Overview
Testruction has been formulated to optimize testosterone levels and androgen receptor responsiveness for maximum muscle gain, as well as libido and sexual performance. This unique formula, based on the most current research, is designed to make you perform better in the gym and the bedroom with a multi-angled approach to help optimize a few of your favorite things in life.

Ingredients and function
E. Ulmoides
EU comes from the bark of a small tree native to China, and has been well studied for a variety of effects on the brain and body.

While research has shown numerous beneficial characteristics attributed to EU, let’s start with the most important one for our purposes here, then we’ll take a quick look at the other bonuses.

EU acts as a mild androgen, exhibiting “phytoandrogen” properties. It also acts as an androgen booster/helper, by augmenting endogenous and/or exogenous testosterone signaling at the androgen receptor (1). So this means that any outside sources of androgens getting into your body (including EU itself, and other ingredients in the Testruction formula), as well as your own natural circulating testosterone, will now have an even stronger effect with the help of EU.

Other noteworthy benefits

Potent inducer of Growth Hormone (2)
Increases IGF-1 expression (3)
Selectively increases GLUT-4 expression in muscle cells (2)
Elevates adiponectin levels and lowers bad adipokines (2)
Supports optimal fasting insulin & blood pressure (4)
Increases fat oxidation and use of ketone bodies on a high fat diet (4,5)
Inhibits pre-adipocytes from becoming fat cells (6)
Supports healthy triglyceride levels (5)
May improve memory and cognitive function by boosting acetylcholine levels (7)
Markedly increases BMP-2 (bone growth/muscle hypertrophy signaling) (3,6,8–10)

Butea Superba
Bueta Superba is an interesting Thai herb, widely considered to have aphrodisiac qualities. Along the lines of the aphrodisiac aspect, it has been shown to increase penile erections in diabetic rats (diabetes frequently interferes with normal erectile function) (11).

This benefit has also been demonstrated in humans. Thai males aged 30-70 with erectile dysfunction were given BS in a randomized, double-blind study for 3 months, and 82% of them saw noticeable improvements in sexual function (12).

When a compound has libido boosting effects, chances are pretty good that we’ll see some positive interaction with testosterone and/or DHT, which is exactly what we see with BS. If one were to look solely at the 2008 rat study from Cherdshewasart, et al., it would appear that BSE could actually lower testosterone when taken at high doses, and even elevate liver enzymes (13). However, there’s a couple of things to keep in mind here. One, when taking prohormones or steroids, the body drops production of its own testosterone to compensate, which is likely what is happening here. And two, the rest of the published data tells a different story, in fact, another rat study using an even higher dose of BSE resulted in increased testis weight and sperm count, and found it to be safe with no adverse side effects at 100x the Thai recommended dose for humans (14).

BS has also been shown to be anti-estrogenic and androgenic in several other studies, as well as being deemed to work in conjunction, and synergistically with the body’s own testosterone levels similar to E. Ulmoides (14–17).

In a 2012 case study, a patient came in “complaining” of an increased sex drive. Lab testing revealed elevated levels of Free Testosterone, DHT, and DHEA-sulfate, and was thus diagnosed as having hyperandrogenemia (aka elevated androgens, sounds like a good problem to have). After assessing current supplement intake, the patient was advised to stop taking BS. One week after cessation, the patient’s sex drive had returned to normal and lab testing showed DHT had dropped back to normal (18).

BSE also appears to have some positive effects on the brain. Research shows it can increase neurogenesis in the hippocampus, relieve depression-like symptoms induced by chronic stress, ameliorate cognitive dysfunction, and inhibit acetylcholinesterase thereby elevating acetylcholine levels (19,20).

In summary, we should see a nice jump in muscle building anabolic hormones, more help with making circulating androgens work better, anti-estrogen activity, and a bit of a brain boost.

Long Jack 100:1
Long Jack is an aphrodisiac herb also commonly referred to as Tongkat Ali and Eurycoma Longifolia. LJ earned a spot in Testruction due to it’s ability to boost libido, enhance sexual performance, and increase testosterone. This stuff is a triple threat.

Ever wonder how researchers determine sexual performance in human subjects? Well, to the dismay of many readers, no, they typically don’t pull up a chair and kick back with a beer and a notepad while couples go at it.

This questionnaire, called the IIEF, is often used to determine intervention outcomes on erectile function (21):

NOTE: THIS GRAPHIC DOESN'T LOAD INTO THE POST. CHECK THE FACEBOOK PAGE TO LOOK AT THE SURVEY.

Then there is the Male Sexual Health Questionnaire (MSHQ), which is a broader, 25 question survey (22).

