Eh, neither of us competes yet. I have tossed the thought around a bit, I'd have to ask her what her thoughts were on it to see if she was down for it. If I were to compete I am sure that I would start pinning, and I want to have children before I start any of that.

if you are worried about juicing pick an organization like ifpa, ocb or nga which are strict. I followed ifpa rules for three years and now am following the nga's.

I basically got hit by a drunk driver on my way home from work one morning. Shoulder is completely jacked, maybe have a torn labrum, some nerve damage. Playing the waiting game, taking tests, not going to the gym. Thanks for the wishes guys, I haven't been on as much in the past couple of weeks because of this injury. Hopefully I'll be back soon. :fingersx:

Today's Workout:

Bench - 205x8x5x3
Upright Row - 165x8x5x2
Skull Crusher - 40's x10x6x5
Rack Chins - 70lbs dumbell - x10x8x5
DB row - 110x13 widow with 75's.

Great workout today, I was looking and feeling pretty hyuge. I have filled out a bit on the GHenorate, not really felt any increase in strength aside from the usual DC gains, but my recovery remains higher than I expect. Libido is getting used to the GH now, it's not down by any means, I am just getting used to it I guess. Fat loss has been pretty good. I am seeing a lot more definition in my shoulders and chest when I work out and my vascularity has improved. I haven't noticed a ton of weight lost off my midsection except in the first week, however I think it is more of a gradual loss all around my body, as my bodyparts that have little to no fat to begin with are looking more and more ripped. The sleep and rest on this stuff is other-worldly. This month on GHenorate has been like a much needed vacation for me, I haven't had this much restful sleep in years... since much before college.

Anyway, at my dosing of 6 pumps now twice on workout days, once on non-workout days I believe that my bottle should last me through next week, maybe a little more. We'll see.

Once again, great job LG, I will be buying more GHenerate as soon as you release it.
 
Man, that's a great number on the upright row!! I don't know how you guys do'em, they wreck my elbows. I might do cable ones, but with low weight and higher reps at the end of a shoulder and traps day, alternate close and wide grip. Again, nice number!!

No, I don't let it touch at the bottom. I go a bit past parallel, any lower is hell on my knees. Should I be taking this exercise that deep? I could probably hit the bottom with 3 plates, but I would want to wrap my right knee.

With hacks I go totally rock bottom with my feet in closer really helps with the sweep. Yeah I can't go as heavy though, I have worked my way up to 4 plates. The key to going deeper without so much pain is foot placement. Go an inch or so further up on the foot pad, knees don't extend as much over the knee that way. Just move them up until you find a good spot.

I've had 3 all day photoshoots this weekend, one more later today, so I haven't done much with the gym since Friday morning. I went for a 4 mile run yesterday morning. Got a new pair of Asics running shoes... holy cow these shoes are suuhhhweeeet. Like running on a cloud. first time I have gone to a running store to get fitted for running shoes... they were pricey, but they have support where I need them (my arch) and they are well worth the extra 30 bucks they cost more than my last pair.
 
BTW, I think I mis-estimated how much was in my bottle. I imagine it will last longer than the 4 weeks at 1 dose on rest days and 2 doses on workout days. We'll see.

Nice, you can also go with Barbell Hack Squats with 25 lb plates to get yourself nice and low into the bottom. My knees hold up well to those and man talk about a grip improver. Your forearms burn like a biatch at the same time as your teardops.

man i cant do close grip uprights... i start feeling a 'click' in my shoulder/clavicle area... i keep 'em fairly wide.

Preacher Curl - EZbar with 35's x9x6x3
Hammer Curl - 70's (yea I know... f'in gnarly. someone broke a 65, so big jump today) 8 clean reps, got to 11... but it seemed like cheating at the end. Whatever, my arms felt blown the F up.

Standing calf machine - 130 lbs x16 reps
Lying Hammys - 130x8x7x4
Box Squat - 300x6, 205x20

Stoked on the 300lbs box squat for reps. Thats a PR for me. I felt like my legs needed a jolt, so rather than potentially hurt myself I busted out the bench. My legs are torn up. Great workout. My girlfriend squatted 135x9 today. She weighs 115. I was damn impressed.

The Ghenorate is still working it's magic. I am sleeping like a baby at the beginning of my 4th week. Rest is amazing, workouts are getting pretty good too. I feel like my enhanced recovery is starting to help my motivation and strength in the gym. I simply am not sore at the beginning of my workout anymore. My DC leg days used to really take it out of me, like, I would be sore for days... well into my next leg workout if it is the week where I hit legs twice. Not so on the GHenorate. I feel refreshed prior to each workout, and have doms after every workout, so I know I am recovering faster. Fat loss has mellowed out, but I am still getting leaner. Diet plays a huge factor in this. Stay on point and this stuff will work its magic for you. Fall off, and it probably won't have the fat loss effects that it normally would. My libido is up like crazy again. Dunno what made if fluctuate, but I had a bout of bedroom cardio tonight for the record-books. I love the taste of GHenorate too. I find myself holding it under my tongue for much longer than a minute.

My next log/plan is to run 1andro and 4AD UTT for 8 weeks. I WILL be using GHenorate in my PCT, assuming the release date stays on course. This IS something I would consider a staple supplement for many, especially if it is at the price-point I have heard it is at. LG- you knocked this one out of the park. I hope we see some Natadrol/GHenorate logs in the future... that sounds epic to me. :thumbsup:

I agree with these guys. Now, I don't eat for the first few hours of being up (usually), and I would say that's ample, but I know most people don't train fasted like I do. 30mins-1hr is fine. It would help even more if your first meal wasn't loaded with carbohydrates. Eating a high carb meal will blunt the effects of it. It's really the CHO (due to insulin spike) that messes with it, not food in general.

Eh, I went in just to pick up some generic bulk creatine, and the guy was like... "you actually drink this"... I said yes... "I don't see very many people taking this anymore"... I said "reaaallly, what are they taking"... "Cell-Tech"... So I said "Cell-Tech is ****, you are ****, here is my gold card".

Then he suggested that I take my new Creatine mono with a Redbull - because the taurine really helps the creatine or something... to which I again replied shut up.
 
lol.....that's awesome. I love going to GNC.The one here has a young guy who was telling a bunch of people that Jay Cutler won the olympia because he was on pure test and the rest of the competitors didn't have good enough steroids.Frickin Genius is all i have to say!
