Ha! I "borrowed" it from Kleen...with his permission of course...stand up guy he is! Its pretty good and a nice change of pace for me. I was going to stick with the hyperfit, but the CPAT for the Fire Department looks like a cake walk so I don't need that kind of training. With this protocol you still do a good amount of lifting while incorporating a good bit of aerobic activity...shred fat build muscle...sounds good to me.

You should have trimmed the burn day more than the workout day... 1700 burn days 2900 workout days would be better... or if you really want to go for it 3000 and 1500... Do you have Epi-v

Never ran DMZ but I hear good things about it.
The 1700/2900 working well? That's good news. :).
I missed a couple build days due to time and I lost around 4 lbs... So I will have to be more mindful now lol.
 
I haven't ran it myself but have a bottle. I got some Brawn off Orbit the other day, but man after taking Beastdrol kicked my butt. Green on any ph will be scary results.

Good burn day numbers. Oh when you add Epi-v you will be able to go back up to your original numbers or at least you won't have to cut them anymore. Keep a very close eye out.

Got in some good cardio and abs today. Macros and calories were on point. I am seeing definite physique changes already with the DMZ and the calorie changes. I feel I look much more lean. Also I am experiencing constant pumps (good ones) my muscle feels "full" and dense.

The biggest mistake you could make is going too low in cals, that's where people get stuck when trying to get very low body fat. You kill your metabolism basically. I cut down to about 6% last year on epi-v and I was 3200 2400 cals and I have a pretty slow metabolism. I would keep those workout day cals up around 2800-2900 cals if you are going that low on burn days. Let the burn days do the cutting while you keep your metabolisim alive with the workout day nutrition. Just eat clean.

I took them last night I was so damn exhausted. I didn't really care what they looked like so I'm hoping they are clear and lit ok. Didn't get a good chance to look at them, but what stood out most is the change in my legs.

Things are really starting to light up here. Weight is peeling off. I weighed in at 211.8 this morning down from around 217. Not exactly sure on the BF% but I would guess around 10-11% I had taken pictures last night with every intent to post them today, but sure enough they are blurry. I will take more tomorrow for sure. I can definitely see a difference in body composition I predict 7-8% BF by the end of this cycle.

yah still think he's too low on cals but maybe the anabolics make up for that. Funny I have always found it easier to burn fat keeping cals high on anabolics but never considered going lower than normal and using anabolics to maintain muscle mass. I have never had such a short time to make changes though.