The Aging Males Symptoms Questionnaire (AMS) is the most general, asking questions about well-being, joint pain, anxiety, etc., as well as sexual function (23).

Using before/after data from these surveys gives researchers quite a bit of reliable info to work with, particularly when combined with objective data like lab testing.

Armed with that information, let’s take a look at some of the research.

Libido
In a 12 week, randomized, double blind placebo study with 109 men between the ages of 30-55, the group given LJ had the following benefits (24):

Higher scores on the IEFF
Increased libido
Sperm motility increased by 44%
Semen volume increased by 18% (fun!)
Overweight subjects lost significant fat mass

In another recent study, 76 of 320 patients suffering from Late Onset Hypogonadism (LOH) were given LJ for 1 month. Before receiving the LJ, only 8 of these patients didn’t show complaints on the AMS questionnaire. After LJ supplementation, 54 of them had no complaints (and most of them showed elevated testosterone levels) (25).

LJ has also repeatedly been shown to increase libido in animal models, being called a “potent stimulator of sexual arousal” (26,27).

Sexual Performance
In a 2014 review paper, LJ was found to improve sexual health to the point of being considered a natural alternative to Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), as it also restored serum testosterone levels to normal ranges (28).

LJ is also thought to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, which many will recognize as the mechanism of action for Viagra and Cialis (29).

In rat studies, it has been shown to reduce ejaculation latency and post-ejaculatory interval, which basically means the rats were super excited to have sex, and then do it again right away (30). Ahhh, to be 18 again.

One of the main components in LJ, (9-HC-6-one), has also been shown to directly stimulate erections in-vitro in the corpus cavernosum (one of the two main erectile tissues in the penis) (31).

Testosterone Boosting & Muscle/Strength
LJ has been shown to increase testosterone in rats (30), and this effect has been repeated in several human studies.

A study looked at the effect of LJ on 63 subjects to determine effects on hormone levels, as well as subjective stress. They found that LJ increased testosterone by 37%, while concurrently reducing cortisol by 16% (32). The subjects also noted things like reduced tension and aggression.

In another study looking at 25 active male and female seniors, the subjects were given LJ for 5 weeks. The researchers looked at hormone levels as well as muscular strength. I like this study because they measured several relevant blood markers, including the ones that doctors are constantly calling irrelevant when you ask for them. They found that LJ caused a significant increase in not only total testosterone, but also free testosterone, in both men and women. It also reduced Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), which is known for locking up your extra testosterone and preventing you from using it to build muscle. The reduction in SHBG was likely the reason for the elevation in testosterone from the females, not a direct androgenic activity in those subjects. The LJ subjects also recorded enhanced muscle strength (33).

An in-vitro study demonstrated that LJ increased testosterone by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme from converting testosterone to estrogen, so it also acts as an anti-estrogen (29).

The “pro-androgenic” effect of LJ has also been shown to significantly increase muscle compared to a control group in a 12 week animal study (34). And in a 5 week long, 14 subject pilot study presented at a conference, the LJ group gained more strength and significantly more lean body mass (S. Hamzah, A. Yusof).

One thing to add, just in case, there is some data showing that LJ can reduce bioavailability of the drug propranolol (a beta blocker commonly used for reducing blood pressure and/or public speaking), so if you take this drug, consult your physician before using Testruction (35).

Naringenin Cyclodextrin Complex
Naringenin is a flavonone found in grapefruit, which happens to do some pretty interesting things in the body. For one, Naringenin acts as an anti-estrogen to help control unwanted potential side effects from Testruction (36).

It has also been shown to be a ligand for SHBG, meaning it will bind to the receptor and leave more circulating free testosterone to do all the things we want it to do (37,38).

As it turns out, when Naringenin is complexed with a cyclodextrin, it significantly increases the bioavailability (solubility by 400-fold and gut transport by 11-fold). Naringenin Cyclodextrin, when taken prior to a meal, decreased VLDL by 42% and increased the rate of glucose clearance by 64% compared to Naringenin alone (39).

Maca 20:1
Maca, also known as Lepidium meyenii, is a plant in the broccoli family typically grown in Peru. Maca may or may not directly affect testosterone levels, studies at this point go both ways.

Unanimously, however, it does significantly boost libido and sexual function, even in the studies showing no effect on testosterone (40,40–42).

In at least two rat studies, Maca significantly increased testosterone levels (43,44), and in one mice study, Maca reduced prostate weight & hyperplasia when administered with testosterone enanthate, vs. the testosterone only group (45).

Morinda officinalis F.C.
Also known as Bajitian, MO is an herb widely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat male infertility, invigorate the kidneys and resist diseases.

