Flex is shredding up Rezolution style!!!

Alright. Holy FUGGIN work today. 3 Rezolution+Warrior Workout= Total Annihilation and fatigue. Almost tossed my cookies. Pushed hard today..very hard.

The work:

Smith Bent Over Rows
Warm 50x20
150x8
150x8, 100x8, 50x12
-Fight through tendonitis in the forearm/bicep region...still was able to really squeeze the lats ..like the iso these give.

Decline Bench
-Instead of the normal routine and trying not to push it, I did 3 straight up sets
135x25
135x15
135x8

Cleans
Warm 135x8
205x6
185x8, 155x8, 135x8
-Dig the cleans...dig a wide back, dig thick traps, dig sore shoulders; this does that.

Tcups
Sets of 10 with 5, 20, 12, 10, 5; very nice shakeup and a nice finisher to the shoulders.

Front Squats
Warm 135x8
185x8
205x5 (PR), 155x8, 135x8
-Fuggin tired as hell gettin into the rack to these. Had to call upon a 2nd wind...and it came! Keep in mind, rest is 60-90 seconds...this **** hurts!

Stiff Legged Deads
Warm 135x10
275x6
275x6, 225x8, 135x8
-Almost tossed my cookies...Sat down, body shakes..sweating profusely...gathered my senses after 5 min of just sitting with eyes closed..Skipped cardio...very gratifying getting this work done..Stay tuned for more beast mode sessions...

Are those drop sets you're doing at the end? I read 60-90 second on the cleans, but are those the exception or are you doing short rests in between final triple sets?

60-90 seconds rest between every set and exercise.

The end tally is a drop set yes.
 
No new news today other than today was supposed to be 1 hr Cardio. Instead, it was 1.5hrs of shoveling and snowblowing snow. Prolly burned the same amount if not more...

Back to full body decimation tomorrow.
 
Ahhh sounds like your on the east coast! I'm in jersey and we didn't get hit too bad with snow but I hear other surrounding states got it alot worse

Yep from MA and drive a 2WD truck. Not a good combo..

So I skipped yesterdays workout. Just mentally drained and still kinda sore so I figured skip and hit it today (Sat).

I didnt goto the gym; worked out in my basement instead. Limited exercises and weight but I worked up a great lather in about 45 minutes.

The Work: Teetered from the norm a bit.

Push Press superset with 1 arm side dumbbell raise.
Warm 135x8
135x8, 25lb dumbbellx10
135x6, " "x10
135x6, " "x10

Bent Over Barbell Rows
Warm 135x10

205x6, 185x8, 135x10

Flat Bench
Warm 135x10
185x10
225x8, 185x6, 135x10
-Light on chest, felt pretty good..no pain and had full ROM without issue!!!

Tricep pushups
4 sets of 10

Deadlifts
Warm 135x10
185x15
185x10

Felt out of rythym training at home with limited access/resources. Felt kinda weak too, but that could be atrributed to only 1 meal before workout. Tomorrow will be a day off, I may make next week an active recovery week. Just been rollin straight for quite some time. BTW, I've cheated on my diet. Not feelin good about that, BUT I'm getting tighter...We'll tip the scales 2morrow!
 
A rare cheat on occasion is good for the metabolism, but as much as I may know that intellectually, I feel you on feeling guilty. I get the same mindset on a serious cut. It's all good, bro. It's the habits that form the body, not the snap shots.
 
Been away for a few..sorry fellaz..SICK..dammit...workout partner is gone for a week..decided to take a week off..try and recover...not only that, we've gotten hit with another 14-18 inches of snow and ice....im technically not doing cardio but in a sense I am...and alot of it!

Back in the saddle fellaz. I found myself lazy about 1:15 min preworkout. Popped 2 Rezolution and 20 mins later, I'm ready..EEEEEYHEA!

My workout was methodical. Same ole and not too bad. Still tryin to shake a cold. The week off felt great...but its time to turn it back up...
