Alright. Holy FUGGIN work today. 3 Rezolution+Warrior Workout= Total Annihilation and fatigue. Almost tossed my cookies. Pushed hard today..very hard.
The work:
Smith Bent Over Rows
Warm 50x20
150x8
150x8, 100x8, 50x12
-Fight through tendonitis in the forearm/bicep region...still was able to really squeeze the lats ..like the iso these give.
Decline Bench
-Instead of the normal routine and trying not to push it, I did 3 straight up sets
135x25
135x15
135x8
Cleans
Warm 135x8
205x6
185x8, 155x8, 135x8
-Dig the cleans...dig a wide back, dig thick traps, dig sore shoulders; this does that.
Tcups
Sets of 10 with 5, 20, 12, 10, 5; very nice shakeup and a nice finisher to the shoulders.
Front Squats
Warm 135x8

205x5 (PR), 155x8, 135x8
-Fuggin tired as hell gettin into the rack to these. Had to call upon a 2nd wind...and it came! Keep in mind, rest is 60-90 seconds...this **** hurts!
Stiff Legged Deads
