1100 cals kille don an elliptical? Sh1t son, what setting is that on? I can only go for 30 min or so on one of those things before I get bored as hell, but it is fun to kick the resistance all the way up and fight the machine haha. Props man that is serious cardio

I keep telling everyone that it's due to my weight at 217 lbs. calorie counter moves faster for me. :)

Distance wise it's always around 3 miles - arc trainer on level 28.

Thanks for the comment !

They are definitely noticeable bro! EBF an extended log would be an awesome idea for you guys here. I'd love to see the 2nd bottles results as that's when stuff really gets good in a lot of products. ;-)

What dud you change to dee those results?

Diet was good. Nothing special....just calorie deficit on 5 of 7 days of the week. It's gotten better since I started using myfitnesspal 8 weeks ago. Easier to monitor.

Same volume workout. (modified GVT)

Previous 2 supplement runs were geared towards recomposition which helped me gain muscle and lose fat. Now I am concentrating on dropping fat only in this supplement run. The rate of weight loss has definitely pickd up in the last 2 weeks as I did not lose much weight during the recomposition runs. (Did gain a lot of strength)

I guess it's just doing the right things and following good advice here on AM and the changes have been gradual. It just looks more dramatic when comparing pictures from much earlier in this years timeline.

Damn, who is that girl on your avatar !!!

Great progress so far fu! It's always good to see hard work paying off.

Day 16 (7/19)

Supplements:
1 cap Natty V with 2 caps of Recompadrol 30 minutes prior to meal
1 cap Natty V with 2 caps AAv2 90 minutes post meal

Diet:
Calorie Normal (1,905 calories)

Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Workout:
Cardio - Elliptical (burned 933 calories)

Strength - No observation today. Cardio only.
Workout Energy - Felt great during cardio.
Normal Energy – Good energy all day.
Appetite – Normal.
Recovery - No issues.
Libido – Normal.
Skin condition – No oil.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
Today is cardio day. No lifting to give my body a break. The rest days inserted between 2 days of lifting has definitely helped with soreness. It also give my elbow and wrist a chance to heal up. They are both 95% healed I would say, but I need to be wary on heavy lifting days as not to aggravate it.

Appetite suppression is gone and I had normal urges today. Nothing extraordinary. Libido was decent and no signs of oil on skin.
I felt great all day and have a lot of energy at the gym. Amazing how a little boost in energy makes your day better.
[FONT=&quot]I sweated profusely through a nice cardio session and felt nice and lean when I was done.

Onto tomorrow.

Recompadrol mess with ya stomach?

1900 cals today and you burned 900? Wow!

No not at all. I guess I maybe one of the lucky ones if others are having issues. I know AAV2 burns my stomach for about 10 minutes though. Nothing I can't handle.

LOL....calories count much faster when you are 217 lbs. I used to burn 1200 per session. It has gradually gone down (now @ 900) as I adjust the weight setting on the machine. Also, I started drinking BCAA all day and that has helped a LOT. Love my RecoverPro.

Bcaa's have been one of the best additiona i have made, and that recoverpro is pretty tasty too

Workout:
Cardio - Elliptical (burned 921 calories)
Lifting - Shoulders (34 sets)

Strength - Wow, felt weak for the first time in long time.
Workout Energy - Full of energy for cardio and lifting.
Normal Energy - Felt energetic all day.
Appetite - Normal all day, high during dinner.
Recovery - No pain or soreness.
Libido - OK.
Skin condition - Normal.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
Ahhh, Friday. Half day of work and right to the gym. Felt great as soon as I woke up and work was very productive. Appetite was normal at strategic times. I ate clean all day in smaller amount knowing that I could cheat at dinner time. Expecting to eat a lot of carbs. Seafood (calamari + shrimp + eye round added) Pho with sprouts with Sriracha. Love spicy soup. Makes you sweat nicely and then cools you off. Had an Orange smoothie with tapioca as well. Also had a grilled chicken Vietnamese rolls.

I ate a lot because at dinner time, I did have a big appetite.

I had an amazing session at the gym. I started off with an hour of cardio to get the blood pumping. For me, this order works best to get full effort out of cardio and lifting when combined in the same day. Great sweat again and full of energy again. Cardio is betting better each day. Still below previous best days, but setting the machine at 15 lbs lower I think definitely affects the calorie count. I am now happy with anything over 900.

Shoulders are next and immediately, I knew I would struggle with heavy weights. The smith machine overheads felt very heavy throughout and I was well short of my PR. There was about a 5 hour fast before lifting and I did not eat much in the morning. I am thinking this affected my strength.

Shrugs, Upright Rows, Laterals and Rear delt went well to finish shoulders off. I purposely rested longer between sets to get maximum effort out. I think I literally spent all afternoon at the gym. Not good, but I had nothing really pressing to do other than meeting my GF for dinner. I wasn’t happy with my smith presses, so before I left, I played around with the Nautilus Shoulder Press. It really gave me a sense of how much machines help you out – even versus smith machine. I was able to lift the entire stack of 250 lbs with good form, so I pushed out 5 sets. Man, the shoulders were jacked. That’s what one of the trainers at the gym said. Definite ego boost for me.

Onto tomorrow.

Definitely overtrained on day 17. I did stay at the gym for 3 hours not completely focused the entire time, so there was a lot of resting between sets. More than normal. When there is nothing else to do, I tend to do this on occasion. It's just more fun to be at the gym than anywhere else sometime.

Bcaa's have been one of the best additiona i have made, and that recoverpro is pretty tasty too

I agree SAE. Recoverpro replaced diet soda for me and its really like drinking a treat all day. Do you know any other brand that tastes as good and mixed so easily ? (without any add ons like DAA) Just pure BCAA.

One more update tonight. This one will have videos of incline hammers at 2 different weights. One is a PR !!!
Gotta listen to my recording and look at my notes. Damn I sound like a jackass on my recordings.

Love that iphone. I think it has just as much to do with my progress and anything like. Replaces a trusty notebook for me.

Modern BCAA takes a little more effort to mix, but the peach punch flavor isnt bad. Usually just put it in protein shaker and shake for 10 seconds maybe again later to get the floaties on top to mix but the Recoverpro mixrs the same way. Not sure about other brands, havent tried any others.
