PCT Review
Weeks 1-4:
Post Cycle Support- 2 servings a day
I3C- 3 caps/3 caps/3 cap/3 cap
ZMA- 3 caps taken before bed
Liv52 - 4 caps per day
Creatine (5g's per day)
HemodrauliX - 6 caps pre workout
Drive - 6 caps per day
IGF2 - 9 caps per day
Weeks 4-7:
6oxo- 300/200/100
Drive - 6 caps per day
IGF2 - 9 caps per day
Neovar Recomped - 6 caps per day
Summary:
I felt that doing a pulse cycle would hopefully avoid any shutdown and negative sides. I feel like I was wrong (I use the word feel as I dont have tests to back this assumption up) At the 2nd or 3rd week my libido had taken a dive, and emotions while not bad, felt unsteady, hence next time I will run a cycle straight and hope to avoid this roller coaster.
As for the PCT, I was happy, I was surprised how long it took for my libido to return, it seemed like it was coming back nicely while on PCS, but once that was dropped to still felt like I wasn't fully recovered. I felt like my libido was rising steadily each week from 4 -7 as the dosages of 6oxo were reduced, and now I feel back to normal and over the last week of PCT I have had some great workouts and even better growth than while on cycle, credit must be given to AN's IGF2, Drive and Neovar Recomped.
In future I will run my cycle straight, and I feel the PCT was sufficient but perhaps a short SERM to jump start the HPTA would be useful. I will research more into this.
