No new news, no workout. Got 2 feet of snow here in New England and watched movies all day...lol good ole B.U.M day.

took advantage of the snow and helped my son in law do snow removal. made $2000 in 24 hours. the rez definately came in handy.
 
Back to full bodies today. 2 pills right now prework is nice. Frikkin good workouts, flyin..sweatin and doing my cardio with higher than normal intensity..puts me in a 'zone'; love that feeling.

Gettin MRI results tomorrow. Another Dr Appt. If I need to rehab, I wont. If I need time off, I will. If I need surgery, I will. I am going to ask for the cortisone shot as the Motrin has done crap to help with the pain...

Rezolution continues to impress me. I dig the 2 pills prework, will def. experiment with 1more. Thinking 1 first thing in the morning and 3 prework..sleep has not been an issue so far.

I've added some Lipoburn to the mix, rubbing 4 pumps on my abs, hips and thighs. Diet has been solid...

Got my MRI results. Partial Tear. Need to see an ortho now. This obviously cuts into progress, goals, stage presence. Very frustrated with this..

A friend of mine is also taking this, raves about mood and appetite suppressing properties.

Thanks JJ. I will discuss my options with my ortho and go from there. At this point, there is no pain, no discomfort so I dunno what the deal is..In fact, I trained chest today with no issue, granted I took it easy..but...we'll see where this goes...Thx for the support.
 
Prefacing by saying I cheated on diet. Gained a lb, 209lbs. Couldnt help myself watchin football, cheated with pizza and wings. Anyway, we'll clean that up and get back on track..I will also say my workouts have been friggin awesome on Rezolution. Im focused, intense and driven...exactly how I wanna be when 'in the cage'.

I always end up caving when I watch footbal at a friend house. I drive over there telling myself I am only gonna eat wings but when I arrive I see beer, pizza, wings, chips, dip, mmmm. I am weak and cave all the time. Its ok a influx is good when dieting especially when in a calorie deficit. Just gotta work extra hard this week and make up for it. Kick up the intensity a notch or not

This is Kleens Phase 1 with some exercise modifications..The rest periods are 60-90...I end up sweating like no other..and the gratifying feel I get when I'm done is super addicting..Phase 2 is brutality. Love both of them.

I recently was doing a 5x5 with 7s hybrid ..before that, standard 1 or 2BP's per day. I change it up frequently..For this run, itll be phase 1 and phase 2 up until april'ish..

Best part of it is the DOM's are relatively low so I can hit it hard again EOD. In between workouts is just cardio...

Ahhhh, now I recognize it from Kleen's logs. Good stuff man, sorry to hear about the minor tear, but good to know you were able to hit moderate chest without any complications. Just watch yourself.

Ehhh, it is what it is...see my ortho monday. I'm hoping he says no big deal, dont do chest for a month and it'll be fine..but right now, i'm in the dark...I will push it until I feel something, otherwise, dis bish is fine...ill tread lightly...

that warrior workout is no joke. I tried it one month and sissyed out. It really takes the wind out of you like you cant believe. Awesome workout!! I wanted to get a few more notches under my belt and than try it again. I was thinking I will use it for my upcoming DCP/Heat stack log. Should get some great body compostion changes with the warrior workout and those two products :friday:

It is not for the casual go'er fo sho, lol. My partner vomited once and got sick 2 other instances...When I first started them, I too got seriously dizzy...Now it's a staple in my workout rotations :D
 
No cardio today. Another snow storm. Real bad out, I did get 45-60 minutes of shoveling...so I guess I can count that as calories burned.

Tomorrow I hope to resume full bodies...

Absolutely brosinski. I have been eager to kill the weights ever since my injury. Dont know why...maybe Im still bitter it even happened in the first place, but my workouts have been great considering the circumstances.

Yeah Chris, not sure how it works in there. If torn, not sure if its possible for the body to repair that on its own..if only muscle like you say, it makes sense that it could but I dont know enough about it...I truly hope he says this thing is small and to rehab...Fingers are crossed. The appt is Monday. Ill know midday and keep you fellaz posted.

some words of encouragement.

The pectoralis major is a very large muscle and it will usually heal well on its own as long as you didn't completely detach it from the humerus. If you did detach it, then you could have quite a bit of weakness and problems down the road...if it wasn't detached and was just a muscle tear, you may be able to get by without the surgery and just giving it time to heal on its own.

Clearly, you don't have a full detachment, otherwise you'd have that swollen, grotesque looking internal bleeding and you sure as hell couldn't have benched.

Yes either way avoid the movement that tore it for a bit. Moving the exact same angle under tension is going to activate the same muscular contraction that tore the muscle in the first place. That is where the most tension is placed from that move and why it tore there. So some chest work like lighter incline may be okay however flat may even irritate it if pushed.

Case in point with my injury. I was able to continue doing high rows for 5 months after tearing my labrum because it did not effect the same area but as soon as I attempted a relatively light bb row it was obvious I was still torn. Not recommending training around an injury so much as saying if you do avoid the same ROM that you hurt your self in.

If you must work chest may I recommend a 4-1-2 tempo on chest movements? Slowing the bar down that much is going to really decrease the load you are capable of pushing. It may keep you from pushing beyond your boundaries for a bit while getting a lot of blood flow to the area for some healing.

My lifting partner in college went from benching 405 for 6, tearing his left peck attempting 425, never got it attached (college no medical insurance), now benches 135 for 6 if he's lucky.

Skipped workouts. Another storm..more cleanup...just rediculous..normally i take Sat off. I might get my a$$ in the gym regardless.

Back from the dead. Took Friday off, and the weekend. Too many days off. Today I saw the ortho. Muscle tear!!!! No tendon damage..He said take it slow but I can bench!! I also am not perfect. Ate pizza and wings again watchin football. If anything I can chalk it up to 2 good weeks with cheat meals which under normal circumstance is okay. Unfortunately, I've been aiming at no cheats and haven't been able to stick to the plan. I'm going to up cardio by doing an extra hr on Saturdays.

I was tired as hell, popped 2 Rezolution! Stuff had me ready to rock..I turn from zombie to a focused hulk. Love this...

Popped 2 Rezolution prework. Just cardio today, 1hr. Found myself zoning hardcore and upping intensity fighting through the burn. I'm really digging this supplement. Im hittin up full bodies again tomorrow (another storm pending)..gonna pop 3 prework as I wanna approach beast mode without being 'on'. This stuff makes me feel great.
 
What kind of energy would you say you get from it? A shakey jittery type high? A more of a mental type high? Or what? How would you describe it?

I really was skeptical about this as many saw in the Q&A thread now I feel like I am missing out if I don't get any... soon I will have to pick some up as it seems to be the cat's meow of stims.

Matt, I think the bread and butter is using it as a stim. I took 3prework today and my focus and intensity was off the chain..I take 1 before work and im not hyperactive to get **** done but I do get off my ass alot quicker..lol
