Fumoney - Recompadrol/AAV2/Natty-V Log (Sponsored by Enhanced Body Formulations)

Nice work Fu. I just caught up. I always experience an initial 3-5 weight increase on a nutrient partitioner before it sheds. Seems to be the norm. You're killing this stack man. Keep it up.

Thank you Rahl !!! Wrist is finally healling I think and I am ready to challenge myself further.

I think you guys said the same thing ;)! Kick ass vid dude. I think you could have had 8 easy! No hat today? PFFFT!

Thank you Antman ! My wrist issues are still in back of my mind (I rolled it playing softball). I think this video will help me get over it and go further at the end.

I love Mexican food.......with a side of Recompadrol !!!

Chicken, edamame, corn, black beans, tomatoes, rice, wild rice, mushrooms, red onion and jalapeños.

Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Workout:
Sports - Volleyball
Lifting - Chest (10 sets)
Cardio - Elliptical (burned 820 calories)

Strength - Not a lifting day, but tested it out on Incline HS.
Workout Energy - All good on this front.
Normal Energy - All good here as well.
Appetite - None. Only ate 1,852 calories.
Recovery - Wrist soreness is gone, but elbow sore ness flares up on heavy lifts.
Libido - No problems here.
Skin condition - Normal again.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
I am flying high right now. Everything is going great. What a great shot in the arm yesterday. I feel light and with energy back to normal, my mood is great and I am feeling alpha. This led me to being a jackass and taping myself on one of my lifts. Taped Incline Hammer Strength Chest Press and luckily got a PR. Gotta control my ego as my GF senses it right away. I also weighed myself for fun. It's amazing how I gravitate towards the scale when you are losing weight. The result ?......220.6 lbs. OH YEAH !!! Now down 6.2 lbs.

Anyway, No soreness anywhere nut my elbows. EWlbow pain flares up on heavy lifts and not at any other time. Just need to keep icing it and making sure I control it. My appetite is very low. I am not hungry, so it is good for cut, but I need to be conscious of macros and making sure I eat enough.

Went to play volleyball first. We had 3 girls show up. They played volleyball in high school, so they wore their obligatory volleyball shorts.....oh man, I feel like a creep. They can't be older than 22-24 years old. The game was very competitive with a lot of spiking, blocking and diving. I can sense that my legs are stronger and I feel lighter...leading to 4-5 really good spikes during the game.

I headed over to another gym to finish my workout. I wanted to close out with a nice cardio session. My mood was at an all time high and for some reason i wanted to lift again. I did chest yesterday, and I just headed over to incline hammer and started lifting. I think I did this once before in another log. When i want to prove something to myself, I head over to hammer strength. I posted a video last night that shows that I was able to achieve PR on the last set - 410 lbs x 7 reps. My ultimate goal for the lift is 450 lbs x 8 reps in good form. This is the max the machine can hold.

Finished the workout with spirited session on the elliptical for 800+ calories burned.

Softball game tomorrow. Let's see if we can go 2-0.

Onto tomorrow.

Gotcha.

Apologies in advance....I think this observation needs to be documented. The volume of elimination for #1 & #2 has increased dramatically. No wonder I am losing weight.

No major discomfort either. It comes out as a soft stool in a nice smooth pace. No diarrhea.

That is all.

Quinoa is the shiz my wife makes it with a lot of my meals cuts the carbs down tremendously.

Awesome work so far.. I'm curious about aav2, I wonder if it would help a fatty like me?

Cubsfan, I am not sure about them individually except Recompadrol which is going to become a staple for me. They work nice together as a stack. AAV2 is supposed to be a non stim fat burner. Does the ingredient profile interest you in any way ?

