Ha! I "borrowed" it from Kleen...with his permission of course...stand up guy he is! Its pretty good and a nice change of pace for me. I was going to stick with the hyperfit, but the CPAT for the Fire Department looks like a cake walk so I don't need that kind of training. With this protocol you still do a good amount of lifting while incorporating a good bit of aerobic activity...shred fat build muscle...sounds good to me.

Treadmill: 40 minutes walking at 4.0 mph (very fast walking for my short legs)
Stair Climber: 5 minutes at 80 steps per minute

Protein:171.9g (42%)
Fat was high for my liking. Still doing some figuring out with these new calories.

Day 36 (yesterday)
I ate for build expecting to lift...didn't take in to account that we'd be dog owners by the end of the day.
today (Ill probably eat somewhere near maintenance to make up for yesterdays extra calories and todays lift)

Yeah they are. Hoping the DMZ keeps my muscle intact while I burn off the chub. Weight was down to 212 this am. Not sure on the fat% I would guess around 10 or 11 based on past experiences, but I definitely see progress.

You made some great changes brother, neck and neck with Al for the best transformation so far. I am gonna have to step up my game with everyone else. I have not employed any extra cardio or anything at this point so I have a lot to add to my arsenal for fat shredding. Looks like I better enact some of those strategies sooner than later.

Didn't make it to the gym today for cardio and abs. I had to come straight home and let the pup out of the crate for a few hours and then had to attend a school function. I have to say that raising a pup is no joke, but she's a good dog so its worth it. Looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow for a lift, cardio and abs. Physique is looking better and better everyday. Ill attempt to get some pics up here soon. I wanted to take some today but we just...ran out of time. We are pretty beat lol.
