Supplements:
1 cap Natty V with 2 caps of Recompadrol 30 minutes prior to meal
1 cap Natty V with 2 caps AAv2 90 minutes post meal
Diet:
Calorie Normal (2,220 calories)
Workout:
Cardio - Walking (1,240 calories burned)
Lifting - Chest (22 sets), Biceps (7 sets)
Strength - Felt ridiculously strong.
Workout Energy - Focused and felt alpha. Walking felt like nothing.
Normal Energy - High all day.
Appetite - Little low today. Food was not on mind. The boardwalk pizza did add calories.
Recovery - None from yesterdays shoulder workout. Now I am missing DOMS again.
Libido - High. Stimulus and reactions all day.
Skin condition – Not that oily, but I have a breakout on my cheek. Damn.

Summary:
Another Saturday and another day down the shore. I woke up early and got to the gym right away. Felt great as soon as I got up. Before I got up, I had to give my girlfriend a look to take care of some business. All goes well on that front. She commented that she loved how my upper body looked as she looked up. Hell yeah. Now I am really going to destroy the weights. Ate some eggs, wheat bagel and some boiled chicken to get my energy up. Took my trusty BCAA and off I went.
Lots of eye candy at the gym on Saturday morning. I was able to focus, but damn if I didn’t look around a little to take in the view. No yoga pants. Tight shorts and small tops. NICE !!! Libido is really kicking in this morning.
No cardio at the gym knowing I will be walking later today. Got right down to business on the hammer strength. After 4 sets, I knew it was going to be a good day. I felt very strong and the weight felt nice. 6 sets down and I was ready to kill it. Just to step back, the reason I start with 90 lbs on this exercise is so I do not hurt my joints. No matter how little the weight is, slow reps with full range of motion really help me get my wrists and elbows ready to take on the stress later on. Set 7 was completed equaling PR from last session. Chest and arms were pumped and I felt strong. So I decided, what the heck !!! Loaded 5 plates on both sides for 450 lbs and repped out 3. Went and grabbed my phone to stop the recording and then did 2 quick drop sets at 360 lbs and 270 lbs. Videos of sets 6 and 7 are posted below on workout details.
Dumbbell curls next. I upped the weight by 5 lbs to 35 lbs and it felt great. I used to do 45 lb curls, but had to drop the weight when I hurt my wrist. Slowly recovering. Actually, the light weight feel great as I am now consciously going slower and supinating at the top to get max effect.
Machine flyes next and finished up with Strive 5 angle chest press and I was done. Awesome pump at this point. I felt like I accomplished everything I wanted to.
At the shore, it was a little chilly so we walked on the boardwalk. Being a little chilly I think made it easier to walk. My GF and I walked 2 full loops plus ½ miles with 2 bathroom breaks. That is 10.5 miles in 3 hours and 45 minutes and it really did not feel like that much. Navigating through people did slow us down at certain sections, but overall we kept our heart rate up and got what we wanted out of it. Love my girl. She is so into staying fit.
We did eat a slice of pizza and a huge ice cream cone. I had mine with Recompadrol.

Cardio - Walking (1,240 calories burned) Not sure how accurate this is. Used a calculator on about.com. We walked 10.5 miles on firm surface (boardwalk) in about 3 hours and 45 minutes with 2 bathroom breaks only.