MO has largely been studied for its unique ability to restore normal hormonal function in those experiencing excessive stress and fatigue.

In rats exposed to microwaves 24 hours a day for 10 days, the group pre-treated with MO demonstrated significantly improved sexual performance, increased testosterone, and increased sperm number (46).

Another study found that MO enhanced sexual behavior, increased testosterone, reduced cortisol, improved sperm quality, protected sperm DNA from the damaging administration of H2O2, and concluded that MO was “androgen-like” (47). The sperm DNA protection provided by MO from H2O2 was also demonstrated in a different study (48).

Chronic stress can reduce white blood cell counts (disrupting immune function), elevate cortisol, and decrease testosterone. MO administrated has been shown to reverse all of these (49).

MO also exhibits anti-fatigue activity, which in addition to boosting testosterone should have a nice effect on workout performance (50).

Astragalus Membranaceus
AM is a fundamental herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine, largely believed to promote life extension. But what’s the point of living forever if you have low testosterone? Great question.

AM has been shown to significantly increase Leydig cell numbers (your testosterone producing factories) and testosterone production. It also upregulates SOD and glutathione peroxidase (enzymes that protect testosterone producing cells from damage) (51). On that note, AM also appears to be effective at preserving the weight of the testes and integrity of the sperm in the highly toxic environment of chemotherapy, so yeah, this stuff is pretty good for your boys (52,53).

Other noteworthy benefits
Increases IGF-1 levels (54,55)
Reduces Myostatin levels (56)
Improves glucose uptake and insulin sensitivity in muscle cells (57,58)
Improves exercise performance by inhibiting the accumulation of metabolic waste (59)

Conclusion
In summary, Testruction targets an increase in testosterone, enhanced sensitivity to testosterone, elevated libido, improved sexual performance, increase in muscle and strength, as well as estrogen control.

Boning up on my reading for today

Just get me some of the new Blueberry Muffin Protean and maybe we can talk trade.

Been looking forward to this one!

I'm really excited about this one. You could almost say it arouses me. I am overcum with enthusiasm.

In for tester :)

I need a good, very huge boost.

Would you recommend an AI be taken along with it?

Yeah, I would.

Elimistane will be coming over to EvoMuse soon, with a formula update, but for now you should find another brand for that.

Let's pop some *replaced with* Testruction and issue tickets with raging, mega-huge boners.

I know I'm not the only ****er on this forum who knows this quote/movie.
Harry Potter?

I'm also going to be looking for one female tester for this. Someone that has been having major libido problems lately.

I'm also going to be looking for one female tester for this. Someone that has been having major libido problems lately.

I can become female real quick if you would like.

I can't wait to test this out and see what it does. So exciting!

This looks fantastic!!!! EvoMuse never fails in making quality and innovative products.

Would there be anything that you would recommend NOT taking this with? Also what kinds of things would you recommend taking it with? I was thinking this with leterone, rebirth, trib a, and trib t (i know its not a test booster but it does help with libido and is FANTASTIC for improving mood/sense of well being) would be a killer natty t-booster stack, but i was wondering if it might be to much or if some of the ingredients would cancel each other out.

No need to cycle. The tribulus will push your libido even higher, and a good Icariin supp will further increase load volume, if you really want to blow your partners mind.

Keep your zinc, vitamins d, and magnesium levels high.

I've also noticed some blood flow synergy with a good ginkgo product.

Would this be any good for someone adapting to Keto? I'm not thinking it would; hopefully, I'm wrong.

We're actually shipping out Monday and Tuesday, so we are already there!

I am anxious to get some female feedback, though.

I am anxious to get some female feedback, though.

Why?
I will not turn into a man! I already had quite good leaning, recomp results with some so called man supps like Letrone. I noticed a real improvement that actually underlined my female curves, enhanced my female appearance :-)
But dsade, after having had so many issues in the past, and surgeries on top, I thought that testruction could be just the right thing for me now as I want to take Evomuse for health, bones (bmp), getting a top notch body with all your recomposition agents but also enjoy my new found health, just enjoy life in every aspect possible! So you are the one to blame if I experience any major libido problems after all that trouble, because with Testruction I could get a huge kick in sexual performance, too.
I am a female and gym performance is certainly not the only thing where I wanna perforn my best :-)
But ok, then you have to live with the fault that my sexuality got ruined because you did not want me as a beta tester, hahaha!

Interesting. Don't want wifey turning manly lol.

I don't think a test booster will do that. Women have ran low dose test with anavar are don't turn manly. Women only turn mainly when they over do it. So i don't think something like a test booster, that will only increase there natural test, will cause any masculinity in a month. Now if they used it for a couple years it might but i still dont think it would.
