On the ingredient list on the first page, are those quantities of each ingredient per 2 or 4 caps? I ask because it looks like adding an additional 100mg of Longjack might be a good idea for optimal dosing. Thoughts?
 
3 caps. The formula didn't fit into 2 caps.

Yes, I have my standard SERM (torem) which I'll inverse taper into an AI (erase) and then run some i3c as I taper off the AI... would typically run i3c and/or low dose AI with any test boosters i run as well. It probably doesn't matter, but just in case I guess I should mention I'll be running some DAA and MK-677 alongside, as well as with Myosynergy Elite, BMP, Metabolic Rebirth, Nerve Restore, Gut Health, and Strafe... along with some creatine/vasodialators, and some cortisol control products.

EDIT: I should add BRITE, Baiba and Cardarine (GW501516) to that list.

If I'm coming off of a PCT with a couple other test boosters should I take some time off before starting Testruction? Bone of the ingredients seem to carry over but wondering if a break would allow Testruction to have a better initial effect.
 
How long have you been of of PCT?

The Testruction functions way more complex than anything else in the category. I don't think you necessarily need a break.
 
I only have a few more days of PCT left, and already have Testruction on hand. Can't wait to try it but I'll wait a week or two of it will help or make a difference.
 
As long as you have your estrogen control covered there is no need to wait.

The amplification of your natty test levels along with the mental/mood boost will help you keep on gaining and help keep you lean.

Just received it and 3 caps down the hatch! Is the "take with food" recommendation necessary for absorption or just to prevent stomach issues?

LOL.

I was actually thinking about running this Testruction with Alphamax for 8 weeks since AM has 75mg Arimistane and other stuff that Testruction doesn't.

I'm cutting though. Would Testruction be beneficial in a deficit or should I wait until I'm in a surplus?
 
Does the bedtime dose need to be taken directly before bed or can it be taken about an hour or so before bed? And what is the reasoning for the bedtime dose?
