++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
Slept really well last night and woke up feeling great. Routine now is to mix my BCAA immediately and start drinking it in the AM. Also, start the day off with some type of carb and reduce as day goes on. Drink water right away to fully replenish and avoid caffeine to prevent dehydration. This seems to have worked and i finally feel great energy wise and I am looking forward to working out.

Is this stack affecting appetite ? I haven't really felt hungry for days now. Is it just psychological ? Regardless, I am happy with this effect.

DOMS are gone, but my wrist pain continues to be a pain in the neck (from softball injury) and I developed pain in my elbow as well. I think the wise thing to do here is to split up lifting to 2 on 1 off 2 on and 1 off to give CNS and joints some rest.

I went to the gym high in energy with my BCAA on hand. i started the day with 1 hour of cardio to test myself. I passed the test with flying colors and went through 60 minutes without any issues. I worked through a good sweat and felt energetic to move on to lifting.

To get the back in mood, I start with pre-exhaustion sets of pulldowns. Regular and straight arm. Nice and slow to get a good stretch. Moved onto rows and I mowed through the first 5 sets feeling strong. I put max weight from last week on set 6 and completed 8 slow reps without any problems. Feeling strong, i added 20 lbs for a personal best. Heavy and it hurt. But it felt so good. When I complete a set and immediately feel it in my upper back, I know I have done right. Finished off rows with 3 drop down sets and my whole upper back was on fire. Went over to rear delt for 5 sets to put the finishing touches.

Veins all over my arms and real sign of definition showing. Everything is starting to kick in nicely.

Onto tomorrow.

Cardio - Walking (8 miles)

Strength - No observations today.
Workout Energy - Just walking, but full of energy.
Normal Energy - Another clean day with no issues.
Appetite - Back slightly. Maybe due to being at the beach.
Recovery - Wrist and elbow soreness continues.
Libido - Excellent.
Skin condition - Skin back to normal.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
Due to joint pains, I am pushing the chest workout to Sunday. Still keeping the theme of lifting 4 times in 6 days, so I should be good. (Lifted 3 times in 3 previous days) The shin where I took a shot on during softball game is still bruised. When I put pressure on it, it still hurts. Bruise has traveled down to the bottom of the feet probably from internal bleeding. I will give it one more week, but I wonder if I have a fracture of some sort. Not worried....just curious.

Another day of clean energy and I think I have finally gotten a handle on this lethargy and grogginess thing. I am feeling better with energy in reserve. Appetite continues to be in check although I did indulge in a slice of taco pizza and some frozen yogurt. (with recompadrol of course)

Beautiful warm day with low humidity and another good day for a day at the beach. Got there late afternoon and the beach was packed. My GF and I stayed on the boardwalk and started walking. We stopped once in between for some lunch, but all in all ended up walking 8 miles. Had a decent sweat going and it felt great. I could live at the beach I think. Nice way to do LISS cardio.

Please stop by Sunday night for measurement updates. Will be working on chest in the morning.

Onto tomorrow.

No I thought it was going to end up as just a bruise. It's ending up being worse I think.

Doesn't bother me in any situation. I even leg presses on it earlier this week. Just hurts when I press on it.

I know....don't press on it.

More importantly, I think the stack has kicked it into overdrive. For the first week or so, nothing much. My weight even went up while testing out different foods and timing. I consider this normal. If you are taking natural supplements, it take bit of time to build up in your system.

Well....what I gained (+5 lbs) is gone and then some. All happened in last 3 days or so. My girlfriend is telling me I am getting tiny. (Wait that is not a good thing...I wonder what she means....LOL) I feel much leaner and if things just clicked in the last 3 days, I can't imagine what changes I will see. I am so amped right now. With my energy back, I should be able to do much more cardio as well.

Going to gym now. Will have measurement update tonight.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
It was a Sunday of doing nothing. Not wanting to do anything but lay back and relax. I spent way too much time in front of the computer wasting time and browsing. Accomplished nothing....but isn't that what Sunday's are for sometimes ?

Energy was good all day, eventhough I did not move much. I was focused and alert and felt great.

Not sure if I was just distracted, but i had no appetite. I did not feel like eating anything. Anything I ate ended up feeling like too much food. I don't remember appetite control being one of the effects of this stack. Is this a placebo effect ? Not sure, but I will take it. As you can see, I did not even reach 2,000 calories today. Ate a lot of chicken, pistacios, a shrimp burrito and some nice tomatoes raw. Also, snacked on too much planters nuts.

The only thing i felt like doing today was going to the gym.

Like most, I love chest days. I love every lift associated with chest. Of course, I also love my hammer strength. Getting right down to it, I had an amazing burst of energy and ripped through sets of hammer incline press. Unfortunately, I did not have the strength to pull off a Personal best today. In fact, it wasn't even close. i was not disappointed as my chest was pumped up and my arms were pumped as well as full of veins. This really gave me a psychological boost. After knocking out the hammer curls, i felt like getting more power lifting in. I loaded the smith machine for 3 sets of smith bench press. 315 lbs felt really nice. I don't push for PR on this exercise as i hurt my shoulders when i was younger. I was more than happy with what I was able to lift. Triceps were really pumped and rock solid. Finished off the chest with supersets of flyes and machine press.

Eventhough I was pumped up, I felt like i was a bit smaller and more cut. Imagining things ? I don't know, but it felt great.

Onto tomorrow.

Nutrition partitioning is the aspect I was most interested in. From this stack, I am experiencing this in full force. I do not have after meal bloat no matter what i eat, my veins pop out after dosing and my muscles are pumped throughout the way. My GF has told me several times to stop flexing and i had to keep telling her I was not. During exercise, the veins come out in full force. In my opinion, I do not have low enough bodyfat where I should be seeing veins like this. It is amazing and it is a great mental boost during the day and at the gym. This nutrition partitioning effect was seen from day one.