Calorie Normal (2,334 calories)

Workout:
Sports - Softball
Lifting - Legs (17 sets)

Strength - Average strength today. Did hit a homerun !
Workout Energy - Good energy for softball. Worm down a bit for lifting.
Normal Energy - Felt good all day.
Appetite - Better. Had some frozen yogurt as well.
Recovery - No issues anywhere.
Libido - All good.
Skin condition - Normal.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
All good in body composition area. I feel really lean and I am losing weight everywhere. My energy is definitely up and I am feeling great. I have been following a regimen to recover my energy as stated in previous updates. One other thing that may have helped is not drinking diet soda throughout the day. Thanks to Marms, Chedapaooza and Packers for putting me straight. I now drink BCAA throughout the day and it does a good job of replacing the diet soda. My energy also feels cleaner with no crash. My appetite was up a bit today and even indulged in a small cup of frozen yogurt. No soreness or any injury issues either.

Today is softball and legs day. It's going to be a long night !!!

Our team played like over grown team of guys with too much testosterone. Throwing balls around everywhere trying to be heroes. Hit the damn cut off man and stop trying to throw people out from the outfield. We spotted them a 13 run lead. They were too good to catch from behind. Played well and hit a line drive over the trees for the first homerun of the year. Energy was great throughout and I felt focused and strong.

I went to the gym right after the game to work my legs. I am changing my leg workout. I am going to reduce number of sets and not max out anymore. I have 2 reasons for this. My legs are getting too big for my pants again. I have a stocky build and my legs respond to exercise quickly and get too bulky. I have to make sure I constantly monitor so that I don't have to buy whole new set of pants. The second reason is that maxing out on leg press with high reps caused me to pull my ribs and back. Just stepping back a bit and will work to maintain for now.

Leg workout went great with a lot of reps. It still felt pumped and I was satisfied with the level of work.

Onto tomorrow.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
I started tracking weight daily and I can't believe how quickly I have started to lose weight. I have just hit my half way point today and things have only recently begun to kick up. I am under 220 lbs and and I have not been at this weight in over 14 years. I think I now want to hit 212 lbs when I am done. That's another 8 lbs or so. Not possible ?.......I like a challenge. Hey, why not make the goal loftier ? Lets go for under 210 lbs by end of the log !!!

All day energy was good, but more importantly my workout energy was off the charts. I have not had this kind of energy since about 2 months ago when i was on the Licogenix run. More on workout results related to energy boost later.

Appetite was good again, but there were no urges at any point to over eat. I think I was eating with purpose making sure I intake carbs at a proper time.

I went to the gym full of energy and I was ready to jump on an elliptical literally. After 10 minutes on it, I knew it was going to be a great run. Pace was good and my energy level continued to climb and I was sweating profusely. When I was done, I hit a level I have not reached in several weeks. Over 1,000 calories burned again !!! I felt light and still full of energy ready to tackle the next step. I say the energy issue is gone for good !

Next is back. I am reducing the number of sets again. The philosophy now is to include more cardio and destroy bodypart in lesser number of sets and go for PRs on compound lifts for all bodyparts except for legs. When I was suffering with energy issues, I knew I had to stay on the volume training to compensate. Now that I feel like I can do cardio at the level i like, I am going to gradulally reduce volume. This will be a good transition to move onto another program. Maybe 5/3/1.

Started with rows right away. The weight felt heavy from set 4 and on as I was trying to do more controlled slow reps. When I got to the 6th set, I beat the previous PR by 2 reps. Awesome !!! I did these clean also with no form breaks. Feeling strong I added 20 more lbs for 430 lbs. These were MF'ing heavy. It felt like my arms were going to pull out of my sockets. I did 6 for a new PR, but I am not sure. I think maybe 3 of them were clean, so i am not going to call this a PR. "I need to do a better job !" I was not happy, so torture ensued. three drops sets of 6 reps each. These pretty much destroyed me. i slumped over trying to catch my breath for over a minute. Finally moved over to pulldowns and did 8 pretty strict sets.

Tomorrow might be a cardio only day since I lifted 2 days in a row. We shall see.

Onto tomorrow.
