll allow yourself since you got all of it off?
From now on I plan on staying between 11-13 % "offseason"
I made a mistake of getting over 15 % this year, Everything worth doing is worth doing poorly until you learn how to do it well.

Now for the hard part Up10 lbs on clean and press, man it's getting tough. I got the first 3 and was feeling incredible. I wasn't sure I was going to make it. Got 4 next set and said fug it I am not lowering the weight. I got 4 and failed on the fifth, just ran out of gas. My quickness no the clean always costs me as I am not quick enough. I was glad when they were done, let me tell you.
I can't tell you how glad I was after completing a set of the clean and presses when I was doing them. Those f#ckers take tremendous strength.
Seeing as I gave up partaking in the one a long time ago, I can only deduce that they are speaking of the painful things where my bones meet....onder:

Great work on everything so far nice increases. I am thinking about trying some clean and press, it isn't messing with your shoulder too much? I bet your traps are popping like nobody's business. Keep killing it DW and don't worry too much about weight this week we had a Holiday. I am up at 200 again from 194, was all the way up to 203, but the glycogen is working it's way back out of me now. Of course I will infuse it a bit tonight after my weight workout.

Yah it's about the six inches in front of my face a real grind. I go in hammer the fug out of myself as hard as I can and get the fug out!!
Last night inreased another 10 lb on bench for 1 set of the 3 on 3 X 10 45 seconds rest
I was able to hold the increase of 10 for bent over rows for all 3 sets, it was a real fight though
Wheel of death kicked the crap out of me, and did some heavy duty medicine ball work...
30 minutes cardio and I was dying... it's the fuggin heat finally getting to me I guess, have today off.
