I keep telling everyone that it's due to my weight at 217 lbs. calorie counter moves faster for me.
Distance wise it's always around 3 miles - arc trainer on level 28.
Thanks for the comment !

Can't believe results are already noticeable.
LiveToLift said:They are definitely noticeable bro! EBF an extended log would be an awesome idea for you guys here. I'd love to see the 2nd bottles results as that's when stuff really gets good in a lot of products. ;-)
This for sure! And nice pics FU, keep up the good work man!

Excellent pic update sir. Keep doing work!
I can def see a difference.
What dud you change to dee those results?
fumoney said:Diet was good. Nothing special....just calorie deficit on 5 of 7 days of the week. It's gotten better since I started using myfitnesspal 8 weeks ago. Easier to monitor.
Same volume workout. (modified GVT)
Previous 2 supplement runs were geared towards recomposition which helped me gain muscle and lose fat. Now I am concentrating on dropping fat only in this supplement run. The rate of weight loss has definitely pickd up in the last 2 weeks as I did not lose much weight during the recomposition runs. (Did gain a lot of strength)
I guess it's just doing the right things and following good advice here on AM and the changes have been gradual. It just looks more dramatic when comparing pictures from much earlier in this years timeline.
Damn, who is that girl on your avatar !!!
She is kinda cute huh?
Great progress so far fu! It's always good to see hard work paying off.
Just dug up a picture from one of my older logs. This is a 12 week comparison. (Just for fun!)
This gets me so amped up. Going to gym soon for chest and cardio.

Supplements:
1 cap Natty V with 2 caps of Recompadrol 30 minutes prior to meal
1 cap Natty V with 2 caps AAv2 90 minutes post meal
Diet:
Calorie Normal (1,905 calories)
<img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=62627"/><img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=62628"/>
Workout:
Cardio - Elliptical (burned 933 calories)
Strength - No observation today. Cardio only.
Workout Energy - Felt great during cardio.
Normal Energy - Good energy all day.
Appetite - Normal.
Recovery - No issues.
Libido - Normal.
Skin condition - No oil.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++
Summary:
Today is cardio day. No lifting to give my body a break. The rest days inserted between 2 days of lifting has definitely helped with soreness. It also give my elbow and wrist a chance to heal up. They are both 95% healed I would say, but I need to be wary on heavy lifting days as not to aggravate it.
Appetite suppression is gone and I had normal urges today. Nothing extraordinary. Libido was decent and no signs of oil on skin.
I felt great all day and have a lot of energy at the gym. Amazing how a little boost in energy makes your day better.
I sweated profusely through a nice cardio session and felt nice and lean when I was done.
Onto tomorrow.