Weight loss is ultimately what everyone wants to see in a cutting stack. Everybody should be conscious of the fact, even the sponsors, that everybody's body reacts differently. Normally, weight loss stacks take about a week to kick in for me. I did not feel lighter nor did my weight go down for the first 7-8 days or so. In fact, I had gained 5 lbs at some point in the early stages and i hovered around 232 lbs. It could be water, it could be introduction of carbs vs previous diet, it could be my body reacting in a different way, it could be many things. I am not pointing fingers at anything other than it being a period of adjustment. Everything will stabilize if I continue to follow the plan. Well, something triggered few days ago. As I checked the scale each day, I saw my weight drop significantly. If you consider my high point at 232 lbs, you are talking about a 10 lbs swing here. i just can't wait to see what the next week will bring. One thing I am not experiencing is the temperature increase. I am OK with that. Who wants to sweat anyway. Isn't AAV2 a non-stim fat burner ? If so, maybe likelihood of sweating is less vs stim fat burner i would think. well, I don't care. If I don't sweat and see this type of weight loss, i will be ecstatic. That is the best of both worlds for me. I can feel the capsaicin in my stomach. know what it's trying to do. I am just not sweating because of it. Who know, this effect my kick in and i maybe complaining of sweating in a week or so.

Pictures below to show comparison vs start. I am not sure what you will get out of them. As the time gets further apart as i go deeper in this run, you will likely see better visual difference. Looks like i am leaning out everywhere according to measurements and maintaining my strength. I can't ask for anything more at this point.

The reason you saw weigh increase is from diet switch to carbs especially with the most potent nutrient partioning stack out tere today.

I've always told customers that there's an initial 3-5 lbs gain. But this subsides. And if you don't drop that weight it'll come off in inches somewhere else.

I'm actually surprised you lost what you did considering your low cals and huge caloric needs. But that's a different topic.

Happy to see the weight come off. If you look at pharmaceuticals. They look for a 5-10% decrease in weight over 1 year to be deemed applicable to weightloss.

This stack definitetlu provides that and more after 3-4 months.

So everything is going as expected then. Awesome !!!

I was up 5 lbs until day 8 or 9. It was sick how quickly those 10 lbs came off in the last 3 days.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the hydroxycitric acid causes initial weight increase (water) then
BOOM gone. I used it stand alone last year in a stack and I couldn't take the bloat during the first week so I stopped using it (knowing it was the only variable in a stack I was otherwise familiar with) and within 3-4 days I was MUCH leaner than prior to beginning use. Its like I took 2 steps back then a huge leap forward... Make sense?

Waiting on my art guy to get back to me with some files so I can print done shirts. Good fitted quality

Not a chest day today, but I felt like lifting heavy after volleyball. Wanted to test out strength after dropping weight in the past week.

Video of new PR for HS Incline Press to be posted tonight.

410 x 7 Drop set 360 x 2

Did 2 more drop sets at 270 and 180, but ran out of room on iPhone memory and it stopped recording.

Not the best of firm, but good set to get aggression out.

Thank you wasme. And back is my weakest part. Spent first 12 days gaining and then losing weight. I am anxious to see what losing the for the remainder of run. I was skeptical as you know, but I am leaning toward being sold on this. Well definitely sold on Recompadrol at least. Others, I will still reserve judgement.

Workout:
Sports - Volleyball
Lifting - Chest (10 sets)
Cardio - Elliptical (burned 820 calories)

Strength - Not a lifting day, but tested it out on Incline HS.
Workout Energy - All good on this front.
Normal Energy - All good here as well.
Appetite - None. Only ate 1,852 calories.
Recovery - Wrist soreness is gone, but elbow sore ness flares up on heavy lifts.
Libido - No problems here.
Skin condition - Normal again.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
I am flying high right now. Everything is going great. What a great shot in the arm yesterday. I feel light and with energy back to normal, my mood is great and I am feeling alpha. This led me to being a jackass and taping myself on one of my lifts. Taped Incline Hammer Strength Chest Press and luckily got a PR. Gotta control my ego as my GF senses it right away. I also weighed myself for fun. It's amazing how I gravitate towards the scale when you are losing weight. The result ?......220.6 lbs. OH YEAH !!! Now down 6.2 lbs.

Anyway, No soreness anywhere nut my elbows. EWlbow pain flares up on heavy lifts and not at any other time. Just need to keep icing it and making sure I control it. My appetite is very low. I am not hungry, so it is good for cut, but I need to be conscious of macros and making sure I eat enough.

Went to play volleyball first. We had 3 girls show up. They played volleyball in high school, so they wore their obligatory volleyball shorts.....oh man, I feel like a creep. They can't be older than 22-24 years old. The game was very competitive with a lot of spiking, blocking and diving. I can sense that my legs are stronger and I feel lighter...leading to 4-5 really good spikes during the game.

I headed over to another gym to finish my workout. I wanted to close out with a nice cardio session. My mood was at an all time high and for some reason i wanted to lift again. I did chest yesterday, and I just headed over to incline hammer and started lifting. I think I did this once before in another log. When i want to prove something to myself, I head over to hammer strength. I posted a video last night that shows that I was able to achieve PR on the last set - 410 lbs x 7 reps. My ultimate goal for the lift is 450 lbs x 8 reps in good form. This is the max the machine can hold.

Finished the workout with spirited session on the elliptical for 800+ calories burned.

Softball game tomorrow. Let's see if we can go 2-0.

Onto tomorrow.
