EvoMuse Presents: Eviscerate SUPERNOVA (BETA WARNING)

I would absolutely incorporate Supernova into a lean bulk for the Winter. Keep an eye on what you normally consider "maintenance" calories. You will probably be pleasantly surprised to find that your BMR gets cranked up, which means you can even tweak your calories up even higher to add mass while staying lean.

Cool i will be ordering some then to run for a two month period through nov - dec and even beginning of January, then decide on ordering more to stay on for a few more months based on overall results.

Forgive me if this was already asked

Can i use this three times daily? When is the point of diminishing returns? 2-3 dosages pd?

I don't know the point of diminished returns, but yes, you could use 3x/day. I'd probably just go for 2x, personally, and keep the bottle lasting longer for a longer run. And if anything, I'd add in oral BRITE to the mix, instead.

2 doses should be the sweet spot, really.

Post when the "Birthday Bargain" is Live please - I'll grab one to test. I assume it'll be the newest revision? And Happy Birthday!

What about timing between doses.

I was thinking of 1 in the AM after shower which could be 10-11 am and second application at night at 7-8pm.

I usually space them 10-12 hours apart, so looks good.

Working on them right now. Just making sure I have everything in stock. I have some Slintensity on the way that should be here Monday, so a Defuse/Slintensity stack sale will be part of it.

dsade Happy Birthday, man. Hope it's the start of a much better year for you.

Thanks...I'm just hoping 45 was just an unlucky number for me, lol

Kind of lost track. Let me ask him.

Overall how do u all feel this version has been compared to the OG burn based Eviscerate, if it is burn free it will be of a benefit to night time use which had caused burning on private parts on a few occasions which has been quite unpleasant. lol Eviscerate ****

Besides bad burning effects have been better allowing for my midsection and serratus to greatly be improved and this is from one daily light am application, i have been using a little thin coat and still getting results, overall i feel a lower dose for longer time period works best.

I only used one application of Burn Free Eviscerate to sample it out and I can say this feels very similar to me -- the cooling feeling instead of any type of burn. I can easily put this on at any time without issue, which is great. I can apply it post-shower and go to work without starting to sweat.

With Eviscerate (even Smolder), I had to time it out and put it on when I either didn't have to get dressed for a while or before bed or stuff like that. No way I could apply, get dressed, and go to work lol.

Eviscerate OG which is what i am currently using burns at odd times and if i sweat / get warm whilst sleeping which is 12+ hours after application. effective product though and cannot wait to try Supernova to compare the two, i will run the supernova solo, then prob wait till next year to cut with it and maybe a combination of BRITE, probably soft-gel version if released by then.

Just grabbed one bottle from the Shopify store. dsade said in an earlier post, that if you have the money, SuperNova is the best of the lineup - Evisc of any flavor is around because it is a bit cheaper, but still good. (paraphrasing)

Yessir. Supernova is the star of the lineup for sure.

I'm on my third bottle of Supernova and I've got a couple of weeks left..should we cycle this? Also loaded question if you had to pick between this and Brite which would you maintain as a staple? So far Brite is a staple for me, but I am going to run other things and take a little break from SN I think..

There's no Need to cycle it. Hopefully you are progressing rapidly towards your physique goals and won't feel you need it perpetually...

As a staple, BRITE for sure

I've nailed down my TDEE for current LBM - my weight hasn't fluctuated more than 2-3lbs for over 3 weeks. This will be a good time to test this stuff. I'm going to take a horizontal caliper reading right next to my Navel, and then again when the bottle runs out. I have this Caliper:

Invalid Link Removed

This is my fattest part - right now at 16mm. In comparison, my Suprailiac is at 4-5mm.

Everything else will stay the same - Full Body 3x/Week, 2 Fasted MISS Cardio Sessions (with a possible 3rd LISS ie. Walking Up/Down Hill session depending on "feels"), EGCG, Caffeine, Ephedrine, Yohimbine.

SuperNova will replace the current, daily rotating Eviscerate Smolder and Competitor's product (each session I use one, then the other, repeat).

This'll be pretty cool I think.

That's the same caliper I use:). I like it. For males, a vertical pinch of the navel is usually recommended. Or is this simply for thickness measurement tracking?

Looks like a good protocol.

Yea, just for a 1 site thickness - if fat is lost, it'll be smaller. Going vertical at that site is a PITA ?

I am so psyched to see what you think. I feel like you are one of the most objective sources on here and aren't afraid to say when something doesn't work. Can't wait to hear about your observations.

Thanks. But I just thought of something: I also have 2 bottles of Origin I was planning to run, and there are fat loss claims for it. I may have to delay one product.

What are your goals overall? I am trying to lean out right now so I've been holding off, but after I hit my goal I have 8 weeks BMP, then 8 Weeks follidrone 2.0 and then 8 weeks origin planned...just depends on if bulking or cutting is a bugger goal.

That's not my concern - you can't test two things that claim fat loss, at the same time. If Origin does measurably increase GH, then fat loss would follow. I may do SN first, since a bottle will only last a month or less.

I realize that - I was saying, which one you use first is based on your goals. Origin is supposed to be a builder with some fat loss effects (seems all builders promise this nowadays), while SN is a burner only. If you are bulking, Origin would make more sense to use now, if you are cutting, SN makes more sense to use now.

At TDEE - so Recomp, if such a thing exists for lean, intermediate trainees. Can't bulk or cut and then say if it was the supplement that did it. If something works, you shouldn't have to eat differently (from Maintenance). JMO.

SN effectiveness will be very apparent within a week. If something purports to work via GH elevation then results there would take way longer to be apparent.

I personally don't think it would be ideal - I'm in no hurry. SuperNova first, then Origin. If it works as fast as others are seeing, two weeks may be enough to judge, so the delay won't be long.

Both are new. So yes it is better to run them separately and see how they work for you.

How big is that? I am from the UK

I'd say 10 Pence :D

I like doing smaller "dabs" - you'll just do more of them. I feel this gets you maximum coverage using minimal product. The bottle will last longer IMO.

I tried dabs initially, but found I was actually using more.

I put the correct size into my palm, quickly rub my hands together, and slather it all over and I get full coverage. I also find that this has less tendency to cause those clumps.

Ah cool, so half that? or is that about the size i need lol

cheers

I'd say about 2/3!of that, but just observe if it covers everything and then you'll find your sweet spot
